"Youyou, you’re back," said Yu Zijin, eyeing Shangguan You, who approached with Gui Luo.

"Yes, I’m back," Shangguan You nodded, smiling gently at the six people in the dormitory. Ye An Ya was not in the dormitory, which Shangguan You had already figured.

"Let’s go, we should head to class," Yu Zijin, unable to hide her excitent, tugged at Shangguan You’s arm. At that mont, Yu Zijin truly wished she shared the sa major as Shangguan You so they could chat in earnest.

"These are the notes from the past month." A voice, neither cold nor warm, spoke, and a thick notebook was thrust into Shangguan You’s arms. Zhuge Yao left the dormitory without turning back.

Looking at Zhuge Yao’s retreating figure, the corners of Shangguan You’s mouth curled up. She faintly called out to Zhuge Yao’s back.

"Thank you."

Zhuge Yao paused for a mont, then hurried away even faster.

Shangguan You couldn’t help but chuckle at Zhuge Yao’s mannerisms. The arrogance, bluster, and oppressive air Zhuge Yao carried in Hidden World Village were nothing more than a protective coloration.

Shangguan You was not particularly fond of her, but she had not expected Zhuge Yao to have such a side. She had only helped a little, yet Zhuge Yao took it to heart and even made the effort to prepare a month’s worth of notes for her.

Was Zhuge Yao’s nature not that bad after all?

In the classroom, Shangguan You stared at the instructor on the podium—a figure speaking animatedly—and grimaced. Could anyone tell her what was going on? Within just one month, how did their instructor turn into that faux celestial Bai Muxue?

Although she had only attended class for half a month, she rembered very clearly that Bai Muxue was not their instructor. Now the figure on the podium, dressed in a snowy white feather robe, looked so similar to her own attire. No wonder countless eyes were darting between her and Bai Muxue, their gazes thick with ambiguity.

Especially Bai Muxue’s smiling glances, which often swept over her, only intensified the ambiguous atmosphere. Even if there was no relationship, the re glances hinted at sothing more, and Shangguan You found herself utterly vexed throughout the class.

"Youyou, did you understand today’s lecture?" Bai Muxue didn’t leave imdiately. He reclined lazily against the desk, an enigmatic smile on his face as he looked at Shangguan You, his posture graceful and elegant, causing a series of gasps in the classroom.

Resentnt flared in Shangguan You’s heart—this Bai Muxue was definitely doing this on purpose.

"Teacher Bai," Shangguan You glared at Bai Muxue, not at all pleased. They were students of traditional Chinese dicine, and chanical principles should not be related to their field. Although the lecture was excellent, it was worlds apart from what she was learning, and she could not understand why the school had suddenly added this course.

It was a compulsory course for the chanical Engineering departnt, but it had nothing to do with their Chinese dicine departnt. She started to wonder if Bai Muxue had gone mad, or simply entered the wrong classroom.

"Youyou, you usually call ’Brother Muxue.’ Outside of class, you can call that too," Bai Muxue said with a hint of innuendo. Shangguan You’s mouth twitched yet again as gasps rose around her, and she once more beca the object of everyone’s ire.

If looks could kill, she was certain she would have died a thousand tis over.

"Hehe, ’Brother Muxue,’ I study Chinese dicine. Are you sure you haven’t walked into the wrong classroom teaching chanical principles?" Shangguan You spoke crisply.

Gasps filled the classroom once more, and the female students glared at Shangguan You with heated looks. Despite the mistake, they thought it was pleasing to watch such a handso man. They wished he would enter the wrong classroom more often for their visual enjoynt.

The male students, however, nodded, their eyes full of stars as they looked at Shangguan You, hoping to drive this enchanting faux celestial off the podium so he wouldn’t overshadow them and leave them not even the slightest bit of attention.

Bai Muxue spoke with a faint smile that made him seem even more bewitching. "Youyou, how could I possibly be in the wrong classroom? This is the new syllabus. As per directives from the Ministry of Education, your class in the Chinese dicine departnt, being a key class, will undergo comprehensive education. You will not only study Chinese dicine but also chanics, Politics, Finance, and Biology. We will et frequently in the future." To Shangguan You’s ears, however, this announcent sounded utterly plaintive.

"This is the first class, so it’s separate. But going forward, the main courses of the other four majors will be combined, and you will all learn together, facilitating cross-disciplinary exchange," Bai Muxue revealed another bombshell, leaving Shangguan You montarily stunned.

The other four majors were the fields of study of the five great families of Hidden World Village. Why had they arranged for all of their people to gather together?

"Why?" Shangguan You asked quietly, echoing the sentints of the other students. Why did they, as Chinese dicine students, have to learn so much more? Wasn’t that asking for the impossible?

"This is a pilot class, so you can learn for free—no charge. Aren’t you happy? You pay tuition for one major but get to learn the material of four others. Students from other classes would be thrilled to hear this. Why are you being so foolishly dismayed?" Bai Muxue’s voice exuded tenderness, and he yearned to ruffle Shangguan You’s hair. But she was fully ard, leaving him no opportunity to act.

For the second class, seeing that figure sauntering up to the podium, Shangguan You almost burst a blood vessel. Damn, Fang Jianfei was only good for flying around on his flying sword. Could he teach? Could he really be a teacher?

This was the impression Fang Jianfei had left on Shangguan You. But witnessing him walk up to the lectern with a book in hand, her astonishnt was genuine.

She began to doubt whether Fang Jianfei would falter during the lecture or just pull out his long sword and stab it into the podium. Shangguan You could not help but wonder if sothing had happened within Hidden World Village to cause these people to cling to her one after another.

Listening to Fang Jianfei’s eloquent speech on stage, Shangguan You once again reflected on her misjudgnt. It turned out that the Fang Family was indeed suited to finance. And Fang Jianfei, a master in that field, was wasted on cultivation.
