Chu Yu was montarily silenced by her resolution, unsure whether to press further or to let the matter rest.
Seeing the crowd’s lingering doubts, she ordered the servant boy to bring several bowls of clean water.
“What is Doctor Shao planning to do?”
“Who knows, but by the look on Doctor Shao’s face, she’s probably not lying.”
“Could it be that this blood test for kinship really doesn’t work?”
