"Instructor Willis, if I may ask, what do you think? Do you think there is sothing below the clouds?" Kana could easily find out if she asked the old man, but she wanted to know other people's opinions as well as discover it on her own since it would be more fulfilling that way, rather than being told.
"Hmmm… I do wonder. There may just be a boundary that leads to nowhere, or it could just be an endless sea of clouds. If I were to ever get the courage to pass through the clouds, I would definitely do so just to see what lay beyond. But the thought of getting lost within the cloud bank does scare . Not knowing which way is up and down. Left or right. It all makes feel like I would get lost as soon as I entered. It would be no different than jumping off into a chasm soplace that was a bottomless abyss." Instructor Willis replied honestly. He hated the idea of it all, but he had to admit that fear was what was keeping him from going.
"That is true. Unless you have a teleport ability, it would not be good to jump into the unknown." Kana ca to understand that not everyone could just go to and fro as they pleased. Unlike her, who could go anywhere with a thought.
"Now then. Let's continue class." Instructor Willis continued on the topic from before but going into more detail about the wars. Kana sat there and was a good student as she soaked in all the information.
While Kana was in class, a group of instructors and students stood outside the library. "Instructor Ryan, why can we not go in!?"
"That is because there is an issue within the library. No one can go in at this mont and ti.
Instructor Ryan replied. While he kept a stern face as he pushed back up his glasses onto the bridge of his nose. He was actually crying inside. Even he could not get into the library at this ti! There is an angelic demon in there who yelled at everyone to get out and then sealed it off! No one can get in! He complained to the Academy Master, but he just said to leave things be! Now he was forced to deal with the students looking to use it and complaining to him! He had no answers!
Angelica, on the other hand, sat leisurely on top of a long table that now had a futon placed on top of it. She licked her finger and turned the page of the book in her hand as she continued to read on in absolute silence. She wanted nothing to do with the outside world. She would not leave this place until she finished reading every book.
In another class, i Ling sat alone with many people staring at her, causing her to feel a bit out of place. She was in a life form creation class that had many older students in it. It was not a class any new students would normally take as it talked about subjects most would not understand, and with her current appearance, she looked too young to even know how to count to ten properly.
In fact, she should not even be in this class, to begin with. She only heard about it as she was walking through the halls. She should be in another class for biology which ca first before taking this class, but she couldn't stop her curiosity.
"Umm… Little Miss, I do not think you belong here." Instructor Tamming spoke up. The class was about to start, and he already had sothing weird going on.
i Ling did not realize that she was being talked to as she pulled out her magic board so she could take down notes. She had made this herself, and she was able to scroll through and store any notes she wanted on it.
"Little Miss!"Instructor Tamming yelled out. Thai ti thought i Ling was looking at him and realized he was talking to her.
"Yes?" i Ling responded in confusion. She wondered if she had done sothing wrong or not.
"You should not be in the class." Instructor Tamming stated bluntly, causing i Ling to frown.
"I think I do. After all, I am the creator of puppet magic. Learning about life form creation is very important to advance my own understanding of my own magic. So please continue." i Ling was not going to leave, no matter what the man said.
"This…. Ah!" Instructor Tamming suddenly rembered that during the new students' enrollnt that there was indeed a young girl who used dolls. "I see. Interesting alright. I will start class then."
With that, Instructor Tamming decided to let i Ling stay in the class since she already had a huge understanding of creating puppets that were life like. If she could mix the fundantals of his class into her magic, then it would indeed be helpful to her. As such, Instructor Tamming made a decision. "I know it's a bit late for this, but let's do a revision on everything you have learned thus far."
"What!?" One of the young n in class cried out. He did not want to sit through old content! "I ca here to learn properly, not to be sitting through a revision class!"
With a snort, Instructor Tamming replied: "Whether you want to listen or not is up to you. I will help the little miss understand the basis of everything we learned over the past few years in a general summary. If you want to leave, then leave. I am not stopping you. But just so you know. A revision like this is good from ti to ti as it might help you with your future endeavors!"
"This…." The young man could not argue with these words because he does this himself! But he just did not wish to have to sit through class doing it. He turned his head and hatefully glared at i Ling, who plainly ignored him as she got ready to listen to Instructor Tamming. Seeing how he was being ignored, the young man couldn't help but hate i Ling even more! "Humph! After class, I will deal with you!"
