Logan stood before his companions, the weight of his vision hanging in the air. "Let break down the system we're establishing," he began. "In a small town like ours, we have the potential to govern the vast southern wilderness.

Unlike traditional tribes that struggle to manage such extensive lands, spanning thousands of miles, we can create a network of towns and cities to exert control over every inch."

He paused, letting the implications sink in. "Imagine the possibilities! By establishing settlents, we can tap into the rich resources of the wilderness; opening up wasteland, mines, and pastures. If we blanket the area with our influence, the entire region will be under the banner of the Silver Mane Tribe, securing our authority and key rights. No one will dare challenge us."

Begon, Astali, and Tyton exchanged glances, shock evident in their expressions. This proposal was revolutionary, a complete rethinking of tribal governance. If Logan succeeded, their strength would be unparalleled.

Begon and Tyton remained composed, having sensed Logan's ambition before, but Astali felt a surge of emotion. "Ambitious!" she thought, but deep down, she believed in Logan's capability. The Silver Mane Tribe had transford dramatically since the arrival of the snake people, and the changes were palpable.

Noticing their contemplation, Logan smiled gently. "It's a bit premature to get carried away. Let's not overthink it just yet."

Shifting the topic, he turned to Astali. "By the way, Chief Astali, I heard the dock has been completed. Would you mind showing us?"

Astali nodded respectfully. "Of course! Follow , Masters Logan, Begon, and Tyton!"

She led them through the bustling construction site to the newly established dock. The pier sprawled before them, its size impressive, the river running more than forty ters wide; a strategic choice indeed.

As they approached, the noise of activity filled the air. Fishern worked tirelessly, and boats ca in laden with catches. Logan watched, excitent building, as he walked toward a fishing vessel unloading its bounty. The scent of fresh fish overwheld him, but joy surged within as he observed the massive catches; each fish weighing dozens of kilograms.

Beastn scurried about the ten-ter-long fishing boat, and when they spotted Logan, they halted, wide-eyed. Quickly, they set down their work and saluted him with respect.

"Thank you for your hard work," Logan called out, a warm smile on his face. "Please, continue your tasks."

"et the Chieftain!" shouted one of the Beastn, a young snake man stepping forward.

"Are you the captain of this vessel?" Logan asked, genuinely curious.

The young snake man nodded eagerly, aware of the fleet's structure, where the expertise of the snake people in fishing had made them the natural leaders among the Beastn crew.

"Yes, my lord chief," the young snake man replied, his voice filled with excitent.

It was his first ti eting Logan, and he felt a rush of awe. He had heard stories of the formidable chief who had transford their modest tribe from a few thousand to tens of thousands in re months. Seeing him in person confird the tales: Logan was indeed impressively young.

"The fishing looks promising," Logan said, glancing at the impressive haul being unloaded. "Those are so big fish!"

"Master Chief, the river is teeming with fish! You'll see giants weighing dozens, even hundreds of kilograms!" the young snake man bead.

Logan nodded, intrigued. "So, you're avoiding the smaller and female fish, then? Nothing under ten kilograms?"

"Yes, exactly! We're focused on preserving the population," the young snake man explained earnestly.

"Good thinking," Logan replied, a smile breaking through. "If you catch the small ones and the females, you risk depleting the river's resources in just a few years."

The young man nodded vigorously, proud of their sustainable approach. It struck Logan as amusing that ten kilograms was considered small, but it also highlighted the river's richness. Such a mindset would ensure a thriving fish population for years to co.

"Thank you for your hard work. Get back to it!" Logan encouraged.

"Yes, sir!" The young snake man saluted before returning to the boat, rallying the Beastn crew to their tasks.

Turning to Astali, Logan asked, "How many fish can the team catch in a day now?"

"We've surpassed 80,000 kilograms!" Astali replied, her voice filled with respect and a hint of disbelief.

Logan raised his eyebrows in surprise. "So, we can provide one kilogram of food to every person in the tribe?"

"Exactly! That's over two million four hundred thousand kilograms a month," she confird, excitent in her tone. "We can supply the entire tribe daily, especially the military camp. Each soldier gets two kilograms a day, making them stronger and more resilient."

"Also," Begon added, "with the shortage of dragon rats, we send excess fish to the animal pens and military camps to feed the wolves."

"Is that so?" Logan said, grinning. "Then the fishing team is a true pillar of our tribe."

He turned to Astali, gratitude shining in his eyes. "Thank you for your hard work, snake people."

Astali looked down modestly. "You're too kind, my lord chief. This is what we snaken must do. Without the Silver Mane Tribe's support, we might not have survived."

Logan sensed her apprehension, aware of the aura he projected. It made him both respected and feared. Astali recognized his decisiveness; he was a leader with grand ambitions. It was clear to her that the snake people had to rise to et his expectations, as ambitious leaders often demanded a great deal from those around them.

"Your contributions have been invaluable," Logan said, his tone sincere. "This success is all thanks to you."
