“Woof!” Upon command, the Beautiful Lady sprang into action, barking and lunging toward the door. Iris Lynn had just steadied herself after being thrown out by Mario Yuno when she saw a large dog charging out, scaring her into running downstairs. The Beautiful Lady pursued relentlessly, chasing her down to the ground floor without venturing further, then dutifully sat by the door, keeping watch.
“Take your crazy soap away imdiately!” Mario Yuno phoned Ruby Lynn’s husband, who was startled.
“Crazy… soap?”
“That’s your little aunt-in-law. She ca to my place to create a scene. Get her out of here, quick!”
Mario Yuno had a pretty good private relationship with Ruby Lynn’s husband. There was no need for formality.
