It was around 8 P.M.
Abium entered 32B Elm Street and noticed Nicolaus was getting ready to take Lady Roysia and other male adventurers to Nature Temple.
After exchanging greetings, he quietly moved toward the left and entered the empty storeroom. Following that, he locked the door from the inside and vacated everything in the room.
Then, he sat on the floor cross-legged, let his consciousness enter the Throne hall, and soon appeared in his other soul.
After that, he stood up from the Golden throne and quickly turned his gaze towards the Core of Itera.
'Although the throne room looks aweso, this mysterious fountain is another level.'
He walked near the mysterious fountain and soon frowned as he saw sothing strange.
At that mont, he saw strange purple clouds below the fountain's five stems and got slightly baffled.
'Instead of white clouds, why are purple clouds appearing in the fountain?'
He first extended his right hand and was about to touch them but stopped midway.
At that mont, his [Seer's Intuition] spell triggered on its own and warned him not to touch those clouds!
'Are these clouds have divine power or sothing?' Abium frowned deeply and soon shifted his gaze towards the Ti Divinity attached to the stem-like petal.
"If you want to control the power of divinity fully, you must try and understand the specific divinity." Empress Athena's words still echoed inside his mind.
'Understand the specific divinity, huh.' Abium stood there, pondering for a while.
Then, he slowly moved his hand toward the stem and silently touched the Ti divinity to feel the power of ti.
At that mont, a warm feeling appeared around his soul. A mont later, a strange divine power ca out of the Ti Divinity and engulfed his soul like a fog.
He could feel that power was not harming his soul; instead, it stayed like a protective barrier.
Abium linked his consciousness with that strange power and studied it carefully. But after a few seconds, he felt his ntal power drained completely and opened his eyes to the real world.
'This must be the power of Law which Azolla talked about earlier. If I can grasp this divine power, I think I may even be able to erase my tracks. Maybe I could even be able to block diviner's divination spells.' A smile appeared on his face.
Following that, he thought of creating so low-rank communication-type artifacts and started to work.
If he were still a beginner-level Rune Mage, he would've taken days to create those low-level communication artifacts. But now, he finished the work within 12 hours!
After creating a few communication rings, he quickly took out a vial, which contained the Three-Eyed Giant's blood essence, and placed it on the ground.
'Azolla, do you have any guesses about how to use this blood essence?'
'Yes, kid. Anyone can beco the Three-eyed Titan Bloodline Warlock if soone injects this blood essence into his blood vessel. As for injecting the blood, all you have to do is use the rune knowledge and use it properly.' Azolla said casually.
'Use the rune knowledge, huh?'
Abium pondered for a mont and soon began to draw a specific magic array circle on the floor.
This array was the Blood transfer array. Abium morized it from one of the books he got from Ubius.
After creating that array, he drew a few other magic array circles on the walls. Most of these array circles were mainly used for blocking any magical ways or sound from leaving this room. After drawing the magic array circles, he walked out of his room and quickly asked Nicolaus, who had already returned from Nature Temple, to co to the store room.
Although Fennelis and Umi gave him a questionable look, he waved his hand and returned with Nicolaus.
Once Nicolaus entered the storeroom, he halted his footsteps and stared at the multiple magic rune circles with confusion and puzzlent. After glancing at all those runes, he couldn't hide his curiosity and asked hurriedly,
"What are these?"
anwhile, Abium turned his gaze towards Nicolaus and replied calmly.
"These are Rune Circles. You must have already heard about these runes from knight academy, right?." He stopped for a mont and asked with a sly smile on his face,
"Nicolaus, do you want to walk on Warlock's path?"
Upon hearing those words, Nicolaus's face froze. He knew what 'Warlock' ant and suddenly felt an uncontrollable joy. He had only one goal in his life. That was to find his lost friend. Although he searched for her inside the pocket dinsion, he couldn't find her and beca more depressed and sowhat guilty.
From what he learned from the Ancient Mage Runeth, the pocket dinsion's doorway was connected to multiple locations all over the continent. So, if soone didn't even find a red gem and tried to enter the altar room, they would have been directly teleported to one of those locations.
After hearing those words, Nicolaus felt a ray of hope.
'Maybe she did transport to other places? Although Lord Runeth gave a map of all the other locations, it will take years to search for them.' But that was not a smile task. With one misstep, he would be crushed by countless people in this world where strength determines everything.
At that mont, he felt regret choosing this damned warrior path.
But now his eyes beca watery.
Alas, he didn't act rashly, though. Instead, he looked up at Abium and asked with a solemn tone.
"What do I have to pay for that?"
Abium curled his lips upward as he heard Nicolaus's words and spoke with a smile.
"You don't need to pay anything."
Upon hearing Abium's words, Nicolaus beca startled and soon nodded.
"Good. Stand at the center of this magic rune circle; I will take care of the rest." Abium said while pointing his finger at the magic rune circle and quickly took the vial from his pocket.
On the other hand, Nicolaus didn't ask any questions, quickly walked toward the center of the magic rune circle, and stood there excitedly.
"I'll start now!"
Saying so, Abium took out a few low-tier magic stones and tossed them toward every magic circle drawn on the walls.
After that, he took out a mid-tier magic stone and threw it along with the red-colored vial toward Nicolaus's feet.
Once the magic stones made contact with the rune circles, they dissolved into pure mana and activated all the magic rune circles. Abium didn't even glance at those magic circles drawn on the walls and focused entirely on the single magic rune circle drawn on the floor.
Once the Blood transfer array circle began to shine, the red vial started to tremble and broke into pieces.
Following that, all the blood droplets in the vial suddenly began to rise and hover in the air.
As seconds passed, those tiny droplets of blood began to send lightning sparks to the surroundings and even started breaking so rune magic arrays!
Simultaneously, the blood droplets slowly moved towards Nicolaus's face and soon entered deep into his forehead one by one. When the last droplet of blood disappeared into Nicolaus's forehead, the Blood transfer array began to break into pieces.
After that, Nicolaus let out a painful moan and fell while showing a twisted expression on his face.
A second later, his deep blue eye began to change into a pitch-black one, and his black hair began to glow. Abium also heard creaking sounds from Nicolaus's body and smiled.
'He is suppressing the Giant's remnant will!'
Following that, a strange eyelid-like mark appeared on his forehead. Although Nicolaus was still awake, Abium could tell he was going through a painful process.
Nicolaus lay motionlessly on the ground for the next few hours and trembled uncontrollably ti to ti. It was as if he was fighting with so creature inside his mind.
After so ti, a three-ter-tall illusionary Giant figure appeared above Nicolaus's body and soon disappeared while letting out a painful cry.
'The last remaining Will of that Giant has vanished completely.' Abium smiled as he saw the illusionary Giant and quickly scanned Nicolaus.
