Tathagata Buddha wasted no chance; his form turned into a streak of golden light and darted out through the gap, with Sun Wukong too late to stop him.

After escaping the Immortal-Slaying Sword Formation, Tathagata Buddha stood high above, rising from the Ninth Layer rit Golden Lotus. His entire cultivation had almost been laid waste within the Immortal-Slaying Sword Formation; he found the very thought chilling and his resentnt and wariness towards Sun Wukong had peaked.
No matter what, this Demon Monkey must die today! Otherwise, he would definitely beco a life-and-death foe in future!
In that instant, Tathagata Buddha completely abandoned the idea of subduing Sun Wukong for the Buddhist Sect. All that was left was boundless intent to kill. With a great roar, Tathagata Buddha spat out a mouthful of his Heart’s Essence Blood, catching it in his palm and then fiercely swatting it towards Sun Wukong.
Buddha Heart Strike, this was Tathagata Buddha’s most powerful move within the Tathagata Palm he had created, several tis stronger than the Myriad Buddhas Worship. He had never used it since its creation because, aside from its imnse power which the Three Realms Space could scarcely withstand, the main reason was the massive consumption of his Lifeblood Essence.
Before this mont, Tathagata Buddha had not been willing to use this move, because in his view, no one was worth the expenditure of his own Lifeblood Essence to deal with. But now was different. Having nearly perished in the Immortal-Slaying Sword Formation intensified his resentnt and wariness towards Sun Wukong to the utmost; even if it ant losing so Lifeblood Essence, it was worth it to kill this Demon Monkey!

A sense of destruction that could annihilate everything was hidden within this palm strike, and Sun Wukong had a premonition that if he underestimated this palm, his end would be extrely dire!
