Chapter 265: Chapter 265: Li Beichen; Arrested
"Why do you keep staring at
that way? Can’t you give an answer? I was the one who took you in when nobody wanted you, this is how you repay , I should have known that you are an ungrateful person," Li Beichen scoffed at Wu Tang who did not give any reaction.
This lack of reaction annoyed Li Beichen as he yelled, "at least give a reaction to what I am saying, don’t make it seem like I am speaking with a block of wood."
Wu Tang finally gave him a glance.
"Are you sure you took
in because you felt pity for ?" Wu Tang asked, shaking his head at Li Beichen.
"What did you an by that?" Li Beichen asked, his expression changing rapidly.
"I believe you understand what I am talking about, do not try to play smart with ," Wu Tang sneered, warning Li Beichen as well.
"Heh," Li Beichen spat slowly.
"You have quite adapted to the ways of n, not bad, not bad at all, you were late to catch on, but better late than never," Li Beichen spoke mysteriously, his words only understandable to him.
The other two n gave him a look of confusion as his words left them at a loss on what to think.
"Why do you still look confused? The matter is clear, I am responsible for the fight you both had in your college then," Li Beichen confessed with pride.
"You demon!" Wu Tang yelled, and he was about to throw himself at him when Li Qiang held him back.
Li Qiang was equally angry, but after Wu Tang had talked to him previously, he was calr, and he was able to think rationally.
"Remain calm, since the Police are on their way, then we can hand him over to them," Li Qiang comnted.
"Uncle, I never expected that you would do sothing as evil as this, I definitely underestimated you," Li Qiang shook his head while staring at him with disappointnt evident in his eyes.
"You don’t need to give
a look of disappointnt, if anything, you need to bla your grandfather, he is the reason for the problems, if only he had given
what was mine, then there won’t be any issues," Li Beichen scoffed, unwilling to take the bla.
Li Qiang sighed. He did not have any feelings for this uncle of his. But it still hurts that a family mber was behind the difficulties.
While Li Qiang was in thought, Wu Tang took the opportunity to tie Li Beichen up. He did not struggle, there was no need for it.
Li Beichen knew he was going to jail. It was an outco he expected, but it still hurts that he was unable to complete his plans.
A few monts later, a group of Police Officers barged into the room.
After speaking with both n, they took Li Beichen away, assuring that they would get back to them soon.
"I am glad that is over," Wu Tang stretched as he let out a deep sigh.
Li Qiang remained silent, his face was blank. Perhaps, the news was too much for him to handle.
"Li Qiang," Wu Tang called him, and that was when he was able to snap out of his reverie.
"What are you thinking about?" Wu Tang asked as they both walked out of the building.
"I am just thinking about everything, everything cos as a surprise, and I am unable to take it in, although I don’t have feelings for him as an uncle, he is still my late father’s brother, and grandfather’s son,
He is also responsible for my parents’ deaths, I don’t know how to handle my emotions," Li Qiang sighed, as he finished explaining to Wu Tang.
Wu Tang ran his hands through his hair, staring at Li Qiang who looked up to the clear sky once they were outside the building.
"I really don’t know what to say to you, the only thing I can say to you is to deal with him according to how you wish to deal with him, he hurt you during your childhood, he still hurt you during our year in school, and today," Wu Tang paused, looking at Li Qiang who was paying rapt attention to him.
"He kidnapped our kids, if you are worried about how your grandfather would react once he returns, I believe your grandfather would be glad knowing you took such a bold step," Wu Tang finished his statent.
"Do you think so? I fear my grandfather still has feelings for his son, I would rather not take any actions which might destroy the relationship between grandfather and I," Li Qiang replied.
The whole situation was complicated, and he felt his hands were tied.
"I believe you will make the right decision," Wu Tang patted his back, which brought a smile to Li Qiang’s face.
"Father!" They heard three voices, which belonged to the kids, and a genuine smile appeared on their faces. The kids popped their head out of the respective cars’ windows as they smiled at their fathers.
As for Li Beichen and the officers, they had already driven off. It is left to the court to decide what to do with him, but his end was obvious. He would be rotting in jail.
Both of them walked to their respective cars before they drove off.

Wu Tang’s Mansion>
Tang i had visited her company, which she had abandoned for a long ti. When she returned ho, she could not find Tang Ni, and the sky had visibly darkened.
Currently, she was pacing about as she was worried about father and son.
She was surprised as to why she was being worried about Wu Tang’s sake, but she did not think too much into it.
After pacing for a while, she heard the sound of the engine, and she let out a sigh, before dashing out of the mansion.
The maids all exchanged aningful looks seeing her act in such a manner, but they kept quiet.
"Where have you been? Do you have any idea how many tis I called you?" Tang i complained once father and son stepped down from the car.
