"I want to have Green Tea Tofu Pudding," she replied, her expression full of longing and yearning.

"Green Tea Tofu Pudding?" Xin Yi asked again to make sure he heard correctly.

"Yes, I really wish to have it," Zhang Luiying could not hide her longing anymore.

"Fine, you just have so sleep, I will wake you up when it is ready," Xin Yi finally accepted.

"Thank you, you are the best hubby," Zhang Luiying blew him a kiss, before obediently laying on the bed to sleep.

Xin Yi looked at her, and his expression turned gentle. He loved her so much, and he could do anything for her.

Zhang Luiying fell asleep imdiately, and that was when Xin Yi left the room. He imdiately called the doctor, who promised to show up soon.

Xin Yi sighed as he walked into the kitchen. He was unaware of the process of making Green Tea Tofu Pudding, but since he had already promised Zhang Luiying, he just had to complete the task.

He looked at the pan, and the ingredients, with his hands on his waist. Not only that, but he was clueless on what he was to do next.

His eyes sparkled as an idea flashed through his mind.

"I am going to call Grandma, I recall that she loved making this just to pacify Xin Yan when we were young," Xin Yi spoke to himself as he hastily searched his pocket for his phone.

Once he brought the phone out, he dialed his grandmother’s number imdiately.

"Grandmother," he called out happily once she picked.

"What do you want, brat?" Grandma Xin asked. One could hear noises in the background, and her heavy breathing as well.

Xin Yi frowned on hearing her panting heavily.

"Grandma, what are you up to?" Xin Yi asked curiously.

"Your sister’s children are hyperactive, we have been having fun ever since we woke up," Grandma Xin’s voice was vibrant, and one could tell that she was enjoying herself.

"Why did you call? Don’t ntion your sister’s kids," Grandma Xin did not lose sight of the urgency in Xin Yi’s voice, prompting her to ask imdiately.

"Grandma, Zhang Luiying wants to have Green Tea Tofu Pudding, but I am clueless as to how I would make it," Xin Yi rubbed his head childishly even though Grandma Xin was not in front of him.

"Did you say Green Tea Tofu Pudding?" Grandma Xin stopped in what she was doing as she asked with an earnest look in her face.

"Yes Grandma, is there sothing wrong?" Xin Yi asked, his expression becoming increasingly grave.

"It is nothing, I just recalled that your mom always liked to have it while she was pregnant," Grandma Xin had a nostalgic look on her face.

"It is actually easy to make, but wait a minute, why the sudden craving?" Grandma Xin inquired. She was suspicious about sothing, and if what she was thinking was correct, then it will not be long before there is a celebration in the house.

"I have no idea Grandma, one mont, she is weak, the other, she vomits, now she asks for such a al, I am confused, Grandma, I have called for the doctor, he will be here soon," Xin Yi held his forehead. He could feel an impending headache, which was inevitable.

Grandma Xin sighed, her eyes twinkling with delight. She had already co to a conclusion, but she was not going to tell him what her conclusion was; hence, he beca excited, and it turns out it was fake.

Xin Yi suddenly heard the doorbell ring, "hold on Grandma, it seems the doctor is here," he said to her, and she gave a hum of approval.

"Doc, you are here," as expected, once Xin Yi opened the doctor, it was revealed to be the doctor. It was a female doctor. Xin Yi was too possessive to have a male doctor check up on her.

"Hmm, I ca as soon as I received your call, how is she doing now?" The doctor was also worried.

"She’s asleep, Grandma, I will call you back," Xin Yi inford, and disconnected the call before she could utter a word.

"This boy," she shook her head slightly as a smile blossod on her face.

"Grandma, why do you look so happy?" Li Chuxi asked, while Li ii looked at her grandmother eagerly.

"Nothing dearies, I just feel that it is not long before we have a celebration in this house, nothing too much, shall we continue playing? This old lady is still strong, you know, so don’t go easy on ," Grandma Xin smiled at the kids, and they began their fun.

"How is she, doc? You can see how pale she is, and she keeps being nauseous, she doesn’t eat enough, I am worried, Doc," Xin Yi’s voice could barely hide the worry in his voice.

"I cannot say what is wrong with her by just looking at her, she would have to co to the hospital for a test, but from my nurous years of experience, I think your wife is pregnant, but then it could be different, hence, the reason for the need of a test," the doctor spoke with a smile, her words shocking to Xin Yi as he took a step back.

"Mr. Xin, is there any problem?" The doctor asked worriedly seeing that Xin Yi was speechless.

"No, there isn’t, I just felt overwheld by the possibility of her pregnancy, you do not need to worry, we will be at the hospital tomorrow for the test," Xin Yi shook his head as he replied to the doctor with a smile.

"That would be better, at the hospital, I have more access to equipnt, it will be easier to detect what’s wrong with her," the doctor further explained to him, and he nodded.

The doctor’s hypothesis greatly shocked him, but not negatively. He was actually looking forward to having a little Luiying in the house.

"That will be all for now, I will be taking my leave now," the doctor announced, having not to do in the house anymore.

"I will walk you out," Xin Yi volunteered, and he walked the doctor out.
