Fang Shaohua brought her to the back of the building. There weren’t many people around. He finally released her wrist. “Jiamu, with regards to that night, I’m really sorry!”
Sun Jiamu’s skin was very soft. His grip easily left a red mark on her wrist. However, she did not pay attention to it. “It’s all in the past. Forget it. Didn’t I say to treat it as though nothing happened?”
“But that was your first ti…” He could not pretend as though nothing had happened.
“So what?” She pursed her lips. “Don’t tell that, just because I slept with you, you’ll marry ?”
Fang Shaohua took in her beautiful little face. He suddenly spoke with a complex gaze. “That’s not impossible.”
This ti, she was the one who was surprised. Her heart skipped a beat. “You…”
Could it be that she did occupy so space in his heart?
His response however, imdiately ruined her anticipation. “As a man, it is only right for to take responsibility.”
Although he also owed Xinxin so responsibility, she was already married.
Marrying Bai Qinghao would indeed make her happier than if she married him.
Besides, Xinxin also ntioned once that she would never be able to stop worrying until the day he had his own family.
Sun Jiamu’s heart was filled with bitterness.
Fang Shaohua only spoke of responsibility. He did not have any feelings for her.
This was not the marriage she desired.
However, she realised a miserable fact: As long as he would have her, she was willing to marry him.
This was because she could not help but think that one day, Fang Shaohua would eventually fall for her!
Sun Jiamu suppressed the misery in her heart. She smiled beautifully. “Do you an it?”
Her smile was stunningly beautiful and Fang Shaohua suddenly struggled to look away from her. “A gentleman would never go back on his words.”
“Let’s go, then.” This ti, Sun Jiamu took the initiative to hold his hand.
Fang Shaohua followed behind her to ask. “Where are we going?”
He was held by her small, soft hand and felt a warm feeling enveloping his heart.
“To the Civil Affairs Bureau.” Sun Jiamu said, “We’re not required here any longer. Let’s go. No one will notice anything amiss.”
“But…” Fang Shaohua hesitated.
He was not fully prepared for marriage.
Sun Jiamu naturally understood his thoughts. They were written all over his face. She put on a stern expression. “I don’t care. You have two options. If you are a man, you will co with to register our marriage right now. If you wish to run away from your responsibilities, that’s fine as well. We will not see each other for the rest of our lives then.”
Fang Shaohua recalled the past few days. Sun Jiamu had gone completely missing from his life. She definitely had the ability to keep to her word.
To not see her again for the rest of their lives, he found that… he sowhat could not accept this.
“Of course I’m a man. That night at the Fang ho… didn’t you co to understand that very well?” He leaned close to her ear to whisper.
Her cheeks reddened in embarrassnt. She understood that he was choosing the first option.
The two of them held hands and climbed into Fang Shaohua’s car to leave the Yu Ting Villa.
After stepping off the stage, Fang Xinxin left to change into a Chinese-style red gown. The top half of the gown hugged her figure tightly while the bottom half flowed loosely. She had accompanied it with a pair of red shoes. Her outfit appeared especially exquisite.
A gown like this was suitable for her to walk around and greet the guests. All this while, Bai Qinghao’s eyes were fixed on her. She was truly stunningly beautiful no matter what she wore.
In between greeting the guests, Fang Xinxin had paid attention to Fang Shaohua’s movents.
When she saw him leaving hand-in-hand with Sun Jiamu, she smiled sincerely.
