Chapter 458: Poisoned Apple

She put on a fierce little expression and suddenly frowned. “Bai Qinghao, it hurts...”

His cold expression instantly turned nervous. “Where does it hurt?”

She pouted. “Answer my question from earlier and I’ll tell you. Otherwise, I’ll just die in pain.”

Bai Qinghao began to tug her clothes open nervously. He wanted to see where it was hurting her. However, he quickly saw that her skin was covered in bruises and marks which he had left behind.

A hint of heartache appeared in his gaze. He gave in. “Alright. I won’t touch any other won in the future.”

She clung onto his broad shoulders happily. “You have to keep your promise.”

“I don’t ever go back on my words.” His expression was cold as he took in her spoiled little expression. His entire heart nearly lted into a puddle.

Fang Xinxin felt that he was especially charming. She rewarded him with a heavy kiss on his cheek. It left a loud smacking noise against his skin.

Bai Qinghas was dazed. She actually took the initiative to kiss him.

For him, this was akin to a miracle. He responded seriously. “Fang Xinxin, you have to remain like this in the future.”

“Like what?” She took so ti to process his words.

He tapped the place she had just kissed. The intention behind his gesture was for her to kiss him frequently in the future.

Fang Xinxin pretended to be confused. “I don’t understand.”

He held her in his arms and shifted, urging her to face upwards and lay slanted in his arms. He gritted his teeth coldly. “Do you want to spank your butt?”

“I got it.” She responded and thought to herself that it was still her own decision whether or not she wanted to kiss him.

As he began to unbutton her clothes, she rushed to hold his hands down. “What are you doing?”

He responded in heartache. “Didn’t you say that it hurts? Let see?”

She sat up straight and whispered softly in his ears. “It hurts ‘there’. It’s all your fault...”

A hint of guilt appeared in his eyes before it was replaced with a sense of accomplishnt. He responded heavily. “Rember this pain that I gave you.”

“...”

She stiffened. What a bad man!

She lifted her hands and rebuttoned her shirt.

At this mont, she heard the noise of the door slamming closely followed by furious footsteps.

There was no need to check outside to know that Fang Manxue and Bai Chenxi had left.

She turned to the laptop screen and saw that the room was empty.

Fang Xinxin leaned into Bai Qinghao’s embrace. “By the way, Bai Qinghao, I was angry last night when I saw that you ca to the hotel with Fang Manxue.”

His heart rippled as he lowered his head to watch her. “Were you jealous?”

“En.” She nodded.

He had promised her that he would stay far away from all won.

Her obedient answer left him overjoyed and he responded honestly. “I received a ssage from ‘you’ that was addressed to Bai Chenxi, saying that you’ll et him at Dan Feng Bai Lu Hotel, in room 615. Although it seed like a ssage sent to a wrong number, sothing seed to be amiss. I sent the bodyguards to your school but you weren’t at the dormitory so I ca to the hotel to check.”

His lips twitched upwards mockingly. “Coincidentally, I t Fang Manxue right at the entrance. She insisted on following upstairs. I felt that this matter was possibly related to her so I let her follow as she pleased.”

“I see.” She praised him. “You’re so smart.”

He caressed her long hair. Her hair was as smooth as the finest brocade. It was pleasant to touch. “You’re not stupid either. You knew how to protect yourself against your second sister’s sche.”

It wasn’t suitable for her to ntion her previous life. Thus, she could only nod. Fang Manxue surely would never have expected that she would end up eating the poisoned apple that she prepared for the enemy.
