Rozomius was not sure what Izroth wished to discuss with him; however, it was hard for him to turn away this chance.

Rozomius gave a small nod and replied, "For an Honorary Elder of the Apothecary Guild, I can always make ti."

Rozomius made sure to place a bit of emphasis on Izroth’s title as an Honorary Elder. That way, others would not try to senselessly follow in his footsteps.

"Since Apothecary Rozomius has given his answer, I won’t hold things up any longer. We will speak again once matters have been fully settled." Izroth said in a carefree manner before he made his way over toward Worldly Skies and Celia.

"Hm? That is..." Varuu narrowed her eyes as she glanced over to a certain direction as if sensing sothing. But, not long ago, she returned her gaze forward as though nothing had happened.

"Congratulations, Palace Master." Worldly Skies said as she greeted Izroth.

"You... You- Did you really craft that Seven Elent Change Pill? Gah..! I knew I should have gone for that one! Hey, how did you make the ingredients fuse together without them rejecting each other? What are the pill effects? Wait, no, forget the questions, for now—can I sll it? Let sll it!" Celia said eagerly as her eyes burned with excitent.

Without hesitation, Izroth casually tossed the Seven Elent Change Pill to Celia, who fumbled about and nearly dropped it because it was so sudden.

Celia breathed a sigh of relief as she managed to catch it properly.

"P-Palace Master! You have to stop throwing such precious things around so casually! You’re taking years off my life! Years! There there, precious little one. The Palace Master didn’t an it. Didn’t he put so much care into crafting you?" Celia said as she gently rubbed the Seven Elent Change Pill against her cheek.

Tap.

Worldly Skies lightly chopped the top of Celia’s head, causing her to slightly wince.

"Little sister, you must mind your words. Otherwise, it may cause misunderstandings." Worldly Skies said firmly.

Celia pouted as she her hands on top of her head where Worldly Skies lightly struck and looked at her as though she had been wronged.

"Geez... I get it big sis Liqiu-" Celia suddenly halted her words.

The next mont, the atmosphere around Celia shifted as a saddened look ford in her eyes and she fell silent.

"...You-" Worldly Skies said as her eyes widened and her expression turned strange.

"...Sorry... I don’t know why I..." Celia muttered softly as her eyes started to tear up and she lowered her head.

"Little sister Li..?" Worldly Skies said with a trembling voice.

Celia froze up when Worldly Skies spoke. Then, she slowly lifted her head.

Celia was greeted by the sight of tears flowing down Worldly Skies’ face. Seeing those tears, a painful expression ford on Celia’s face.

"Are... Are you really big sis Liq-" Celia started; however, before she could even finish speaking, she felt a warm embrace wrapped her around.

Worldly Skies hugged Celia and embraced her as her entire body trembled.

The mont she felt Worldly Skies’ embrace, tears began to flow uncontrollably from Celia’s eyes as if a heavy burden had been lifted off her.

"...Stupid... Idiot... Dummy... Why did it take you so long to find ? You didn’t even recognize . Stupid big sis... Stupid... Waaaaaah." Celia tried her best to find back her cries, but she beca overwheld by her emotions.

"Yes... Yes, you’re right. This stupid big sister of yours—even if a hundred years passed, I should have recognized you imdiately. I’m sorry, okay? Won’t you forgive this big sister?" Worldly Skies said with shaky voice as she tried to soothe Celia.

"No! I won’t forgive you that easily! You have to make up for all those years! You have to say sorry a thousand- no, a million more tis! You have to gift a star for every birthday you missed! And, and... You have to promise not to disappear again..!" Celia said as she smiled through the pouring tears.

"This little sister is being quite unreasonable with her requests. But, I promise—I will never disappear again." Worldly Skies replied as she, too, smiled.

"So, what? I’m your little sister. I’m allowed to be as unreasonable as I want!" Celia said as she puffed her cheeks up.

Worldly Skies giggled slightly as she wiped away her tears before she playfully poked at Celia’s cheeks.

"As always, my adorable little sister is right." Worldly Skies responded.

Izroth watched off from the side as Worldly Skies and Celia smiled and laughed with tears running down their face.

Seeing this, a carefree smile ford on Izroth’s face.

’I’m not sure of the exact details, but it seems those two have a tricky history with a close relationship. Still, to not imdiately recognize each other—how long has it been since they last crossed paths? Regardless, since I consider both of them to be my people, I will do what I can to support them whether it’s here or in the real world.’

...

A few monts later, Worldly Skies and Celia finally cald down.

Celia held tightly onto Worldly Skies’ arm with a happy expression as she rested her head on her. She seed to have forgotten all about the Seven Elent Change Pill.

"I apologize for letting you witness such a shaful display, Palace Master." Worldly Skies said as her cheeks flushed a light shade of pink.

It was embarrassing enough that all these strangers had witnessed their behavior. But, for it to happen directly in front of Izroth as well—Worldly Skies wanted to find a hole to crawl in.

However, whenever she glanced over at Celia, who clung so happily to her arm, Worldly Skies could not help but to smile at the sight.

"There is no need to apologize. It is rare to have a strong connection with soone despite a trial of ti. It is a mont worth celebrating and enjoying. I have seen no sha in your actions." Izroth responded in a carefree manner.

He then continued, "Though I am curious as to how you two know each other."

Worldly Skies let out a long and heavy sigh.

"It’s a bit of a long story. But, since there is still so ti left until the promotion test officially ends, I suppose we have the ti to spare. That is, if it’s okay with you." Worldly Skies said as she looked over at Celia.

Since it was related to their lives outside of RML, naturally, Worldly Skies wanted to make sure that Celia also approved.

"Whatever big sis Liqiu decides, I will follow." Celia answered without hesitation.

"I told you- No, never mind. As long as it’s only in front of the Palace Master, it’s fine. However, in the future, you can’t call by that na in front of others." Worldly Skies stated.

"Yes~" Celia playfully replied.

Worldly Skies shook her head helplessly. She then returned her attention back toward Izroth.

"My real na is Jiang Liqiu. This little sister of mine is Zhang Li. I have known Zhang Li since the day she was born. And, although we are not related by blood, we have always been close since childhood, so we consider each other sisters. But, around ten years ago, sothing happened that caused a major falling out to occur between our two families." Worldly Skies started.

...

"That’s all I can rember. Since I was still technically a child at the ti, I don’t know what went on behind the scenes. All I know is that it was enough to cause our families, who had close ties for several generations, to completely cut each other off. As a result, despite my best efforts, I could not find a way to contact this little sister of mine. As for Zhang Li, she was too young at the ti to make any real efforts of her own. And, there was no way her family would let her interact with a child from a family they cut ties with." Worldly Skies stated.

’It seems no matter where one cos from, it is difficult to escape the influence of their families.’

As soone from the Seven Realms, Izroth had co across his fair share of familial disputes. So were mild and others were so severe that it caused entire families to be wiped out. In comparison, Worldly Skies’ and Celia’s could be considered fortunate who have reunited in such a way.

As for Worldly Skies’ story, Izroth found it interesting in more ways than one.

Worldly Skies was a part of the Jiang family, while Celia was a mber of the Zhang family. Both were included among the Seven Great Families.

Apparently, around ten years ago, a sche that had happened many years before was uncovered by soone. It was revealed that the Jiang family had been plotting with others to weaken the Zhang family and use the opportunity to take over so of their important businesses.

As a result, the Zhang family, which had always been consistently in the top three among the Seven Great Families alongside the Zi family and Tian family, fell to the very bottom.
