In the quiet of evening, Igaris gently held Evernight’s soft hand and activated Dinsional Sovereign, transferring them to a place unaccessible by conventional dungeon gateways—an isolated realm beyond known pathways.

Their eyes t in that mont, emotions passing silently between them.

Evernight’s violet gaze shimred with a trace of loss, her expression unreadable. Igaris, facing her, held a subtle look of guilt—as if her pain reached deeper than she let on.

Nevertheless, the dinsional gate activated, swallowing them in an arc of swirling light. Their figures vanished into the distortion of space.

They passed through warped layers of reality, like drifting through liquid glass, before finally arriving in a desolate and gray-tinted world.

This was Ashvale—land of broken chas and Summoners.

A sa world where Summoners and ch Riders were currently at war. The skies were cloudy with residual mana smoke, and the very air carried a sense of old war and forgotten cries.

They stood alone on an empty field, where the distant horizon was layered with towering silhouettes of mountains and winding rivers. A cold wind swept across the terrain.

This landscape could only an one thing.

They were in Paradis, the holand of the so-called Perfect Society.

Igaris activated The Architect’s Eyes, golden energy blooming in his irises. A ripple of information unfolded in his mind as he scanned thousands of kiloters in an instant.

Data flowed into his mind. Locations. Factions. Aura traces. Movent patterns.

In re seconds, the state of the ongoing war unfolded before him.

"It’s as I thought," Igaris said quietly. "The war still remains in a deadlock. Just like when we left. But sothing is different."

He narrowed his gaze further, filtering more.

"Your reinforcent on the Architect’s Seal... I think it’s been breached. Not fully, but enough to let foreign forces intervene."

Evernight’s face tensed.

"I’m seeing angels among the Summoners," Igaris continued. "They’re aiding the Summoners’ cause—slowly shifting the tide of war in their favor."

Evernight clenched her fist. "Then I’ll have to stop them again." She turned sharply, ready to leave, but Igaris reached out and gently held her hand.

"I know you’re strong and capable, Evernight. But do you rember the promise I made to you?" His voice was calm, yet firm. "I told you that if I ever beca powerful, I would help you take your revenge. That’s why I’m here. Gaining more armies is part of the plan, but my real goal is to settle your past. For your sake."

Her eyes narrowed. A flicker of emotion crossed her face. "Are you really telling the truth? Will you help annihilate them, even now? You don’t need anymore, Igaris. So why would you still want to help ?"

He stepped closer and gently cupped her cheeks, his thumb brushing across her soft skin. Then, he leaned in and placed a light kiss on her cheek, tender and slow.

"You’re wrong, Calypso," he whispered, his voice husky. "Like I said, I’m here because of you. Shirley may have been the first to claim my body, but you were the first to touch my heart and soul."

He gazed into her eyes without flinching.

"Your beauty, your strength. The mont we t, they captured . Even in a past life, you were the first. You still are. And always will be."

Evernight stared at him, speechless. Inside, her heart beat faster like a delicate young maiden falling in love.

In the silence between them, the winds of Ashvale howled. They were lonely, cold, and ancient.

But between their hands, warmth remained.

---

Igaris and Evernight appeared high above the smoke-choked skies of Ashvale’s northern battlefront.

CRACK-BOOM!

Lightning snarled around them like divine serpents as they descended, thunder rolling across the land in explosive waves.

BUZZZ!

A shockwave rippled as they touched the sky, disrupting the ambient mana of the battlefield.

On the scorched earth below, there was just chaos and cries.

KA-BOOM, KA-BOOM!

Explosions burst in the distance. chas howled as tal tore and circuits overloaded.

BZZZZZT! Sparks rained down from their broken limbs. Summoned beasts screeched as their energy pulses collided, their roars echoing across the horizon.

ROOOAAARR! The glow of war cast long shadows across the earth.

The cha Legion faltered. Towering machines staggered, their armor buckled, warning sirens shrieking in panic.

anwhile, the Summoners attacked forward, bolstered by a squadron of celestial Angels.

FWOOSH!

Radiant wings sliced through the air, leaving trails of golden feathers. Divine energy whistled and bood, shattering the cha front lines.

BOOM! CRASH!

Then ca a pause in the chaos.

A radiant flash split the darkened sky.

FWAAAAAH!

Igaris and Evernight hovered like sovereigns of destruction. Her presence was silent as death. His was like an eternal furnace waiting to erupt. His blue eyes swept across the battlefield like the gaze of a god.

"Who are they?" a shaken cha soldier whispered.

"Of course they’re with the Summoners!" a commander barked upon noticing their supernatural abilities.

BEEP-BEEP! Targeting systems locked on. Cannons whirred and buzzed, plasma chambers charged with light.

But, Igaris raised a single hand.

And the world went silent.

WHUMMMMMMMMMM!

A pulse erupted from his palm. Not light. Not fire. A void. Space crumpled like paper. Ti bent like a bowstring pulled taut. The skies buckled, CRACK! and reality tore.

BOOOOOM!

A vortex of death slamd into the Summoner faction.

KRRRRSHHHH! Beasts vanished in an instant, their cries cut off mid-roar. SKREEEE— gone. Angels whipped their heads around, wings flaring, but the force had already taken them.

FWOOM! WHOOSH! KRA-KRACK!

They were dragged screaming into the skies. Their halos shattered with tallic chis, TING-TING-TINK! Their wings withered into dust, FSSSSHHH disintegrating in the wind. VOOOOM! Their divine light snuffed out.

The ground beneath them exploded in concussive waves. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Craters ford where once stood an army.

Silence.

A wind whispered through the battlefield. Only ash fell, soft and whispery. Shhhhhh...

Igaris lowered his hand.

The chas stared, systems frozen. One pilot’s jaw dropped inside his cockpit.

BEEP. ERROR. TARGET LOST.

"He just... erased them," a voice crackled on the comms.

"That’s not a Summoner," another muttered. "That’s a god."

CLANG! A cha pilot dropped his weapon.

Evernight hovered beside him, her long black hair fluttering in the warm fallout breeze.

"You didn’t hold back," she said softly.

"They deserve it after tornting you for eons," Igaris replied, his voice calm yet terrible.

And in the wake of his strike, only whispers, crackling flas, and distant thunder remained.

With their presence, the battlefield would never be the sa.
