Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster Chapter 1029: Uriel Ark
Chapter 1029: Uriel Ark
“Hmm.”
From the moment he entered to the moment he died, it had been around four seconds. It was a bit of a shocker for Rael, since he had made sure Megatron was at least twice as strong as Gaia.
And a Gaia at double her usual power could most likely cleave through several realities with a single slash. That was just how powerful she was.
So once again, it seemed like Rael had to do something a little different. Since the constructs were slightly different from humans, he went ahead and turned back time by a few minutes near the area where Megatron was last.
Then, when Megatron’s body reappeared, Rael went ahead and connected the two timelines together. Coincidentally, Megatron remained, and the only thing about him that changed was that he had died on the outside now.
And since his body was still somewhat visible to the current Rael, he went ahead and did a quick revival.
The moment Rael revived him, he glanced around in confusion. But sadly for Rael, that was as far as he could see into the Dream Realm, as everything began turning hazy, making it hard to make anything out.
Still…
The reply was instant.
Right… Rael let out a sigh and rubbed his forehead in annoyance.
With that, Rael closed the chat and waited, waited, and continued to wait for nearly an hour, until finally…
Of course not.
Rael didn’t want to set foot in that cursed place.
Therefore, when Megatron gave him yet another thumbs up, Rael quickly absorbed some of Megatron’s memories regarding the outline of what he had just created, and then without a beat of hesitation, Rael went ahead and encircled that whole area in his presence, and then poofed it out of existence.
For a moment, he thought everything was fine and dandy, since there weren’t any side effects. And yet, the first side effect Rael managed to spot wasn’t in the Dream Realm at all.
Instead, it was in the center of the universe. It randomly popped up as a small blip of mana, and by the time he pletely narrowed down its location, it had grown to the size of a planet. It continued to grow rapidly, and Rael wasn’t quite sure what it was.
Despite that, he teleported to where it was, and to his surprise, he saw a massive chunk of earth just expanding endlessly. It was akin to some kind of glitch or virus, and no matter how many times Rael tried to freeze time or control it, it didn’t seem to do much.
So in the end, he decided to take a whole different tactic altogether. He glanced over at some of the pocket universes he had made, and then pulled one out into the current universe, pushing it straight toward the mass of ever-expanding earth.
And to his surprise, it actually worked. The mass of earth was absorbed into the pocket universe. Then, with another flick, he erased that pocket universe too, alongside the mass of earth.
Just like that, the problem was resolved. He really hoped it was, since he didn’t have many ideas if it wasn’t…
Though it looks fine. A few seconds have passed, and nothing seems to have popped out, Rael thought, glancing around a little longer just in case.
But there really was nothing. It was safe, and he could finally relax.
“…?”
The fuck?
Uriel Ark? Isn’t that the guy whose book I had read? He’s dead, isn’t he? Huh… He got so messed up he turned into a system or something. Who would’ve known he was still alive and kicking, Rael thought with a chuckle.
Still…
It took a few minutes for the reply to e, but once it did, Rael wasn’t exactly very happy.
Rael tilted his head slightly.
But Uriel was right. He might’ve deleted that universe that he had sealed the part of the Dream Realm in, but he could still feel a big chunk of power radiating from somewhere in the far distance.
Yet the one worry he had was the fact that Uriel Ark actually existed somehow. And since he had assimilated himself with the system he had created, getting rid of him was… well, difficult to say the least.
So like the good merchant that Rael was, he went ahead and started being reasonable.
