However, Su Jian's attention was now focused on Su Yuan, who was lying on the ground.

With Master Chen's help, it didn't take long for Su Yuan to slowly open his eyes. His gaze was full of confusion, and when he saw himself lying in Su Jian's arms, a look of panic flickered across his eyes. He imdiately pushed him away, saying, "You... Who are you?"

Seeing his son not recognizing him, Su Jian was montarily stunned, then imdiately said, "Son, I am your father."
"No... You are not my father, I don't have a father."
Su Yuan didn't rember anything and ran into the darkness without saying another word.
Seeing this, Su Jian quickly chased after him, blocking Su Yuan's path with a leap, and said anxiously, "Son, I am your father, why don't you rember ? Don't be afraid, quickly tell , what exactly happened?"

Su Jian first checked Su Yuan's body but found nothing amiss, so he had to seek help from Master Chen once more.

Master Chen slowly approached Su Jian's side, extended his index and middle fingers, and placed them on Su Yuan's head, feeling carefully for a mont. His eyebrows slightly furrowed, and he gave Su Jian a strange look, "Your son has beco foolish!"
"What did you say?"
Su Jian was taken aback, asking in disbelief.
Master Chen continued, "His brain has been damaged. Although his life is not in danger, he has beco foolish and no longer rembers the events that happened. It seems your son has encountered a very powerful cultivator."
"He turned my son into a fool!!"
It was well known that Su Jian was fanatical about protecting his son, never wanting his son to suffer any wrongs. Now that soone had made his son into a fool, the rage inside him caused his body to tremble slightly, and his face turned fiercely vicious:
"Who on earth dared to turn my son into a fool? I will dig this person out and then crush their bones to dust!"
With that said, Su Jian clenched his fists tightly, his face fierce as he took out his cellphone, preparing to call his subordinates to search for the hidden cultivator within Taoyuan County. He was determined to find them and avenge his son.

Hearing this, the anger on Su Jian's face finally subsided.

Li Qianfan was unaware of the incident that took place in the dry well. After rescuing Lin Manyue, he imdiately took her back to his dormitory.
When they got back to the dormitory, Li Qianfan noticed sothing was amiss. In just the few minutes it took to walk there, Lin Manyue's Soul Power had weakened at an alarming rate, and her body, which had initially seed very real, now appeared much more tenuous.
"Auntie, how do you feel?"
Li Qianfan asked seriously.
"It's getting cold again." Lin Manyue's body was becoming more and more epheral, and the scars that had previously vanished were now reappearing.
"I understand now!"
Suddenly, Li Qianfan realized sothing, "After you left the dry well, your soul hasn't had any protection, and your Soul Power has been dissipating. In no ti at all, you'll be utterly annihilated."
"Ah, what should we do?"
Lin Manyue realized that once her soul was utterly annihilated, her true body would also die instantly.
