Crhono and the others were on high alert, aware of everything happening inside and outside Cors Palace. Although they weren't actively monitoring the interior of the room, they could sense what was happening.
Although they didn't use their eyes, Crhono and the others could use their divine aura to visualize what was happening around them, so they weren't emphatic in their vigilance, as they didn't want to invade the privacy of Andrew and his wives.
They were more focused on monitoring the movents of divine energy; that is, they didn't watch what Andrew and his wives were doing, but rather focused on the changes that occurred with what they were doing.
Obviously, Andrew could notice this, and although it caused him so discomfort, he understood that it was the minimum Crhono and the others would allow for this ritual, as it would allow them to find problems and act accordingly.
Even so, they were surprised to notice how Andrew absorbed the divinity from the body of the deceased god. The body of the deceased god was like a beacon on a stormy night, so seeing it dim and enter Andrew surprised them.
Even Crhono, who had perford a similar ritual, was amazed at Andrew's ability, as he hadn't been capable of such a feat. It's important to know that the divine body Crhono used to achieve divinity was his master's body.
In other words, they had an unbreakable bond that allowed Crhono to carry out the entire process relatively easily and without complications, but it still didn't co close to what Andrew was doing.
The others were also surprised because, while they had never attempted anything like this before, they understood the basic concept of absorbing a god's divinity, even if the god was dead.
In just over a couple of hours, a powerful beam of light spread out, creating a column of light that could be seen by everyone in the city. It was testimony that Andrew had succeeded. Despite how powerful this light seed, and despite how it pierced everything as if uniting heaven and earth, in reality, the phenonon didn't affect anything or anyone. It was rely a manifestation of energy, so no harm was done.
Despite that, the column of light was dazzling enough for everyone in the city to see it and wonder what was happening. The city's various forces imdiately sent their n to investigate.
It wasn't difficult for them to identify where the light was coming from, but even so, they were unable to find any relevant information. First of all, infiltrating Cors Palace was practically impossible.
Andrew has complete control of this place, and only a divine existence would have a chance, and even then, it would be slim. Add to that the fact that the most powerful demigods on the continent guarded the place, and Cors Palace is an impenetrable fortress.
Even though the ritual had been a success, Andrew didn't leave the underground chamber, and Chrhono and the other demigods didn't enter. First of all, Andrew and his wives were naked and dirty from sexual activity, so they had to clean and dress first.
The demigods wouldn't be so careless as to enter carelessly. However, it's the second reason that's more important, and that's the fact that Andrew had to control the new energy and lay the groundwork.
He had already absorbed divinity, and there seed to be no apparent problems, but he was still in a period of instability and had to focus on controlling his new energy, or there could be trouble.
What no one knew was that the fallen god sealed near the city of Cors had also noticed the phenonon. He may be locked away, but that didn't an he couldn't sense what was happening in the surrounding area. At first, this was impossible, but over the centuries, the seal had weakened, and Terra and her spirit sisters couldn't completely block it, only retain it.
That's how powerful the fallen god is. Not even five powerful spirits could hold him back for much longer. While it wouldn't be long, this referred to the ti of the gods and divine beasts, for in mortal terms, it would be several decades.
This may seem like a long ti, but in reality, it wasn't. A couple of decades would allow mortals to advance a great deal, but compared to the threat posed by the fallen god's resurgence, it wasn't much.
Terra and Aqua hadn't told them this, not wanting to rush Andrew and the others. They knew that eagerness only led to fatigue, and they would be prone to making mistakes, sothing they couldn't afford.
That's why, despite having warned them that the situation was pressing, they never ntioned that there was so little ti. At least, it wasn't important at the mont; they could always hurry them later.
Terra and Aqua wanted them to be calm and do things calmly, but there was no need to rush them. If they took too long, they would have to warn them. The fallen god, anwhile, within the enclosed space of his seal, displayed a cold and terrifying expression. He could sense Andrew's increasing divine power and even Chrono's power.
He knew he had been imprisoned for a long ti, but he didn't expect this world to pose threats to him. He had once been a god in his own right and understood the thoughts of the divine race.
He may now have an impulse toward destruction and chaos due to his corruption, but that doesn't an he isn't rational. In fact, it's precisely the fact that he can think calmly even when his impulses corrode him that is dangerous.
He rembered the battle against the gods a thousand years ago as if it had been a few days ago, so his anger didn't subside, but he also knew that the gods wouldn't stay in this world after defeating him.
That's why he was curious to know who Andrew and Crhono were. He only felt their divine auras and understood they were a threat, but he couldn't see them. That's why he wanted to et them, to understand what was happening.
He wanted to know how these beings had appeared if the gods had abandoned this world. The fallen god couldn't possibly know there was a god candidate, much less that several deceased gods had left their bodies here, much less the existence of Crhono as a divine beast.
All of these were as improbable as the other. It had never happened that the gods decided to leave their deceased bodies in the mortal world, nor that a beast or sentient being had achieved divinity and not ascended.
Andrew's existence as a god candidate was the most normal of these, but since Andrew had multiple divinities, the fallen god couldn't identify him as such. For him, the existence of Terra and the other four spirits was already abnormal, so sensing anything else confused him. His curiosity grew stronger and stronger, and this irritated him, as he couldn't go out to investigate.
This annoyed him to the point that he began to force the seal, trying to escape, but Terra and her sisters wouldn't allow it. While it would be difficult for the fallen god to break the seal with a fit of rage, they didn't let up.
It was better to be safe than sorry, so they suppressed the fallen god within the seal so that he wouldn't continue to bother them. Obviously, this is temporary, and they can only do it by relying on the formation of the seal.
Honestly speaking, if the fallen god were to escape, Terra and her sisters wouldn't be able to fight him. Spirits are powerful, but Terra and the others aren't as powerful. It's true that they lived in the divine realm and were strong compared to mortals, but the reality is that, on the scale of divine power, their strength is inferior to that of Chrono at his peak.
They may fight for a while, but they will be defeated 100 tis out of 100 encounters. If that weren't the case, they would have released the seal long ago and destroyed the fallen god.
It's because they can't defeat him that they've kept the seal in the hope that so savior would co. They hoped so spirits, divine beasts, or powerful gods would discover them and help them, but that never happened.

Fortunately, the appearance of Andrew and his allies gave them hope. While it wasn't what they expected and the odds of victory aren't high, it's better than waiting for the seal to break and the fallen god to escape.
Although frustrated, the fallen god stopped making a fuss inside the seal. Although he was only being restrained and limited, he knew his tantrum wouldn't achieve anything, so he preferred to wait for the right mont.
In this way, several days passed, then turned into weeks, but Andrew still didn't erge from the underground chamber. His wives had left long ago, but Andrew was focused on controlling his new divinity.
He had to find a balance between the divinity of Eros, the divinity of Water, and the newly acquired divinity of Light. Fortunately, these were fairly malleable and peaceful elents, or it wouldn't be so simple.
In fact, this raised a concern, as the divinities of the bodies of deceased gods held by Zaros and the beastn were from the domain of war, and those are more complex to control. That was a genuine concern, but it was sothing to think about for the future.
