When they saw blood everywhere they thought that they had killed her and decided to leave, before anyone saw them.
Ariana opened her eyes weakly and stared at the night sky. She just wanted to be free from the pack, and when that happened, she gets attacked before she could even settle down.
The pack had forbidden her from shifting before which caused her wolf to beco weak, that was the reason why when Hunter rejected her it nearly killed her wolf. The attack was too heavy for her, as she started regretting her life choices, she wished that she could go back in ti and do things differently.
She wouldn’t be a fool to believe that Hunter would ever love her and accept her as his mate and luna.
"Guys do you sll that?" She heard a voice in the dark say.
"No, I don’t sll anything do you?" She heard another voice say.
"No, I think it is only him." Another voice said.
"Let’s go closer." The man’s voice.
The voice of the man sounded like music to her ears. She couldn’t’ understand what was happening.
"My God who would do this?" She heard a girl say, but this ti the voice was near.
"Mate!" She saw the man’s face near her own.
"Mate!" She heard her wolf faintly say.
"W-what?" She asked in confusion.
"I c-can’t b-be y-your m-m-mate." She struggled the words out.
"Sweetie you are my mate." The guy confird.
"What happened?" He asked worriedly.
"R-rogue a-attack." She said with difficulty.
"Y-you s-said t-that I am y-your m-mate, b-but m-my mate a-already rejected ." She managed to say weakly.
She opened her eyes and stared at his red eyes.
"A-are y-you g-going to h-hurt ?" She asked, vampires and werewolf were natural enemies.
"No, you are my beloved, why would I hurt you." He responded lifting her head and placing it unto his lap.
"Scar what is this?" She asked her wolf.
"I have to explain but i don’t have much ti." She heard her wolf say.
"What do you an?" She asked with tears flowing down.
"When wolfs are rejected the moon goddess sotis grants a second chance mate. You have been through a lot during these and the moon goddess decided to give you another chance at Love." Her wolf responded.
"Are you okay?" She heard him ask.
"My wolf s-said that y-you are m-my s-second mate." She muttered but he heard her. He nodded.
"Guys her pulse is getting weak; she is about to die." She heard the woman say.
"You should hurry and reject , I’m about to die anyways." She said softly.
"Nothing will happen to you. I’ll change you." He said wiping her tears.
"C-change ?" She asked.
"Vampire! I’ll change you to a vampire." He said looking deep into her eyes.
"To change her, her wolf has to go." The woman said.
"N-n-no!" She shook her.
"Ari you have to let go. He is soone that I going to treat you well. The pack lied to you; we are not weak. They said that I was the weak wolf and would stand in their way, but they were afraid that you’ll be stronger than them combined which is why they tried to use every ans to subdue us. I want you to keep the powers that I have and make yourself a place in the Vampire world. I’ll always be with you but not ntally." She heard her wolf take a deep breath.
"Let them change you. Bye Ari I hope to be your wolf in the next, but as you know vampires are already dead and live a long life." Her wolf said with a chuckle and breathed her last breath
Ariana cried for the loss of her long life companion.
