"How long will it take before he gets here?" At the core area of the Venice estate, two n and and a woman could be seen standing in front of the most luxurious house in the estate.
Amongst the n, one of them is actually Jake who Hutton previously sent to get a weapon ownership license a day ago while the other man is a thin man who is on glasses. This man have dark green hair with a pair of light green eyes, he is wearing a simple green colored suit which complinted his looks.
As for the woman, she is the shortest person among the three of them with a height of 5 foot 6 inches as she have glowing blonde hair that was laid down freely from the top of her head all the way to her waist. She wore a simple white plain polo which fully brought out her two incredible mountains on her chest while wearing a tight jean which also brought out the lower curves of her body.
Apart from all this, she have an impatient look on her plum face while nibbling on her lips which is painted with a simple lip gloss that brought out the shine of it.
"Please try to wait a little more longer Miss, he will be here any mont now" Jake tried to explain to the lady in the group while silently swallowing his saliva hard as she thought.
’Boss really is amazing....’
"Oh, it seems like he has arrived" The man on glasses suddenly said as he gazed at a black colored Corolla coming towards them from a distance.
"Took him long enough" The lady who apparently is Lily said as she also gazed at the Corolla with a grumpy look on her face. As for the person driving the Corolla, after parking it in his garage which is right beside his house, he finally stepped out of his car.
"So are you here to tell Miss Ling Fei has agreed to my proposal?" Hutton asked as he calmly walked out of the garage while his eyes were on Lily’s face.
When Lily heard what Hutton asked, she suddenly have a sweet smile on her face as she replied.
"She told to tell you that she will accept your proposal only on one condition"
"And what might that condition be?" Hutton asked again as his brows suddenly creased together after seeing Lily’s sweet smile.
"Well the condition is pretty simple, you just have to go to China and attend a particular event with her"
"EEhhh!!" Both Jake and surprisenly the man on glasses suddenly exclaid with an incredulous look on their faces. As for Hutton, his creased brows quickly changed into a deep frown on his face.
After staying completely silent for several seconds, Hutton finally asked again with a serious look on his face.
"Is there a second option?"
"Nope Mr. Hutton. And she also told to tell you that the event will happen in two weeks ti so you have to decide now or else you will miss your only chance on partnering with her" Lily answered with a sweet smile still on her face.
’She is really not giving ti to think’ Hutton thought with a wry smile on his face. But he quickly ca back to normal as he said.
"Alright, I accept Miss Ling Fei condition"
"Great! So in a weeks ti, I will co and get you as both of us will leave to China. So goodbye for now" Lily said joyously before she went towards the car she ca with which is parked at another corner of Hutton’s front courtyard
’Why do I feel like I just got played?’ Hutton thought as he looked at Lily who got into her car and drove off. But he quickly shoke that thought away as he put his gaze on the man on glasses.
"And who might you be?" Hutton asked with a confused look on his face. But the man on glasses didn’t seem affected by Hutton’s expression as he said.
"My na is Wilfred Albert and am here because the George family will like to have a business deal with you"
"The George family?" Hutton asked again with a more confused look on his face.
"Yes, we are a first class family that reside at the capital city of the country so you should be able to understand how high our social status is" Wilfred explained with a proud look on his face and in a proud tone.
When Jake heard what Wilfred said, he was imdiately struck dumb as he thought in a daze.
’A first class family...’
"So what kind of business deal do you guys want to do with ?" Hutton asked in now an indifferent tone. But Wilfred simply didn’t notice the indifference Hutton used to ask him that question as he said proudly.
"We would like to buy your restaurant with the amount of 5 million bucks while giving you 5% of the Blue Haven shares. What do you think of this Mr. Hutton?"
When Jake heard Wilfred, he imdiately began shaking as he thought in disbelief.
’F*ck ! 5 million bucks just to buy a restaurant!! Boss will be super rich if he accepts!’
As for Hutton, when he heard what Wilfred said, he was even fazed as he looked at Wilfred indifferently.
"Is this the only business deal the George family would like to give ?" Hutton asked calmly. When Wilfred heard him, he was a bit surprised by it but he still answered Hutton.
"Yes. Is there any problem with it?"
"Oh no it’s just that I found you guys really stupid thinking this kind of offer will sway " Hutton said in a calm and relaxed manner.
What he gets from his restaurant daily is up to 700,000 bucks and this is after every paynt or maintenance fee is done which shows how profitable his restaurant has beco. So using 5 million to buy a restaurant that can return the amount the person used to buy it in 7 days is a huge loss for the buyer.
As for the 5% share of the Blue Haven restaurant, that was even more impossible. Why would he leave a cake to soone in exchange of a single slice of pie.
When Wilfred heard Hutton, his expression quickly beca ice cold as he asked deeply.
"So you are rejecting the George family’s offer?"
"Are you deaf or you are just stupid to the extent I have to spill it out plainly for you?" Hutton said with a confused look on his face. As for Wilfred, his face began to burn out of anger as he stared at Hutton gravely.
But in the end, Wilfred just took in a deep breath as he tried to calm himself down. After that he said while leaving Hutton’s front courtyard.
"Very good, I will relay what you said to the George family"
But Hutton simply ignored him from here on out as his eyes fell on Jake as he asked with his eyes glittering.
"So where is my weapon wielding license?"
As soon as Hutton asked this question, Jake who was still in a daze finally ca back to his senses. But he didn’t answer Hutton’s question imdiately, instead he looked at Hutton with eyes of admiration as he said.
"Boss, you are so cool!"
If it was any ordinary person, they would have imdiately agreed to Wilfred offer a while ago in ecstasy. Not only would they have a connection with a first class family, but they might even get a very reasonable amount of money without them doing anything.
But Hutton didn’t only rejected such an offer, he also insulted them at being so stupid to think such an offer will move him. Why wouldn’t Jake admiration for Hutton increase.
"Oh stop with the praise as quickly hand over the license" Hutton said with a dismissive gesture. When Jake heard him, he finally cald himself down as he brought out the license from his pocket and gave it to Hutton.
’My face is actually on it’ Hutton thought with a surprised look on his face after finding out his face is actually on the license.
"You haven’t told who gave you the license yet" Hutton said with a curious look on his face as he continued to observe the license.
Everything he found on the license is very accurate and the information about him on the license is also very precise. Hutton was very shocked when he find all these things out.
"Well it was that miss you were talking to when you first arrived that gave the license. She was also the one that gave the folder that contains the information regarding the top companies in the city and also the neighbouring city" Jake explained with a wry smile on his face.
"She was the one?" Hutton quickly asked with a shocked expression now on his face.
"Although I wasn’t sure about it that ti if it was a male or a female since the place was very dark. But after seeing her now, I was certain it was her" Jake said with a confird look on his face.
But Hutton didn’t know wether he should laugh or cry as he thought.
’So you are telling you weren’t able to see those massive mountains on her chest the first ti you t her?’
But Hutton quickly tossed this thought aside as a cold smile appeared on his face as he asked.
"So now that I have gotten my license, show where I can get so weapons"
