In the brief exchange of words, Midoriya had no space to dodge. Togata Mirio's fist was already poised to strike.

The giant rock, split in two, was blown away by the storm. The gathered steel wires fell to the ground, transforming back into Midoriya's human form as he tumbled.
The wires condensed into an arm, supporting him on the ground to stop his rolling. Midoriya Izuku struggled to his feet, his body wracked with searing pain.
The damage to his steel wire form also affected his real body. Although Togata Mirio clearly held back, using only the storm from his punch to attack Midoriya, the damage was still significant. Midoriya Izuku was in rough shape.
"Alright, Midoriya, you can surrender now."
Togata Mirio, having landed back on the ground, tried to reason with him. He didn't want to hurt Midoriya Izuku too much, even if he was now in the role of the "enemy." To Mirio, Midoriya was still that admirable junior.

In an instant, the two collided. Mirio's right fist, moving at an incredible speed, struck Midoriya's abdon with a force that was impossible to react to.
At that mont, Mirio's swift right punch landed squarely on Midoriya's stomach, hitting its target without a doubt.

The air fell silent, and then a downpour began, drenching both of them. The outco was clear.
