The two walked in complete silence as they headed out of the city. They both understood that the city couldn't be used for their fight, as they couldn't cause harm to the citizens. This was the unspoken agreent between Midoriya and Mirio.

Without saying a word, they both decided to move the fight to a desolate area outside the city. It was a place with no people or buildings, so they could fight freely without troubling anyone else.

"Midoriya... you could've beco a hero..."

"It doesn't matter."

Midoriya responded, as if coming to terms with sothing. He shook his head and asked:

"Mirio-senpai, you should know what my dream of becoming a hero was, right?"

"I wanted to protect everyone's smiles..."

A vague, elusive dream. Midoriya Izuku's goal of becoming a hero was driven by a pure wish to help others, and this was why Togata Mirio and All Might admired him. It was a simple, selfless dream of being a hero.

Midoriya nodded, confirming that Mirio rembered his dream. But it was also because of this...

Midoriya slowly began to speak again.

"When I first t Eri at the amusent park, all I saw on her face was fear and terror... her body wrapped in bandages and her eyes filled with hopelessness. That shouldn't be the expression a child should have."

"I've also looked into the collaboration between 'Shie Hassaikai' and the 'League of Villains,' and the experints Chisaki perford on Eri. I've got all the details."

"All Might and the police have worked hard. They must follow the laws of society, and I understand that. The laws that maintain order are the minimum standard of morality; they cannot be broken."

"That's why I have to do this. I can't let others be put in difficult positions, and I can't allow criminals to remain free. I have to bring justice to 'Shie Hassaikai' outside the law."

Midoriya shared all the thoughts he had in his heart with Togata Mirio, then gave a faint smile.

"At least, Eri will be able to smile in the future."

"Midoriya, you...!"

This was the first ti Togata Mirio hated himself. As a hero, he couldn't do anything. He couldn't save the innocent child Eri, and despite all the sacrifices Midoriya made, he still had to arrest him as a hero.

Togata Mirio weakly placed his right hand on his face, feeling deep pain and sadness... in the end, he couldn't save even 'one' person, so what was the point of being a 'Lemillion'?

"I'm such a disgraceful senior."

"Cheer up, Mirio-senpai! The 'Symbol of Peace' must be passed down to you. As for , I can only exist as an 'enemy' now."

Midoriya Izuku, the 'enemy' encouraging the hero, told Togata Mirio that he had to stay strong. As a hero, Mirio had the inevitable responsibility to stop the arrest of his 'enemy.'

"Midoriya, I'm going to make my move."

"Bring it on!"

The final words between the two were their last farewell. As a hero, Togata Mirio had to arrest the 'enemy' Midoriya Izuku, and with the wild winds howling across the wasteland... the battle began.

'One for All' covered him completely, while 'Peration' repelled the attack. Togata Mirio used his most powerful strength, forcing All for One to only take passive hits.

In an instant, Togata Mirio reached Midoriya, his right hand extending to capture him. His goal was to safely subdue Midoriya without harm, this was Million's intention.

Togata Mirio was incredibly fast, and naturally, Midoriya couldn't react imdiately. But the mont Mirio's hand touched him, his body seed to dissolve into strands of steel wire.

Once his body turned into steel wire, Midoriya's senses beca extrely sharp. The wires quickly ford a trap that ensnared Togata Mirio, and the result was still the sa...

The steel wire easily passed through a void. Togata Mirio, already immune to all physical damage due to 'Peration,' was hardly affected. Perhaps only Shinso Hitoshi's 'Brainwashing' could restrain him slightly.

His eyes couldn't see, his nose couldn't sll, all five senses were completely shut off, like being trapped in a dark silent room, even his breath was restricted. But Togata Mirio could still sense everything outside. This was a skill he had honed through years of training under the Night Eye. In an instant, he analyzed and understood everything happening around him.

"Midoriya, you've gotten stronger..."

Togata Mirio felt happy but also sad. If only Midoriya had a 'Quirk' to beco a hero... but reality rarely goes the way people wish.

"But, I'm stronger!"

The force of Togata Mirio's fist manifested, and the power of "One for All" exploded. The storm from the punch howled, and Midoriya, in his steel wire form, was blown away and scattered.

With the "Peration" state lifted, Togata Mirio saw in the distance that Midoriya's body was slowly returning to its normal state from the wire form. From the start of their clash, Million had already gained an advantage.

"So this is 'One for All,' All Might's Quirk."

Midoriya felt the power that Togata Mirio just unleashed, and it was exactly like All Might's. The kind of strength that can blow everything away with just the force of a punch—this is the kind of power the "Symbol of Peace" possessed, making all enemies tremble.

The steel wire reford into Midoriya's body, and he looked at Togata Mirio, a small smile appearing on his face.

"Really... I truly envy you, Mirio-senpai, for inheriting All Might's 'Quirk.'"

"Sorry..."

"No, that's not it."

Togata Mirio, saying sothing with slight regret, was quickly denied by Midoriya, who shook his head.

Honestly, ever since All for One told Midoriya about All Might's "One for All," Midoriya had been wondering what it would be like if he had inherited All Might's Quirk.

All Might was the hero everyone looked up to, the one hailed as the "Symbol of Peace." Midoriya Izuku had admired him deeply since he was young. If he could inherit All Might's Quirk and beco his disciple... how happy would that be?

Everyone has desires. Everyone dreams of being closer to the heroes they admire. After learning about the "One for All" Quirk, Midoriya Izuku even fantasized about inheriting it, imagining how thrilling and exciting it would be.

But now, Midoriya no longer had such fantasies. All Might was the "Symbol of Peace," and whoever inherited his Quirk, "One for All," would have to carry that heavy responsibility—becoming a noble figure for the hero society, like a "lighthouse" guiding others.

Midoriya Izuku had killed, and he had committed cris. He could never beco a hero. From now on, he would only be seen as an "enemy" hated by society. He couldn't walk the path toward the light anymore.

So...

Midoriya slowly spoke to Mirio:

"Only you can inherit 'One for All,' becoming All Might's successor, because you're the hero everyone needs!"
