Lucas was still downstairs having breakfast when he suddenly heard bursts of loud laughter.

Sophia opened the door while brushing her teeth, grinning from ear to ear.

"Look at this! Twitter’s trending page is absolutely adorable today.

Soone posted that they ran into a guy at the mall who looked exactly like you—buying sanitary pads. And not just one bag... like, several giant bags."

Lucas’s ears instantly turned red.

"Daddy, your ears are red!"

Faye stared at him like she’d just discovered a new species.

Could Daddy actually get embarrassed?

Sophia had opened her phone earlier just to kill ti, and that’s when she found the trending post.

"To be honest, he really does look like you."

She turned around, walked back into the bathroom.

When she ca back out, still looking at her phone, she walked right into Lucas’s chest.

"When did you co upstairs?"

"When you walked in."

"You’re fast."

"Still hurting?"

Sophia shook her head. "Not anymore. But I need to go buy a few things today."

"Buy those?"

She followed the direction of Lucas’s finger—and saw four huge bags stacked in the corner.

"What the—?"

She walked over and froze.

Four giant bags filled to the brim with sanitary pads.

"Lucas, you... you...."

She turned to him in disbelief.

"Are you planning to start a sanitary pad business?"

"I wasn’t sure, so I bought three packs of each brand. Is that enough?"

"Judging by this, I can use them for a year."

Then an image suddenly popped into her head—the photo from Twitter, and the chaos in that aisle.

She couldn’t help laughing.

She reached up and pinched his ear.

"So it was really you. Mr. Hilton, may I ask... how did you manage to fight your way through a crowd of won?"

Lucas’s tone softened, almost ek.

"They’re not stupid. They knew I wasn’t so creep."

Sophia’s gloomy mood evaporated instantly.

A man who would drop his pride to buy her won’s products—She really couldn’t ask for more.

"Alright, let’s go have breakfast."

She pushed him toward the door—but Lucas grabbed her wrist and pulled her back.

"Since I did a good job, shouldn’t I get a reward?"

"You should."

Sophia rose on her toes, just about to kiss him—when she poked him right on the forehead instead.

"Dream on. You’re pushing your luck."

Lucas couldn’t help laughing.

But what he didn’t expect was that he sohow made sanitary pads go viral.

And people started making all kinds of ridiculous s.

Most of them were jealous, of course—but so troublemakers started stirring things up.

"Mr. Hilton, your public image suddenly beca much more... relatable. You gained over six million Twitter followers overnight. But so professional haters are already attacking you."

Alex was practically laughing, but didn’t dare show it. His salary was already on thin ice.

Lucas didn’t even look up.

"I spoil my wife. Why would I need their approval?"

"That’s true. But... Mr. Hilton, the scene last night blew up. And since you bought out that entire mall afterward, so haters are saying you’re showing off just because you’re rich."

"They can say whatever they want. It’s their mouths."

"But they also said..."

"What?"

"They said Mrs. Hilton is a reincarnated seductress, whispering in your ear... and that in their eyes, she’s nothing."

Alex watched Lucas’s expression carefully, his voice trembling.

Lucas’s fingers froze above the keyboard.

Alex’s heart dropped.

He was dood.

"How many haters?"

"Not many. A few hundred."

"Send every single one of them a lawyer’s letter. You have thirty minutes. Get PR on it."

Exactly what Alex expected.

And still terrifying.

After Alex left, Lucas picked up his phone and logged into an app he hadn’t opened in ages.

There were countless comnts waiting for him.

He casually reposted the trending topic and added one sentence:

[Taking suggestions on how to make my wife happy. I’ll try every single one. Anyone whose idea works will receive a won’s luxury item or n’s cologne from Hilton Group—random selection, limited to 3,000 winners.]

Within minutes, Lucas’s reply shot straight to the top.

People went absolutely insane.

Hilton Group’s won’s luxury items easily cost in the thousands, and even their cheapest n’s cologne started at eighteen hundred.

Pricey—but proven bestsellers, consistently ranking in the industry’s top three.

Comnts refreshed by the thousands every minute.

Of course, mixed in were trolls.

But only for a mont.

A few minutes later, batches of lawyer’s letters were issued simultaneously.

The efficiency shocked the entire platform.

So trolls imdiately deleted their accounts and vanished.

"Mr. Hilton, should we continue pursuing them?"

"Of course. Track their IPs. Pick a few as examples—kill the chicken to scare the monkeys. If I stay silent, they’ll think I’m easy to bully."

Sir... no one has ever thought you’re easy to bully, Alex thought silently.

He hesitated. "But these luxury giveaways... and the cologne—don’t you think it’s a bit extravagant?"

"I’m rich. I can do what I want."

Alex was speechless.

Lucas studied the suggestions on his screen, his lips curling.

So were absurdly ridiculous, but honestly... a few were worth trying.

...

anwhile.

Sophia had just arrived at the café to et Paul when a group of people suddenly gathered around her.

She turned back—no one she recognized.

"Sophia! It’s really her!"

Hearing her na, she instantly pulled down her sunglasses.

Suddenly, a hand reached out from the side, grabbed her wrist, and pulled her into the café.

But those people didn’t give up so easily—they followed her inside.

They didn’t crowd her, though. They politely kept their distance... while secretly taking pictures.

She could faintly hear words like "so lucky" and "so sweet" floating around.

Paul stared at her with amusent.

"Coming out today? That’s... brave of you."

"Huh? Why wouldn’t I co out?"

She was completely confused.

"Check your phone and you’ll understand."

Sophia picked up her phone, brows furrowing as she unlocked it.

Right on the hopage—Lucas’s na.

She tapped it open and, after reading a little, imdiately had the urge to strangle soone.

"What did you want to talk to about?"

Paul paused. "Actually, let rephrase that—what can you even talk about today?"

With all these people here, listening in, she certainly couldn’t say anything serious.

So Paul was dragged into accompanying her for a full two hours, drinking coffee.

The café’s two-level seating area beca fully packed—business booming like never before.

"You’re having a birthday soon."

Sophia pulled a faint smile, surprised he rembered.

"It’s just a birthday. Nothing special."

Paul sighed. "You really are an extraordinary kid... but your mistake was being Aurora’s daughter."

Sophia’s expression cooled instantly.

"You followed Andrew all these years. You expect to believe you didn’t know what he was doing? Paul, you practically watched grow up. And yet you... You really disappoint ."

Her voice dropped, razor sharp.

"The scariest thing in this world isn’t that there are many bad people. It’s the ones who know sothing is evil—and still choose to follow it blindly."
