The streets of Al-Rafid were sowhat alive with movent, the golden sun casting long shadows as the sparse crowd bustled through the city. Kaizer and his team walked through the marketplace district, their presence attracting so amount of attention despite their attempts to remain incognito.

With their battle-worn combat suits drawing occasional glances, it was clear that they needed to swap out their clothing before moving further into civilization. Kaizer, leading the group, had already decided to handle everything with his credit card, one of the many perks of being rich.

"We will need to acquire so casual clothes here, then head to a dealership," Kaizer instructed, his voice firm but calm.

They entered a nearby high-end clothing boutique called ’Al-Mualim did nothing wrong!’, the air inside quite cool given the hot sun outside and scented with expensive cologne that could likely pay soone’s salary with its price tag.

A sharply dressed female attendant glanced at them, pausing for a split second at their sowhat bizarre appearance before putting on a well-practiced smile.

"Welco, dear sir and madams! My na is Sharyja, how can I assist you today?"

Kaizer didn’t bother with formalities. "Everyone, pick sothing comfortable and casual. We don’t want to stand out."

Maria was the first to stride off, scanning through racks of designer jackets with an approving smirk. "Finally, sothing stylish. Battle gear is great and all, but I need to remind people that I’m stunning even when I’m not burning things."

Julia went straight to the winter collection, ignoring the fact that they were in a warm climate.

"Cold is comfortable," she muttered when Sophia raised an eyebrow.

Rina picked an all-black ensemble, naturally drawn to the darker aesthetic, while Sophia selected a simple yet elegant dark blue outfit.

Kaizer himself settled for a fitted black t-shirt and dark jeans, which was efficient and unassuming.

Fifteen minutes later, their combat suits were covered by their new clothes and Kaizer settled the bill without blinking, his offshore bank account making transactions effortless.

With their new outfits in place, the group ordered an Uber, a sleek black sedan pulling up monts later. The driver, an older Lebanese man, cast a wary glance at them through the rearview mirror but said nothing as he navigated through the city’s winding roads.

Their destination was an Alfa Roo dealership on the outskirts of the city.

When they arrived, and after paying the driver through card on the app, Kaizer stepped out first, scanning the rows of luxury vehicles with a calculating gaze.

A well-dressed salesman approached, his expression shifting from enthusiasm to veiled curiosity upon seeing Kaizer’s group.

"Welco to Alfa Roo Beirut! I am Osman Faoud, here to help you! Are you looking for sothing specific today?" The salesman greeted then asked in a smooth manner.

Kaizer nodded. "A van. Sothing that can seat all of us comfortably."

The salesman blinked, montarily thrown off by the request. "A van?"

Maria smirked. "Not everyone wants a flashy sports car."

The salesman quickly recovered, leading them to a sleek Alfa Roo E-Ulysse, a high-end luxury van with leather interiors and top-tier security features.

"This model is equipped with advanced safety features, a reinforced fra, and a powerful yet efficient engine," the salesman explained professionally.

He patted its hood gently. "It’s one of our finest luxury vans and perfect for long-distance travel."

Kaizer didn’t hesitate. "We’ll take it."

The salesman, clearly pleased, led them through the necessary paperwork where Kaizer presented a fake Lebanese identity - courtesy of the United Federation - complete with a matching address for legitimacy.

The process went smoothly, and within the hour, the van was fully registered under his alias.

Once the keys were in his hand, Kaizer slid into the driver’s seat, adjusting the mirrors while the others settled inside comfortably.

"Let’s get to the airport," he said, revving the engine.

The drive to Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY) was swift, the luxury van cutting smoothly through traffic as Kaizer carelessly shifted cars out of his way using telekinesis without hurting the passengers within.

Kaizer pulled up to the drop-off section and the team stepped out, their presence naturally drawing attention from bystanders given that there were four exotic beauties with one handso young man.

A first-class flight had already been arranged before they were sent out, ensuring they could return to the United Federation with minimal hassle.

Security checks were straightforward thanks to their United Federation diplomatic clearances, and within minutes, they were escorted to the first-class lounge.

Maria stretched luxuriously as she took a seat. "Finally, so proper relaxation."

Julia exhaled, sipping from a provided glass of cold water. "At least we can go back without any more surprises."

Sophia nodded while crossing her legs. "And alive."

Rina said nothing, still simring with rage internally towards the state she found Kaizer in. She might smile outwardly, but her thoughts were very, very dark at the mont.

Eventually, the boarding call for their flight echoed through the lavish first-class lounge, prompting Kaizer and his squad to rise from their seats.

The airport staff, impeccably trained in discretion, guided them toward the jet bridge leading to their aircraft, which was a state-of-the-art Airbus A380 bound for Beta City, United Federation.

As they entered the first-class cabin, the scent of leather and expensive cologne lingered in the air. The spacious seating arrangent, complete with reclining beds and private partitions, ensured maximum comfort for the long flight ahead.

Kaizer took his seat by the window, glancing out as the others settled in.

Maria had already kicked off her shoes, reclining lazily with an amused grin while Julia adjusted her seat controls with the precision of a surgeon.

Sophia simply crossed her arms and closed her eyes, likely planning to sleep through the flight whereas Rina - as usual - remained quiet, her gaze distant as she stared out the window.

With the final passengers boarding, the aircraft doors sealed shut, and a mont later, the gentle hum of the engines signaled their departure.

During the flight, the cabin was calm since most passengers were either asleep or imrsed in their entertainnt screens. The flight attendants moved about gracefully, serving drinks and als with professional efficiency.

Kaizer, though appearing relaxed, never fully let his guard down as he had learned a lesson on this trip. His mind was sharp, scanning the area with subtle bursts of Telesthesia, ensuring no hidden threats lingered within his domain.

Of course, that also ant he was privy to the fact that a couple in the business class section were pretending to watch a movie together with the lady seated on her boyfriend’s lap, but the subtle hip movents obviously ant that sothing else was going on.

Even in one of the backrooms, a flight attendant had been pulled over by a first-class fellow, on her knees and working out her hands and mouth to make the aged pipe burst forth with liquid once more.

These were just so of the things occurring around him, and Kaizer’s Telesthesia of 500 ters could completely cover the entire plane and the airspace outside it. He had not experienced this kind of feeling since back at Summit Hill University, before the tragedy.

...it couldn’t be, right?

They were in a random plane heading to the United Federation, one of many. It would logically be impossible for-

The airplane shook in the severe turbulence, which was strange given the stability they had just experienced.

Kaizer scanned the airplane in detail and closed his eyes due to fatigue and a hint of resignation. The young man inhaled slowly, his fingers twitching slightly as the trouble he doubted would co was already here.

A second later, the intercom crackled, and a deep male voice replaced the captain’s usual calm tone.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlen. This is your new pilot speaking. As of this mont, this aircraft is under our control. Cooperate, and no one gets hurt."

The murmurs of confusion from the passengers quickly escalated into panic.

From the aisles, six n dressed in civilian clothing rose simultaneously, their movents unnaturally synchronized. Each one pulled out a compact submachine gun, the tallic click of safeties being removed cutting through the stunned silence.

One of them, a tall man with a shaved head and a scar running down his cheek, stepped forward. He wore a Red Cross uniform, but the cold efficiency in his eyes betrayed his true nature.

"No one moves, no one screams, and you all live."

Kaizer’s lips twitched as he realized that these guys were non-espers.

Maria exhaled sharply, clearly annoyed. "I swear, if they ss up my drink service, I’m torching this entire plane."

Sophia, eyes still closed, tilted her head slightly. "Kaizer?"

"?"

"You’re handling this, right?" She inquired just loud enough for their group to hear.

Kaizer glanced at the others who looked away, his lips twitching once more. "...I guess so."

Julia sighed, rubbing her temple. "Just don’t crash the plane."

Kaizer’s gaze flickered toward the hijackers, scanning their minds with Telepathy. Their thoughts were quite organized and completely unprotected, revealing that they were trained rcenaries hired for a specific target rather than a random hijacking.

The target was a young man and four won, their descriptions not that detailed due to a gap in intelligence from their mission issuer.

"They’re here for us." Kaizer muttered, understanding that this was the retaliation of the rebel forces.
