Even though Matthew was aware of a lot of this, he had to read it to verify that he wouldn't miss anything.

It also ntioned its importance in the versatility of the vampire race. This seed to be a perfect way to counter magic as well, as potentially, the curses could be cast without needing any power, using only ntal power.
This ant that practically everyone in this world could use them since everyone has ntal power. So have more than others, but everyone should be able to use them.
That would represent a trendous increase in power in the vampire race if they were to expand. That's where one more curse cos in: the failed curse of the Cursed Dagger.
This is the curse of the dagger that Matthew wanted to investigate. It was recorded as a failed curse because it did not achieve its purpose. Still, it is one way to spread the Curses among the civilian population, as this curse is easy to use and to feel its 'power'. It is also very easy for the population to fall for the lies of the big guys, which is what they have been doing in that Organization.
Behind every Curse is also a little trick to overco it or to make it more powerful, and this was one of the most touched topics in this book.
Now, there was a topic of much greater importance than that which encompassed the Curses, specifically, the Curse of the Dagger.
-Curses are not all roses. There are bad things among them, too. We are talking about a new Power System based on ntal Power. Naturally, it has problems. That is why its use must be regulated and not fall into the wrong hands.
Curses have the ability to mutate and change the destiny for which it was made. For example, the Curse of the Dagger is supposed to be created so that people who have it can be an assassin squad that uses small daggers, but this curse has a terrible backlash: anyone who has it can have its power stolen and transferred to soone else, under certain powerful inscriptions. It can also cause those people to be transford into terrible beasts.
Curses are good, but everything good has to have a bad side. So, in the future, so might use them to overco power levels, without the need to have the ability to do so. If the ti cos, whoever did it should be exterminated.
Because he did it at the cost of many people's lives.
That is why Curses can NOT fall into the hands of people with deviant thoughts. They were created for versatility, not for the mass slaughter of innocent people.
I hope future generations can understand that.-
That was the book's last part, revealing a surprising secret.

He has no mory of that City, no recollection of whether his father even planned to create such a thing, but that's the place where he could remove his Second Seal, so it must be an important City to him.
Gray frowned a little. "In 3 years. That's why the Heirs lately are returning to their territories and focusing on increasing their power. It's getting close to the ti they must go there."
Matthew nodded.
