It didn't matter if it was Matthew, Alice, or Isla; all three were in shock when they saw the shocking number.
Isla couldn't believe it, so much so that she abruptly moved the vampire ball to deactivate it and activated it again, thinking it was faulty. But the number that floated above it was exactly the sa as before.
'Impossible.' She thought.
Until a few hours ago, she had just over 20,000 Power. How could that number now have reached 50,000? She hadn't even done anything strange these last few hours, had she?
Matthew's eyes sparkled. Evidently, this had to be connected to the fact that she was immortal and that it had been revealed just now.

Alice then reacted, grabbing Isla's hands. "That's great, Isla! With this, your ability will surely be able to affect very powerful people." Even she seed more excited than Isla herself.
And it made sense; Isla couldn't believe it.
At least for now, for she had never experienced sothing as good as increasing her power like that.
Matthew decided to give her ti to process it so they could talk about the rest.
"I ca here with the idea of looking for the Forbidden Library. Now that I know where it is, let's go find Gray Allen and the rest. We must structure the city from now on and be aware of the ti of entry." He said, stepping ahead of them.
Alice quickly caught up with him.
"Matt, didn't that guy hurt you before? I can see you're hurt from before." She said, speaking low so as not to worry Isla.
She even lowered her head in apology. "Sorry, I'm not strong enough to stand before him."
Matthew was surprised and looked at her. "I'm fine, don't worry. These are wounds that will heal quickly."

Just then, Isla reached them. "What are you two talking about?" she asked curiously, making Matthew smile.
"I was just seeing that you and Alice got up really beautiful today, so I wanted to kiss you now that this is over."
He walked over to Isla and kissed her, making her blush.
After that, they walked once more inside the chaotic City, where explosions, screams, and destruction were still spreading.

Far away from the City of the Clans, in one of the most important Mansions in the current World: the Relish Clan Mansion.
Four people were reclining on leather couches, with so snacks on the small tables nearby.
These people were no strangers to the current world.
Perhaps the person who caused the most sensation at present was Cecily Edevane. To one side of her was Charles Relish.
The other two people sitting a little farther away from them were Cynfael Relish and Egon Edevane, the current leaders of both Vampire Clans.

After a few minutes, Cynfael sighed and looked at the ceiling.

Cynfael turned to look at him. "To be able to destroy the main power of Clan City and create so much chaos in that place, it must not be the work of the Allens alone. That boy seems to be a first-rate strategist."
Egon sighed and leaned back heavily in his seat.
"...Matthew Dietrich... Indeed, that last na is scary." Egon said and looked at his daughter.
"Have you had contact with him?"
Cecily frowned slightly and looked back at him, understanding that he ant it in another way. She shook her head. "No. I just did so research."
"Oh? With Jack Allen?"
"Yeah, I bought so information from him. Matthew Dietrich killed one of my subordinates."
Egon and Cynfael frowned and looked at each other. "Who?"
"Hanna White, a little minion, nothing more."
"Oh, right. Emma Lewis destroyed the Whites. Sothing to do with him?"
Cecily nodded. "Before Matthew and Alice's disappearance a few years ago at the border, Becker's underlings ca to asking Hanna to assassinate him. I guess the enmity was born there."
"Tsk, the Beckers lately only know how to cause trouble." Egon complained but looked at his daughter again.
"Never mind that subject. What did you get on the investigation?" he asked.
Cecily looked at him, annoyed. "Why should I say so? It's research I can use to my advantage. When did I say I would help you with whatever you want?"
"It's about race, Cecily."
"Forget about race. If you cared about race, you wouldn't do what you do."
Suddenly, a heavy aura swept through the surroundings, making breathing hard. So sparks seed to fly between father and daughter, prompting Charles to throw his hat in the air to disperse it.
"Well, my uncle and I cannot tolerate this behavior within our Mansion, so please behave yourselves. We are not in a children's competition." He said, causing Cecily to turn her gaze away.
Egon sighed and spoke again.
"Matthew Dietrich has already grown to the point where he could get out of our control before long. We all saw him perform. He even seems to have said that he had recently fought that pair of Twins but was still unhard. We can all see that he is powerful and a great strategist, sothing that hasn't been seen in millions of years."
"If the Vampire Prosperity Organization has had him in their sights for so ti, and now they seem to want to move into the vicinity of the Dark Kingdom, it ans they know things. These guys are stubborn; they won't openly say everything they know, so we must investigate for ourselves. On this occasion, you have the advantage, Cecily; why don't you share?"
His manner of speaking annoyed Cecily, but she ultimately said nothing. She also had obligations to fulfill to her clan, so she sighed.
