Warnings: If you’re not caught up with the latest chapters and haven’t seen the Brothers’ Confrontation (You know what I’m talking about if you did), you should not read this. Unless, of course, you want to get spoiled. But even then, you might just get confused.
Read at your own discretion!
With that out of the way, let’s get to our topics of interest!

First, the Laws:
They are divided into three categories (Base Laws, Higher Laws, Primal Laws) and five levels (Beginning, Interdiate, Advanced, Wielding, Embodint). A cultivator can theoretically achieve Wielding in all Laws. However, they can only reach Embodint in one.
Above those five levels, Primal Law Embodints have a chance to achieve Transcendence in their chosen Law, which, among other things, gives them the right to start over and pursue All-Transcendence.
Now, let’s move on to cultivation!

Two layers: High Supre (Regretless Tier)
Three layers: Almighty Supre
Supres can squash Primordial Deities. High Supres can squash Supres, Almighty Supres can squash all. There is currently "no" Almighty Supre. Therefore, Regretless, as the only High Supre, can dominate the omniverse and rule the Firmant.
