After the magic barrier broke, the magic beast leaped toward the princess as it slashed its claws at her, but Allen didn’t allow such a thing to happen, especially when he needed that princess alive, or else how could she vouch for his identity?
With that in mind, Allen used his talent to cast a paralysis magic spell towards the magic beast, and before its body could fall to the ground, Allen used his mana to keep the magic beast in the air.
With those actions Allen took, it was like he froze the magic beast in place and it could even be mistaken for Allen using ti magic to stop the ti around the magic beast. That was how great Allen’s mana control was.
Walking towards the magic beast, Allen revealed his figure alongside Iris, John, and Deus, and it didn’t take a long ti for the princess to notice their presence. After all, Allen had already deactivated his presence erasure magic, or else the princess wouldn’t have detected their presence even if all four of them stood in front of her.
When the princess with golden blonde hair noticed their presence, she seed to be focusing her attention on Allen with interest as his presence seed to have reignited her hope in learning and achieving sothing. With his and talents, it wasn’t that difficult to notice that.
The princess’ red wine eyes shone with interest and hope as she gazed at him. Despite the gloomy atmosphere from before due to the dead bodies that littered the surroundings, the princess recovered her composure and looked at him as if he was her only hope of recovering from such a grave situation.
It was sothing that Allen had expected to happen and an outco he wanted so that it would be a lot easier to use the princess to vouch for their identity. But what the princess exclaid to him was sothing that startled him due to her enthusiastic tone, but it was still a situation that he had analyzed before.
“Can you please beco my magic teacher?!”
Hearing those words from the princess as her eyes glistened while waiting for his response, Allen flatly responded to her.
“No, you are too weak.”
When the princess heard his reply, sothing inside her broke, and it was her hope. She sat on the ground, her legs tucked inside her arms as she hugged her knees, as she was currently depressed. She didn’t expect him to reject her request that quickly. On top of that, she even received a blunt reply about why he didn’t accept her as his student.
[Idle Zenchillionare Tycoon: Wait, Allen, why did you reject the princess’ request of letting you be her magic teacher? Shouldn’t you accept it so that we can use her to vouch for our identities and for us to get so money from her?]
[Idle Zenchillionare Tycoon: I thought that was the purpose of us waiting for so long while not interfering in the deaths of those knights.]
Deus asked Allen via the chat group as he was completely oblivious of why he even did such a thing when they wanted to get the support of the princess to vouch for their identity.
John knew the answer to Deus’ question since he was filled with not only knowledge but wisdom as well, from all of the experience he had accumulated from thousands of regression. But since the question wasn’t directed at him and he was too lazy to reply, John just waited for Allen to reply to Deus’ question.
[Supre Order (Admin): The answer to that is simple. It would be too suspicious if I accepted the princess’ request, especially after I saved her. After all, it would be rather suspicious for us to arrive at such a convenient ti and place just before she was going to be mangled to death.]
[Supre Order (Admin): If I accept her request, she might be in a euphoric state afterward, but after she recovers and becos rational, she will start having doubts in her mind and she might even think of us as soone who was sent by her royal siblings to earn her trust and manipulate her.]
[Supre Order (Admin): So in this situation, I decided to play hard to get and I rejected her request while giving her a reason as to why I did that. If my analysis is correct, then she will respond to my rejection and I will ‘reluctantly’ accept her as my disciple. And last ti I checked, my analysis had yet to be incorrect.]
Allen replied to all of Deus’ questions as he sent his reply via the alternate multiverse chat group.
[Idle Zenchillionare Tycoon: I am speechless at how far you have calculated this situation. Welp, I’ll just observe this situation, so just tell if you want my help or anything and I will give you my utmost support as long as it is within my capabilities.]
After sending that ssage, Deus sighed since he was well aware of the fact that he was a burden to his chat group mbers during this Main Task. He knew that if it wasn’t for the fact that Chaos was currently in seclusion, Chaos would have been the better option to let him participate in the Main Task instead of him.
But since Chaos was currently in seclusion, the option left was to choose between the lesser evil between him and Axel, so he was chosen instead of Axel due to Axel’s bad luck that would possibly hinder the progress of the Main Task.
[Supre Order (Admin): I will take your word for that.]
Receiving Deus’ ssage, Allen agreed to him before he closed the system screens for the chat group.
Just in ti, the princess snapped out of her depression as she glared at him with a much stronger and burning resolve than before. She wasn’t a princess for nothing since her ntal state and willpower were a lot stronger than the average human.
Using that to her advantage, she asked Allen once again.
“Can you please make your student?”
