An unknown amount of ti passed before, slowly, Sunless started regaining his consciousness.

The first thing he felt was the crashing pain from everything that had transpired. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts.

And the mont he woke up he began coughing repeatedly, quickly bringing his hand to his mouth.

Sunless brought it down and noticed the blood stains on his hand.

He let out a faint sigh.

’My condition is getting worser.’

He turned around and noticed the familiar nurse pacing around with a helpless expression.

Hearing the cough, her gaze was attracted to Sunless.

"You’re awake?" the nurse let out a sigh of relief and quickly rushed toward his location.

She placed her hand on his head with a worried expression.

"Don’t do sothing so reckless again!" she glared at Sunless.

"You almos died! If I hadn’t followed you to the martial sector, who knows what would have happened?"

Sunless let out a breath, glancing at the nurse, and shook his head.

"It’s sothing I had to do."

Truly, Sunless was extrely grateful to this nurse, Sonia.

She was the one who had been taking care of he and his sister since the mont they were admitted here a few years ago.

Although he couldn’t pay for the hospital dues at tis, she took out of her salary to pay them.

Sunless promised he would repay her for her work so far.

"In the end you didn’t even awaken as a warrior." the nurse sounded saddened by this.

People like them who hadn’t awakened as warriors were destined to remain at the bottom of the world all their lives.

She took the warm towel on the counter and placed it gently above Sunless’ forehead.

Suddenly, Sunless’ eyes widened slightly.

The mont the nurse started treating him, he noticed a few bubbles pour out from her body.

"What are those?" Sunless couldn’t help asking as he pointed at the bubbles with a confused expression on his face.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Sonia glanced around and didn’t notice anything.

She stared at Sunless like he had lost his mories or sothing.

However, Sunless still put up a serious expression as he stared at them.

Subconsciously, he reached out toward the bubbles closest to him.

Squish.

As Sunless made his move, Sonia’s expression went wide and her face imdiately went beet red with embarrassnt.

Sunless’ hand was on her... boobs.

"Wh—what are you doing?" Sonia stamred, staring at Sunless with a bewildered expression.

Finally, Sunless recovered from his dazed expression and awkwardly removed his hand from her chest area.

"Sorry for that." he apologized, but internally, one would notice a glow of excitent flickering in his eyes.

[Ding! Gained 1 healer attribute. Congratulations on stepping into the entry stage healing profession.]

Sunless’ eyes glowed brightly, and after apologizing, he carefully reached out toward the remaining bubbles and popped them.

There were five bubbles in total, and as Sunless popped them, a line of words materialized in his line of sight.

[Ding! Gained 1 healer attribute.]

[Ding! Gained 1 healer attribute.]

[Ding! Gained 1 healer attribute.]

Sunless felt a tide of information enter into his mind.

So knowledge about healing materialized in his consciousness like a long lost mory.

Sunless sifted through the little mories that entered into his mind and felt his knowledge of healing, when it ca to the aspect of ’caring’ for a patient, had increased slightly.

’What?’ Sunless was speechless.

Was this his golden finger?

’System?’ Sunless finally called out after laying back down as Sonia smoothly wiped his head while telling him a few things.

[Ding! Congratulations, you have received the blessing of all gods.]

[Ding! Congratulations on awakening the divine attribute system.]

[Please note that with this system you can gather all attributes, ultimately achieving the peak of godhood.]

[Gather every kind of attribute and when completed beco the true god ruling above everything.]

Reading through the line of words, Sunless’ mind froze.

A surge of indescribable excitent rushed through him, causing his eyes to widen and his heart to pound like a war drum.

That sound... it wasn’t just a beep. It was a call to destiny.

As a veteran netizen from Earth who had spent countless nights binging web novels, Sunless recognized the mont for what it was.

He’d read it a hundred tis, stories where ordinary protagonists were granted mysterious systems, cheat-like abilities that turned their lives upside down. It was the beginning of greatness.

Now, it was happening to him.

He had a system.

And it was one that promised to bring him to the peak of this world.

’However, why have I received the blessing of all gods?’

Although Sunless was puzzled, not knowing if this was so sort of grand sche, he accepted it with open arms.

He had barely a few days to live if his guess wasn’t wrong.

Using this ti, if he could find a cure for his sister...

He could die in peace.

’This is it. My new life has begun.’

His emotions were a whirlwind of fear, awe, and excitent.

He wasn’t just surviving anymore. He had a system, a path, and a chance to rise.

All he needed was ti and attribute bubbles.

’Attribute bubbles...’ Sunless recalled the bubbles that had poured out from the nurse previously.

Straining his body once more, Sunless stood up.

"Whe—where do you think you’re going?" Sonia flared up instantly and narrowed her eyes at Sunless.

"I don’t have long to live anyway, might as well check the place. Let see how the other patients here are doing." Sunless said with a neutral expression.

"What?" the nurse widened her eyes in shock.

Although she knew Sunless didn’t have long to live, seeing him say it so calmly and with an expression of soone who had already resigned himself to fate made her heart tighten.

She clenched her fist and bit her lips before ultimately speaking.

"I’ll accompany you."

"Okay." Sunless glanced at his sister, who was still sleeping peacefully, before following the lead of the nurse.

The nurse led them out and the whole white long corridor opened up to him where there were people.

Sunless noticed a man with a white coat, possibly a doctor, rushing toward a ward not too far away.

"Hmm?" Sonia raised her brows, "it seems there’s so sort of ergency."

Although she said that, she didn’t make any moves to follow the doctor as she wasn’t on duty with him.

"Why don’t we go and take a look?" Sunless suggested.

Sonia hesitated briefly before nodding.

With that, she led the way and quickly brought Sunless in the direction of the ward where an intense surgery was ongoing.

They couldn’t enter as they wouldn’t want to interrupt the ongoing surgery, so he and Sonia stayed at the door.

Just then, Sunless’ eyes widened as though he had seen sothing incredulous.

Inside the room where the surgery was ongoing, bubbles were gathered around and occasionally one would pop out from the doctor as he engaged in his ticulous work.

’These bubbles...’ Sunless’ eyes glowed with brilliance as a thrill surged through his body, ’I must obtain them.’
