Chapter 461: Repelled
Many combatants were still completing system missions, trying to improve their mana purification techniques and do other things.
As such, it was nothing surprising for large-scale system missions to be initiated.
However, the shocking fact was that a Myst stage beast with liquefied mana had managed to enter the basic dinsion!
This caused Shane to feel like he should rush after them, only to realise that he had liquefied mana, which made him lose access to both the system and the dinsion portal.
Sighing deeply Shane hoped that Miriam and the Conquerors were strong enough to take care of everything.
At that mont, he rembered sothing which caused him to halt in his tracks as he turned to Miriam, who vanished into the dinsion portal.
‘Didn’t she want to liquefy her mana a long ti ago? Is she postponing her breakthrough to help the others in completing their system mission?’
Shane was not sure if his assumption was correct, but he could only shrug his shoulders as he turned around once again.
The next task Shane had was to report everything that had changed about his soul world and to send an Agri team to plant the single world tree seedling and around 400 magi tree seedlings in the Hidden Paradise.
Contrary to the ancient magi tree that was only in one area of the Hidden Paradise, the seedlings should be spread over the entire soul world, increasing the surrounding mana density across the soul world.
Right now, Shane had allowed his soul world to store the excessive mana radiating from the ancient magi trees, but that situation was unlikely to last for a long ti.
As such, using the remaining ti efficiently was necessary.
Approaching the main hall where most managent tasks were being distributed, Shane hoped to find soone from his family there.
However, that was not the case, and even after half an hour of searching for them, he could only sigh, wondering where they were right now.
ssaging them through the system was not possible anymore because he didn’t have the access, and leaving for Masua by using a Space door without the system ssenger could be the stupidest move he could do right now.
There was the possibility that Igra would be attacked right now, and without knowing about it, he would just be cultivating on Masua, while the others would be running for their lives, trying to enter any Primordial dinsion or a Space door leading to the Hidden Paradise.
On Igra, this wouldn’t happen and using the excessive mana of the ancient magi trees, his cultivation progress wouldn’t be worse than what it was on Masua, either.
As such, there was no problem with that.
The only issue Shane had was his premonition about the Myst beast in the deep mountain-river dinsion.
Maybe he could enter this particular basic dinsion with his cultivation base, owing to certain malfunctions in the system and dinsions.
Unfortunately, Shane’s severed connection with the system made everything impossible because he couldn’t access the dinsion portals anymore.
That frustrated Shane, but he still had to go to the dinsion portal near the ocean in the Neptua Ladra region.
Maybe luck was on his side.
At least that was what Shane hoped, only to be forced to face reality as he was simply repelled by the liquefied portion of the dinsion portal.
Angered by the sudden coincidence that he was unable to help, let alone prevent casualties, Shane could only turn around as he noticed that a few young n and won he knew erged from the dinsion portal.
They were bleeding from several injuries, and two n had lost a limb and they were still crying out in pain.
“The shelter…is about to collapse!!” A woman suddenly cried out, before she lost consciousness, barely prevented from falling onto the ground by one of her comrades who broke her fall.
Shane didn’t even have to think about what was going on because it was crystal clear.
‘The Valkyries, Conquerors, and Miriam are inside the deep mountain-river dinsion, but the shelter is still being conquered?! Just what kind of beast erged in a basic dinsion…?’
His mind was filled with doubts, but Shane couldn’t think of a way to enter the basic dinsion, only to be seen by one of the Conquerors who had returned with the injured to bring more manpower.
This was necessary because it was impossible to bring back more than a thousand combatants at once owing to the dinsion portal’s size that was not large enough.
Seeing Shane, the Conqueror could barely refrain from exclaiming in joy as he let go of the unconscious woman asking soone else to look after her.
Rushing towards Shane, he couldn’t keep the excitent out of his voice.
“Boss!! You’re already back! There is an extrely strong beast inside the deep mountain-river dinsion. It’s at the Myst stage, and even Miriam seems to struggle to fend it off. I think she is not strong enough!!
You have to save them….fast!!!”
The Conqueror’s desperation caused Shane to grit his teeth and clench his fist before he sighed out in frustration.
“I can’t….not only have I entered the Master stage, but I had to let go of the system’s access to do sothing…”
These words hit the young man deeply, piercing straight into his heart. He couldn’t help but stare at the man he had been looking at with hopeful eyes as he blurted out,
“You…can’t be serious…right? That is a bad joke….don’t fool around with and save them!!!”
His voice was almost like a shrill outcry, but Shane could do nothing but accept reality, biting on his lower lip until it began to bleed while his fingernails dug into his palms.
Seeing this, the young conqueror knew that Shane was even more anxious about the situation than he was.
However, that didn’t help him to calm down, rather, it made the young man even more frustrated and desperate. Now that his boss wasn’t there to help them he dreaded his comrades’ death.
“What about….the Hidden Paradise, can’t you use it to erge on the Primordial dinsion’s side? No…you can’t enter the dinsion….what…what about Space doors?! Can’t you use them to ignore the dinsion portals?!
Maybe you don’t need the system to enter the deep mountain-river dinsion…it’s malfunctioning anyways…as if the system could control that?!”
Driven by his anxiousness and desperation, the young man said sothing that caused Shane’s eyes to widen.
‘Space door…could that work? The system only said that I might be unable to enter the Primordial dinsions after I severed my connection with it…it was not a certain declaration…’
With that thought in mind, Shane’s eyes turned vibrant as he threw a space door at the oblivious Conqueror, who was astonished about the sudden appearance of a large door.
Catching it, he could only hear Shane shout instructions at him.
“Enter the deep mountain-river dinsion and place it on the ground imdiately, I’ll try to co over. If it doesn’t work, leave imdiately!”
Space doors would glow faintly when their corresponding pair was placed down and activated.
As such, Shane was able to erge on the other side the mont it touched the ground.
At least, that was what he suspected.
The Conqueror, who was astonished about the sudden change in Shane’s deanor, regained his composure a mont later, only to realise that the idol he had been looking up to had returned from the unknown!
