"What would you suggest then? If what you said truly happens, the point that most of their force is going to take that mine will beco true as well. So, if it is not who should go fight against them, then who does?”

William did not say anything in reply. He just purposedly curled up a smile, before looking at Wisana instantly. Those eyes behind the sunglasses that nobody could see were sparkling. But no need to see his eyes, Wisana and Maysa knew exactly what the guy was thinking anyway.

----------------

“What!!!”

Back to the present where Wisana had gathered most of the guild mbers to the outdoor eting and everyone started yelling at each other.

“They’re having leader Vincent leading a force to take the most dangerous mining area?”

“And they only put 80 players in our force. This is like a suicide mission.”

“You should reject the plan, boss. This is obviously bullying.”

"Who suggested this plan? Would they ever be able to do this themselves?”

“Yeah, right, they’re probably those who are only good at barking. It was that William guy, wasn’t it, boss?”

“What? We have to clear this up with him. The guy’s crossing the line.”

“I heard Chief Nuchjaree say that he disrespected leader Vincent in the eting as well, saying that our leader’s reputation was just from juggling.”

“He said that?!”

“That’s it. Let’s go get that guy.”

“Shut up!!!”

The last voice was bawling out loudly and resoundingly that everyone had to cover their ears right away. It ca from a tall man with brown hair who was cupping his hands around his mouth as he yelled at the top of his lungs. One of his feet stepped on an old wooden box that was used as a table to place a storm lantern, making a loud stomping noise.

“There won’t be any good picking a fight with him.”

Tunwa snapped as the boiled-up guild mbers who were getting up to fight William looked withering down instantly.

“You all will only feed his satisfaction, He’s been purposedly provoking us because he wants us to start a fight. Think before you act a little, jerks.”

“But he’s disrespecting us, Chief Tunwa!”

A kid shouted, making the others shout “Yes.” in agreent, too.

“Violence can’t solve everything. You all are better than him, so we fight him back in our style. If he wants us to go out and fight like that, then we’ll do it. After that, we’ll co back and hit him in the face with the fact that this kind of silly thing can’t hurt the Nesis!”

Many of the mbers started catching eyes with each other after Tunwa’s words. So of them were clenching their fists as they still felt furious that so asshat from nowhere could get on their nerves this much.

“Anyway, where does the William Star guild have to go, boss?” a voice rang, asking.

“I think they’ll bring 300 players to take over a small mine mining area around the forest.”

“Woah, that crappy purple head!” Another voice cursed. “Bringing 300 players to a crappy little area but telling us to bring only 80.”

“It can’t be helped with that though. We only have about 80 players with the classes that are suitable to break through the enemies’ army. So, we just do the best we can.”

Nuchjaree who was standing next to Tunwa spoke up, making the Nesis mbers let out a long sigh as so of them thought that they would probably die on the first day of the war.

Looking at how hopeless the guild mbers were, Tunwa shook his head wearily.

“Hey, why are you looking so down like that, dumbasses. There’re just a few of us, but so what? Don’t forget that you all have been through a lot of battles together. How many players do you think get the chance to fight bosses as frequently as we do? We’re not going out there randomly and hopelessly, but there’re up to 80 of us. Also, your leader Vincent and I will be in the army with you. We have Nuch, one of the greatest archers as well. Apart from this, our gorgeous adviser and her plan will surely give us victory.”

“What about Vice Waree?”

A girl raised her hand to ask a straightforward question because she did not hear that na coming out of Tunwa at all.

“It seems like the vice has a duty call to support a different force. She said that ours is strong already, so she wanted to share our strength with the others, too.”

Listening to that, the mbers who were almost cheered up started yelling and complaining again. Especially those who were Vice Waree’s fans, they were all upset that their angel of the guild was pulled away!

“Stop complaining!!” Tunwa shouted again. “We can win with this number of people. In ten minutes, the eting is dismissed, and you all go to bed right away. See you later tomorrow at 3 a.m. We’ll hear the plan and receive the necessary items from the finance unit before we go into the real battlefield. And don’t worry. We’re definitely going to win. So later on, we’ll throw that in William’s face!!”

“YEAH!!!”

----------------

“Just as expected of Tun, he’s really good at prep talking.”

A gentle voice rang with a slight smile as the owner carried a black-haired girl as she was sleeping on his chest. The tall man was standing at one of the new tents around there with a short, red-haired woman nad Warunya, and a man with a long face like Manoch tailing behind him.

“Nuch seems good at this as well,” Warunya said.

“I know right.”

The man who had the little Mona Lisa sleeping in his arms gave her a smile.

“The two of us have to go, Bro. Seems like it’d take a long ti to pack the items in boxes for the players who are going into the war tomorrow.”

Manoch said, scratching his cheek.

“There’re only the two of you to do all that?” Wisana asked.

“No, Mister k will co to help us in a while. And it won’t be long to get the work done if there’re three people.”

Hearing Warunya like that, Wisana nodded. Then he turned to smile at Manoch who was holding the clipboard in his hand.

“Well, Bro, about May, she hasn’t co out of her bedroom since the eting ended. Looks like she’s in an incredibly stressful state now. I think maybe you want to go soothe her fury down a bit, I’ve never seen her angry like that since I pranked her by hiding a frog under her class desk in the second grade.”

“Yeah, got it.”

Wisana accepted easily, before letting them walk back to the item production unit tent. These two probably did not get enough sleep from working all night. But well, Manoch and Warunya did not have to go fight in the frontline, so their battle was happening right here at this ti.

He thought, before looking at Mona Lisa who Miss Stella had been babysitting for a long ti. After she got to see her father’s face again, the girl beca overjoyed. She started jumping around and clinging to him like a baby monkey, refusing to let go of him. After that, she got tired, and she had been sleeping since the sky was not dark yet until now.

Seeing that, Wisana smiled widely, touching her forehead gently.

“Seems like your mom is frustrated right now. Maybe we should go make her calm down a bit, shall we?”

He spoke in a cheerful voice, turning around to walk to Maysa’s room. Looking at the situation, he probably had to stay with her until dawn surely.

But he stopped short before he could go anywhere because of the appearance of a tall man. A familiar-looking man with black hair and lavender-purple eyes.

“Shin?” Wisana called his na confusedly.

“I need to talk to you about the war tomorrow.”
