Chapter 250: Chapter 242: Forcing Her to Apologize
Qiao Jing took Zhan Qipei’s cellphone out of his pocket and placed it in front of him, “Answer the call.”
Zhan Qipei licked his dry lips and pressed the answer button.
“Qipei, co here imdiately with Qiao Jing!!” Su Manhan’s tone was filled with anger.
“What’s the matter?” Zhan Qipei asked, watching Qiao Jing walk toward the bedroom.
Su Manhan, very agitated, took several deep breaths before she could continue speaking, “Bring her here, right now! She knows very well what she has done!”
The call was then disconnected, and just then Qiao Jing ca out of the bedroom with her clothes, having heard the content of the call, “Wait for to take a shower.”
Zhan Qipei humd in acknowledgnt and put down his phone, his eyes following Qiao Jing into the bathroom with a fierce gaze.
Qiao Jing showered quickly without wasting any ti, changed into a usual top and jeans, and followed Zhan Qipei into the car.
“Won’t you ask what’s the matter?” Seeing that Zhan Qipei hadn’t asked her, Qiao Jing took the initiative to speak.

Zhan Nan and Zhan Bei, feeling secure, crossed their legs and watched Qiao Jing with schadenfreude.

Zhan Qipei’s lips were pressed tightly together, his expression cold as ice, as he stood in front of Qiao Jing.
Su Manhan gave Qiao Jing a harsh glance, this Qiao Jing was truly a jinx! Always causing trouble for the family, and now she even managed to beat Zhan Nan and Zhan Bei up like this!
Having kept quiet until now, Zhan Nanqing stepped forward, “We can check the bar’s surveillance.”
By her side stood Lou Xinrou.
Lou Xinrou had co today to find Zhan Nanqing but ended up running into this scene, secretly reveling in it.
When she heard Zhan Nanqing defending Qiao Jing, Lou Xinrou’s expression subtly changed and she lowered her voice, “Nanqing, why are you defending her?”
Zhan Nanqing looked at Lou Xinrou with a complex expression but didn’t respond.
Zhan Nan and Zhan Bei, sitting on the sofa, laughed; they had co prepared, having already destroyed the bar’s surveillance footage.
After all, it was them who had instigated the provocation against Qiao Jing first in the footage. If others saw it, it would be their problem.
“Fine! Go ahead and check, who’s afraid? It was Qiao Jing who started the physical altercation, go check the surveillance!” Zhan Nan exclaid as he slamd the table and stood up agitatedly.

Upon hearing the brothers’ words, Qiao Jing furrowed her brows, her face showing confusion.
Why were they so eager to check the surveillance?
Could it be because they had tampered with it, hence their boldness?
Zhan Qipei didn’t make a statent but kept Qiao Jing protected behind him.
Following Zhan Qipei, Tang Yan made a phone call, “Send over your surveillance footage from eight to ten tonight.”
“Alright, alright, please hold on!” The manager was sowhat surprised by Tang Yan’s call but still instructed his staff to retrieve the footage for that ti block.
“What?! The surveillance is damaged and lost?” The manager suddenly raised his volu, in disbelief.
After confirming repeatedly, the manager explained to Tang Yan, “I’m sorry, the surveillance for that period is lost, and it’s difficult to recover.”
It was only then that Tang Yan hung up the call.
Zhan Qipei looked at Zhan Nan and Zhan Bei with a sinister gaze.
The two brothers were intimidated by Zhan Qipei’s look and imdiately shifted back a bit.
“The surveillance is lost, hard to recover, did you tamper with it?” Zhan Qipei asked assertively.
Zhan Nan felt guilty but still braced himself to speak, “Why would we delete the surveillance if we were the ones hit? I think it’s Qiao Jing who doesn’t want the truth revealed and sabotaged the surveillance herself! How can she be so malicious?!”

Zhan Nan and Zhan Bei supported each other in their argunts. After hearing their story, Cao Rushan was even more furious, swiftly walking over to Qiao Jing she raised her hand high, intending to slap Qiao Jing.
Zhan Qipei stepped to the left, grabbed Cao Rushan’s hand, “Dare to lay a hand on her and see what happens?”
In his voice, the threat was unmistakable, and Cao Rushan felt the grip on her hand getting stronger, even continuously increasing in force.
She frowned tightly, and as she t Zhan Qipei’s dark, almost dripping face, her boldness diminished significantly, and she scoffed, pulling her hand away.
“Qipei, at this ti you still protect Qiao Jing? Won’t you let her apologize to your cousins? Moreover, she actually went to the bar? Such a woman does not deserve to enter our family!” Su Manhan fanned the flas from the side.
Zhan Qipei looked towards the two brothers on the sofa, scoffed, and said, “Qiao Jing attacked you for no reason? She would attack you without provocation? Besides, two n got beaten up by one woman, it’s embarrassing.”
“Big cousin! What are you talking about? She was displeased with us last ti and when she ran into us at the bar this ti, she directly attacked us!” Zhan Nan quickly defended himself.
Zhan Nanqing looked at Qiao Jing a few tis and murmured to himself, it would be better if Grandpa were here.
He had gone on a trip with so old comrades these past few days and was not at ho, otherwise, it wouldn’t have escalated to this severity.
