Everyone was whispering among themselves while looking at Dong Xuebing.
More staff arrived at the eting hall and joined the discussion.

Dong Xuebing stood up to welco them imdiately.
Dong Xuebing only knows two of the leaders. The Organization Departnt Minister Wen Shixiang, and the City’s Commission for Discipline Inspection Secretary, He Suien. He had seen photos of the rest of the leaders on the internet and read their resus. This was not the ti for introduction as all the staff was waiting for them. He Suien waved his hand to get everyone seated.
The eting started.
The host of the eting was Office Director Gao Wenrong.
Gao Wenrong announced the agenda of today’s eting and passed the microphone to Wen Shixiang for him to make the appointnt announcent.

He is a good example for us to learn from.” Wen Shixiang said before reading Dong Xuebing’s official appointnt announcent as the Commission for Discipline Inspection’s First Inspection Office’s Director.
Everyone clapped. Luo Haiting clapped the loudest.
Dong Xuebing was officially appointed as the First Inspection Office Director.
The Commission for Discipline Inspection’s Secretary He Suien’s speech was short, and he passed the microphone to Dong Xuebing.
Applause sounded again.
Dong Xuebing cleared his throat and spoke, “Thank you for the trust the Party and everyone gave to . Thank you, Secretary He and Minister Wen, for acknowledging my work. Dong Xuebing talked for five minutes. He was used to giving such speeches and didn’t need scripts or notes.
Dong Xuebing did not talk for too long as he was only a subdepartnt Director, not the departnt’s Chief. He had to keep a low profile and avoid giving others the impression he was immature or arrogant, as it would hinder his future work.

He Suien looked at his watch and whispered sothing to Gao Wenrong.
Gao Wenrong imdiately called the Guesthouse to make lunch arrangents. After that, he boarded a car with Dong Xuebing and a few leaders.
At the welco lunch, Dong Xuebing got to et all the leaders.
