Night. 11 pm.
A rcedes Benz MPV ca to a screeching stop in front of a hotel, attracting the stares of many passersby. Dong Xuebing alighted and walked towards the hotel lobby with big strides. “Chief Dong, how can you say this?”

Dong Xuebing waved his hand. “Enough. Let’s go!”

The two staff at the front desk were surprised to see the group of n entering the hotel.
Dong Xuebing walked up to the hotel staff and threw his work pass on the counter. “Public Security. Which room is Zhang Zhifeng in?”
The staff looks at the Police logo on the work pass and quickly checked their records. “He is in room 3015.”
“Ok. Take the keys for room 3015 and follow .” Dong Xuebing said.
“I’m sorry.” The female staff hesitated. “I need to inform my manager...”
Dong Xuebing interrupted. “I will repeat one more ti. Bring the keys for room 3015 and follow !”
The staff looked at her colleague and entered the lift with the room’s card key. Ding! The lift’s door opens, and the staff brought Dong Xuebing and the officers through the corridors. She stopped in front of room 3015 and opened the door after so hesitations.

The door is unlocked.
Dong Xuebing waved to the female staff to stand back, and two officers rushed into the room.
“Who is it?!” Soone shouted in the room.
Dong Xuebing entered the room and switched on the lights. Zhang Zhifeng was still in his bed and had sat up in shock.
One officer asked coldly. “Zhang Zhifeng?”
Zhang Zhifeng stared at them. “... What’s wrong?”
The officer shouted. “What do you think?! Hurry up and get dressed!”
The Traffic Officer said. “This evening, around 6 pm, you drove without a driving license, got involved in an accident, and assaulted the driver and passenger of the Citroen car. At around 9 pm, you drove without a driving license and hit a pedestrian. After the accident, you drove off from the scene, and we are suspecting you of attempting murder. Dong Xuebing dragged Zhang Zhifeng off the bed by his hair, and Zhang Zhifeng dropped his phone. Dong Xuebing pulled Zhang Zhifeng up to his face and stared at him coldly. “If you do not know, I will tell you now! Your Chief ng is from the Investnt Promotion Agency and is a different departnt from Public Security! If you think ng Xianglin can order the Public Security and makes all the decision, you can try calling him after you are locked up! See if he can bail you out!”
Zhang Zhifeng shouted! “Let go of !”
That Officer twisted Zhang Zhifeng’s arm and handcuffed him.
Zhang Zhifeng cursed and shouted as he was being escorted out of his room. He also shouted for help from his colleagues. All of them were staying on the sa floor, and they rushed out of their rooms when they heard the commotions. One of the is Sakamoto’s assistant, a staff and a bodyguard.
Zhang Zhifeng shouted in Japanese, and those Japanese were furious. The assistant imdiately took out his phone to make a phone call. At the sa ti, the other two tried to stop the officers from bringing Zhang Zhifeng away. They were shouting in Japanese and pushing and shoving the officers. Dong Xuebing does not understand Japanese, but he knew it must not be sothing nice.
The Officer shouted. “Move aside!”
The Japanese refused to listen and grabbed the Public Security Officers, refusing to let them leave with Zhang Zhifeng.
Dong Xuebing kept quiet and looked at them. He had wanted to settle the score with them. When their car knocked into Luan Xiaoping, they were also in the car, and none of them had helped to call an ambulance. Instead, they escaped from the scene and are still behaving arrogantly.
“Chief Dong, what should we do now?” That Officer asked.
The Traffic Officer almost fell after the bodyguard pushed him. “Chief Dong!”

Dong Xuebing ignored Zhang Zhifeng and slapped the other Japanese. That man almost fainted by the suddenly slap, and Dong Xuebing shouted. “Obstructing law enforcent! Assaulting Police Officers! Bring these two n back!”
The few officers rushed forward to pinned those two Japanese n down!
The female staff was stunned. She knew these Japanese have a special status, and her manager had still instructed them to provide special treatnt. But this leader from the Public Security dares to hit them and even arrested them. Eh? They had called the leader as Chief Dong earlier. Is this person the Public Security’s God of Plague, Chief Dong?! No wonder he is so fearless! “Liang Chengpeng! What have you done?!” Xiang Daofa questioned!
Liang Chengpeng was shocked. “Secretary Xiang, what happened?” He had not received news of what Dong Xuebing did.
“Dong Xuebing had arrested the people from the Japanese team! He arrested three of them! What the hell is he trying to do?! Ah?! I want to know why he is doing this!!!” Xiang Daofa shouted.
Liang Chengpeng’s face changed. “Maybe... there is a misunderstanding...”
“Enough! You go and release them now!” Xiang Daofa hangs up.
Liang Chengpeng walked around his room for a while and called Dong Xuebing. “Xiao Dong! What are you doing? Release them imdiately!”

After Dong Xuebing left, the Officers drove towards the Public Security Bureau with the Japanese.
Dong Xuebing was worried about his mother and did not return to the Bureau. He entered the hospital and went straight to the ER. 30 minutes had passed since his mother entered the ER, but the lights on the door were still lit.
