Julian returned to the Imperial University villa with two Togekiss and a Togepi egg.
"You guys can live in this tree from now on."
In the backyard, Julian pointed to the ginkgo tree, the nest on it was indeed too small. In terms of size, Togekiss were even larger than Swellow, the evolved form of Taillow.
It was already sumr, and the ginkgo tree was full of lush, green leaves, making it look rather pleasant.

Food, water, shelter—he had everything ready for them, and only the best. He wondered if they would ever be willing to leave.
Seeing the two Togekiss looking touched, Julian felt quite smug.

After letting all his Pokémon out to et the Togekiss, Julian placed the Togepi egg in the backyard. Once everything was settled, he returned to the house.
Slumping onto the sofa, he gave Celebi a nudge. "Get a bottle of Cola."
Celebi: "Why don’t you get it yourself?"
Julian: "Because I’m lazy."
That was a powerful argunt, Celebi rolled its eyes at him but still floated over to the fridge. It grabbed two bottles of Cola, handing one to Julian, and then pulled a bag of chips off the coffee table.
"Let have so," Julian said.
Celebi clutched the chips tightly, and looked at Julian vigilantly: "This is the last bag of cucumber-flavored chips. Unless I die, you’re not getting any."
Its protectiveness over food was even more intense than Arcanine’s.
Arcanine: 'Huh? I think soone just ntioned how cool I am.'
"Co on, give so, I'll buy you more after eating."
Julian was speechless. He had bought those chips for himself, and now he couldn't even eat them.
Celebi: "You buy them for first, then I’ll let you have so."
"If you don’t share, I won’t buy you any more in the future," Julian threatened, glaring at Celebi. 'Do you even know who is in charge of this family?'
"Go get another bottle of Cola," Julian said.
"Slow~"
Slowking looked at Julian, to remind him that, only one bottle a day.
Julian: 'Slowking is actually the one in charge here.'
'The clown turned out to be .'
Celebi looked at Julian with a grin, "Do you still want to drink? I can grab you two bottles."
Julian: "Shut up."
"What’s for dinner tonight?"
To divert Slowking’s attention, Julian quickly changed the topic.
Slowking’s face took on a thoughtful expression. Figuring out what to eat was its most frequent concern.
Celebi: "Barbecue!"
Slowking shook its head, they had just eaten barbecue recently—it wasn’t sothing they should have too often.
After a brief mont of contemplation, Slowking suggested, "How about wonton noodles?"
Julian nodded, there was no point in objecting. With Slowking’s family status, he didn’t have much say in these matters anyway.
Celebi, having never tried wonton noodles, was imdiately on board.
Grabbing a small basket and calling on Lucario to help carry the groceries, Slowking headed out to buy ingredients.
Before leaving, Celebi called after it, "Get so chips, chicken legs, MooMoo milk, and spicy sticks!"
"Slow~"
Slowking gave a slow nod.
By now, Slowking had already given up on Celebi. Anyway, no matter how much junk food Celebi ate, it never seed to affect its health—at most, it just got a little chubbier.
In the backyard, the Togekiss couple had already gotten along with Julian’s Pokémon. Under Gengar's constant mischief, the atmosphere was very harmonious.
anwhile, Magearna cradled the Togepi egg in its arms.
Unbeknownst to Julian or any of the Pokémon, Magearna’s Soul-Heart was slowly enhancing the Togepi egg’s potential.
The process was incredibly subtle, happening so gradually that it was impossible to detect—even Magearna itself was unaware of it.
It simply held the egg out of instinct, as though sothing deep inside told it that the egg needed its care.
Male Togekiss: "Do you guys always eat such delicious food?"
The female Togekiss didn't speak, keeping her head buried as she munched on Pokéblocks. Every now and then, she peeked at her mate’s bowl.
'Hmm… better eat faster. Once I’m done, I’ll start on his.'
'I gave birth to his kid—what’s wrong with eating a bit of his food?'
If you wanted to keep a Pokémon around, you had to win over its stomach first.
Julian had specially purchased premium-grade Pokéblocks for Togekiss.
Now, as the two Togekiss savored the flavorful treats, this delicacy instantly made them doubt their lives, what kind of pig food were the berries they ate before.
Several Pokémon including tagross, Steelix, and ltal nodded.
They had heard from tagross that Togekiss could boost their trainer's luck.

But now that Julian’s luck could be improved, the Pokémon were determined to keep the Togekiss couple around.

Gritting his teeth, he reluctantly purchased two more boxes.
"Take them, no matter what, you have to win them over!"
tagross nodded vigorously.
