"Tyranitar, ga Evolution!"

"Dynamax!"

His opponent had already made their move, so there was no need for Chris to hold back any longer.

Ti for a direct confrontation!

ga Tyranitar erged in its more ferocious form. The soft armor plating had transford into nacing spikes, and a cold, grimacing face adorned its chest. Whether Pokemon or humans caught sight of it, fear would grip them before the battle even began.

If this terrifying appearance were magnified further...

It would be like a Pokemon version of Godzilla! Both in terms of destructive capability and intimidating presence, the comparison was well-deserved.

ga Glalie, which had originally appeared quite fearso, now seed almost pleasant compared to the imposing ga Tyranitar.

"A Dynamax ga Tyranitar? Isn't Chris's ace Pokemon a bit too overwhelming?" Sidney's body trembled slightly as he spoke.

He had thought ga Blaziken was Chris's trump card, and then ca ga Gengar.

Sidney had assud Chris only possessed two ace Pokemon, but now a ga Tyranitar had appeared.

"So... does Chris actually have three ace Pokemon?"

"Is there a possibility that every main Pokemon Chris has possesses the sa strength as your ace Pokemon?" Phoebe quietly interjected.

"Actually, every one of Chris's main Pokemon is stronger than your ace Pokemon."

"That really stings, you know," Sidney clutched his chest dramatically.

On the battlefield, Glacia observed ga Tyranitar and had to admit she had still underestimated Chris sowhat.

She had expected Chris to use Blaziken, with its dual typing that resisted Ice-type moves.

She never imagined there would be another Tyranitar capable of both Dynamax and ga Evolution.

Now she felt extrely grateful for her decision to participate in only one match. Otherwise, even if she managed to defeat ga Tyranitar, there would still be that formidable Blaziken to face.

What's more... she genuinely might not be able to defeat ga Tyranitar at all.

"Glalie, use Hail!" Glacia commanded.

Suppressing the Sandstorm weather was crucial when facing Tyranitar.

In Sandstorm conditions, Tyranitar's Special Defense would increase by fifty percent. Although Glalie utilized both special and physical attacks, how many Pokemon would dare engage in close combat with a ga-evolved Tyranitar?

"Hoooo!" ga Glalie snarled, its dry, hoarse voice resembling an elderly person shouting at the top of their lungs.

Heavy snow began falling from the sky onto the battlefield, which had been covered in swirling yellow sand.

Glacia felt quite confident about her Glalie's weather control abilities... didn't she?

But Glacia's confidence was premature.

The falling snow was suddenly caught up and worn away by the wild sand churning through the air.

The cold, low-temperature ice and snow proved far less resilient than anticipated.

Within re monts, everything vanished, leaving not even the storm clouds behind.

Only the oppressive and violent khaki sandstorm remained, dominating the battlefield entirely.

Where was there any trace of ice and snow?

Glalie attempting to compete with Tyranitar over weather control?

How ridiculous.

"Tyranitar, end this battle."

"Z-Move: Continental Crush!" Chris declared, producing his Z-Crystal while Glacia was still attempting to manipulate the weather.

Sorry, but trying to compete with my Tyranitar for weather dominance is nothing but wishful thinking.

There was no need for prolonged setup. As a Tyranitar renowned for its destructive power, the battle would end in the most straightforward and direct manner possible.

"Roar of life's rhythm!"

"Shaking the earth and piercing the heavens, let the rocks tremble!"

Reciting the dramatic incantation while striking a dynamic pose, brilliant golden energy erupted from Chris's body and enveloped ga Tyranitar.

"BANGIRA!!!"

ga Tyranitar released a thunderous roar of fury that resonated throughout the entire battlefield. Even Drake, waiting in the fourth chamber, could hear the trendous sound.

Watching the scene unfold on his monitor, Drake fell into stunned silence.

The veteran champion's hand holding his cigarette trembled slightly.

Is this the "monster" I'm going to have to confront?

The battlefield had entered a state of "artificial eclipse."

The sky above transford into pitch-black chaos as an enormous rock sphere blocked out all light.

Continental Crush?

Chris preferred calling it "Planetary Devastation," similar to the technique his Aggron had used previously.

Compared to Aggron, however, his Tyranitar possessed far greater power!

Not to ntion this was a Dynamax ga Tyranitar. The Planetary Devastation technique had also been amplified by Dynamax energy.

If this were real, Continental Crush could genuinely destroy an entire city!

This represented the absolute pinnacle of power: Dynamax plus ga Evolution plus Z-Moves, all three enhancent thods combined! The user was Tyranitar, a pseudo-legendary Pokemon, and its destructive capability could easily rank among the top three of all non-legendary Pokemon.

Within the confines of the arena, ga Tyranitar compressed and condensed its terrifying power, causing the Planetary Devastation—which could have encompassed an entire city—to be concentrated solely over the battlefield, making it even more devastating.

The eyes of the three Elite Four mbers present nearly bulged out of their sockets.

This guy doesn't know how to play fair! Even though this is supposedly just one match, what does it an when you lead with four aces?

You can't play cards properly, and you can't act like a decent human being either!

Sidney and Phoebe quickly retreated to the contestants' area and sent out their Pokemon for protection. They had good reason to suspect that even standing in the spectator section might result in collateral damage. As for the referee, they had long since vanished without a trace.

"Glalie, use Ice Fortress!" Glacia shouted her command.

This was the Dynamax move "Max Guard" enhanced with protective ice barriers.

"Hoooo!" ga Glalie snarled in response.

Imdiately, white ice crystals were swept up around its body by powerful gusts of wind. They rapidly condensed into a swirling blizzard, transforming the originally transparent "Max Guard" barrier above into a solid wall of defensive ice.

It appeared as though an ice fortress had been constructed upon the battlefield floor.

Glacia had nad this technique "Ice Fortress."

But could it withstand ga Tyranitar's "Planetary Devastation"?

The answer ca swiftly.

The massive rock formation covering the entire battlefield descended like a collapsing mountain, as if the very sky were caving in.

What followed was complete devastation.

"BOOM!"

The world itself seed to shake.

Chris already knew the outco. The Planetary Devastation had struck the ground with trendous force and embedded itself deeply, demonstrating that the Ice Fortress had failed to hold.

When the rock formation was finally pulled away by ga Tyranitar's power, it revealed Glalie, who had reverted from both its Dynamax and ga Evolution states.

"Glalie is unable to battle. Tyranitar wins!" The referee, appearing seemingly from nowhere, announced the final result of the match.
