Julian Lawson kept speaking like that, he had already scared Seraphina!
Seraphina was already crying, but Julian Lawson didn’t stop the car.
"Stop!" Serena Sterling shouted.
But Julian Lawson still didn’t stop.

Eventually, Serena held Seraphina, gently patting her back to soothe her.
"Julian Lawson, Seraphina has a congenital heart disease." Serena urgently said, her eyes red, "Are you trying to kill her!"
She already didn’t have two children, she absolutely couldn’t let anything happen to Seraphina.
Julian Lawson heard this, glanced at the rear-view mirror, indeed Seraphina was crying.

Seraphina nodded, she shrank into Serena’s arms, silent.
Seraphina just rembered the past.
Though children’s mories wouldn’t last long, she still rembered when her biological parents abandoned her, they had a huge fight.
But this ti was different from before, Aunt Winters was protecting her.
Shrinking into Aunt Winters’ embrace made her feel very safe.
The car drove all the way to Aeston First Hospital.
Ethan Lynch had been waiting there early.
Seeing Serena and Seraphina pay and get off the car, he imdiately greeted them.
And then, saw Julian Lawson getting out after parking his car behind.
Serena saw Julian Lawson coming over, she had Seraphina go inside with Ethan Lynch first, then faced Julian Lawson alone.
"Serena." Julian Lawson hurried over, frowning.
"I didn’t know Seraphina’s illness was congenital heart disease." He said.
Serena looked at the man in front of her.
"Whether Seraphina is sick or not, you shouldn’t be yelling in front of a child." Serena said.
Julian Lawson didn’t refute, the two stared at each other.
Ever since their last eting, this had been their constant state.
This made Julian Lawson feel quite powerless.
The wind blew gently past, finally, Julian Lawson spoke first: "What’s really going on with you and Jasper Ford?"
Serena tiredly closed her eyes.
"Between him and , it’s completely innocent." She said, "I thought you already saw the statent online."
Serena knew clearly, these things, Secretary Chaucer would definitely report them to him.

Over there, Seraphina still refused to leave, looking at this side from the corner with Ethan Lynch.

Seraphina was still watching.
Serena felt a headache.
"In a few days, I’ll attend Isla Lawson’s wine tasting event, when then, whatever you want to ask, I’ll tell you clearly."
Serena looked into his dark eyes: "Julian Lawson, don’t make hate you."
After speaking, Serena bypassed Julian Lawson, walking towards the corner to Seraphina and Ethan Lynch.
Julian Lawson wanted to say sothing, but Serena’s words just kept echoing in his mind.
He turned, watching her hold Seraphina’s hand and leave, feeling inexplicably emotional.
When did they beco like this.
Serena knew Julian Lawson had been watching her.
Whether it was Seraphina frequently looking back, or his prickling gaze, they both reminded her of his existence.

Not much longer now.
Once the divorce certificate is obtained, they will have no relationship anymore.

Seraphina turned around, her big round eyes looking at Ethan Lynch.
"Thank you, uncle." Seraphina said.
And then ca a series of exams.
All the results would co out later, so Serena took Seraphina ho first.
All the way ho, cooked dinner, after eating dinner.
Seraphina and Serena sat together on the sofa watching TV.
On TV was Peppa Pig.
Seraphina really liked it.
Until night fell, Serena drove Seraphina back, before getting off the car, Seraphina hesitated to look at her.
Serena knew Seraphina had sothing to say.
"What’s wrong?" Serena parked the car and seriously looked at Seraphina.
"Aunt Winters." Seraphina said softly, "What’s up with that strange uncle today? He... seems to know you."
Serena didn’t answer right away, just looked at Seraphina’s big eyes.
Outside the car window, the wind blew strongly, making the leaves rustle.
Under the dim street lights, pedestrians walked slowly past, their laughing voice ca into the car, bringing a sense of unreality.
Serena was thinking whether to tell Seraphina the truth.
Hesitating for a mont, Serena still decided to speak the truth.
After all, later Seraphina would live with her, eventually would hear about these things, and Julian Lawson might co to find Seraphina again.
Seraphina was different from other children, she was sowhat mature in thought, able to understand many things.
Thinking this, Serena held Seraphina’s hand and said, "Seraphina, he is my husband."
Seeing Seraphina’s sowhat confused look, Serena continued, "But in 9 days, we will completely separate, so Seraphina doesn’t need to mind him."
Thinking this, Serena patted Seraphina’s head, "Sotis in life, you et the wrong person, he is the mistake in my life."
