Grey shouted as she tried to get to her brother but Han put his hand on her shoulder and stopped her. Where the fuck do your think you’re going? Just stay right there unless you want to tie you up.
Grey couldn’t even budge out of Han’s hold and she was forced to watch as her brother forced himself to float right before falling into the ocean. The Kraken roared as it noticed the new mortal daring to attack it. It realized that the weapon Rau was holding was extrely strong and it imdiately sent a tentacle to try and kill Rau, but Gregory just managed to get to Rau and drag him out of the way before the tentacle hit the water!
Gregory tossed Rau into the air and shouted at him to get his head in the ga!
“Hey, you’re the only help I got here so you better get your head on straight! Now, what the fuck can you do! You’re a white star so you must have so high-level skills!”
Rau was holding the spear without any confidence as he stared at the large monster, but once Gregory shouted at him he snapped out of his stupor and nodded sharply. He was a white star so sothing like death wouldn’t really phase him! If he doesn’t fight then he’ll die!
“I can release a large burst of Mana when I throw my spear and I also have another spear I can use. My other skills can’t cause any damage to a monster this big!”
Gregory deadpanned. Only two? Really!?
“Use the power of friendship!!”
“Fuck you, Han!!”
Han chuckled from where he was standing on the ship as Gregory started to give directions to Rau. Now don’t start thinking I’m a monster. I know I usually do this a lot but it’s for a good cause, I promise!
Grey looked at Han from the side and asked him a question.
“Why don’t you want to fight too? Don’t you want us to pay back for your help? Isn’t that why you sent my brother there?”
Han looked down at the tiny thing that was talking with a raised brow. Hmm? Was that the reason? Maybe Han just saw a little bit of himself in that boy and he wanted to see what he was made of… Nah! That isn’t the reason. Maybe I just have a soft spot for cute girls. Sue . And besides, I’m only giving Gregory one person so I can’t send you too.
Gregory charged forward as the monster landed another hit on the spot he has just been standing. Gregory already told Rau his plan and he hoped Rau was capable of handling it. Rau wasn’t that strong, but he should still be able to handle this much with the weapon Han gave him.
But in order for Rau to do what he needs to, Gregory first had to carry out his own part! Gregory is now stronger than before because of the free points he used, but even with all of the boosts, he is still not capable of taking on a monster like this. So Gregory decided that it was ti for him to use his other power as well!
If you rember well, Gregory ca from a world of mana. A world where everyone possesses one form of magic or another. Gregory hasn’t used this magic power since coming here mainly because he didn’t like it. This power has given him nothing but hate and every ti he uses it he rembers his family and the shit they did to him. But if he doesn’t use it here, he might as well be signing his death warrant!
Gregory saw another tentacle coming down and he jumped into the air and transford his weapon into a chain with a hook at the end! As the tentacle slamd into the water, Gregory stabbed the hook into the tentacle and allowed the monster to carry him up as well when it was drawing back its tentacle! Gregory flew up till he was staring the monster right in its large yellow fucking ugly eyes and he shouted.
“Dark Abyss!!”
Boom!
A sound of an explosion went off once before the entire area around Gregory and the monster was swallowed in darkness! Everything inside of the darkness disappeared! Sight. Sound. Taste. Air. Gravity. Everything that was supposed to exist other than the two of them disappeared imdiately! This is the first power that Gregory ever used against his siblings. It is the sa magic skill that made his family lock him up all those years ago. But Gregory couldn’t stop the sinister smile from forming on his face as he saw the monster glaring up in his direction. The fucker was already blind and deaf but it could still pinpoint exactly where Gregory was! What a scary monster!
The Kraken roared but no sound ca out of its mouth. Gregory couldn’t move when he had this skill activated. He could only float right in front of its eye as he counted down and waited!! And then the chain Gregory used before got pulled and Gregory grunted as Rau pulled him back from his Dark Abyss!
Two seconds, that was the amount of ti Gregory could keep his dark Abyss activated after he was pulled out from it! But for Rau, it was more than enough ti! Once Gregory got pulled out, Rau imdiately honed in on the exact place Gregory ca out from. Since Gregory was pulled out in a straight line, that ans that the spot where Gregory ca out from is a straight line directly into the eye of the Kraken!
Rau raced past Gregory and jumped into the sky. The dark Abyss deactivated because the two seconds were up but Rau didn’t care about that! He shot his spear directly at the eyes of the monster!
The Kraken was a bit disoriented from the sudden rush of feelings. If you suddenly get your eyesight and hearing back, you will take so ti to get yourself back, but even with all of that, it was still able to form a barrier around itself as it protected its body with tentacles! How dare you think you can beat this monster!? I rule this sea and no one has ever dared to challenge !
The Kraken opened its tentacles once it felt the spear break and it roared in anger towards Rau! Only for its eye to widen when it saw Rau holding another spear! Wait! This spear is the dangerous one! Then which spear did I just break!?
The spear that Rau threw at first was the one that he always had. As a spearman, Rau already had a spear he used and that was the one he threw first. He knew that Kraken wouldn’t leave itself open for attacks when disoriented. So after Gregory told him he would only have two seconds before the Kraken got itself back in order, he quickly ca up with this plan!
Now that the Kraken has opened its tentacles again, it was completely unguarded as Rau pulled back [Japhat] and activated two skills!
[Mana Pulse] has been activated
[Critical Hit] has been activated
Kaboom!!!
The shot was like lightning traveling through the sky! [Japhat] was a weapon of a king and there was nothing below a black star that could stand in its way! The spear flew true and stabbed straight into the Kraken’s eye as it roared in anger! The Kraken started to bleed and suddenly realized that it might lose this battle! It has to get back down to the ocean floor! If it stays up here then these mortals could kill it!
“And where do you think you’re going you fucking sushi!? Grim Reaper! Sever its soul!!”
Gregory appeared like a phantom and a large Grim Reaper appeared behind him as they both swung their scythes down at the sa ti! The scythe cut straight through the Kraken’s neck like butter and the Kraken fell to the ocean and floated like a dead fish.

Gregory sighed as he landed on top of the monster’s body and tried to catch his breath. He heard the sound of cheering coming from the ship and he saw the Wyvern party cheering them on from over there. Oh wow. Thanks a lot. Instead of just clapping maybe you could’ve actually helped us!!?
