So that ant that the reason why most of the lower floors don’t have any of the stones is because these two idiots still haven’t decided who would control the floor yet! The fighting didn’t look like it would be cheap, so it was obvious that any stones gotten now would be sold for extrely high prices to cover the cost of the war! They were basically warmongers. Idiotic warmongers, yes, but still warmongers nonetheless.
The next thing that Fey suggested was to check out the other side of the floor to see if they cannot find any traces of the Alcatraz guild there. She was not too worried about her father, but there were many children and vulnerable people in the two warring settlents. They might have agreed to fight each other, but they did not all have powers like Fey and Ragnar. So of them are simple people who did not have systems, so they did not stand a chance against the Alcatraz guild.
Han agreed to help them look and so they all separated into groups of two to search. Fey and Ragnar together. Rin and Lily also left together, and Han took his daughter on his shoulder to go. He walked towards the opposite side of the floor where he heard the Cyclops lived. Han didn’t think he would find too much evidence around here, so he and Yue were just having fun and chatting while walking around. But it was when he got closer to the other side of the floor that he suddenly slt it. Smoke and blood. The two slls were intense in this area! Han quickly moved to higher ground and tried to find what was wrong and his eyes widened when he saw an entire settlent burning to the ground!
That was one of the hos of the Cyclops! The sound of screaming and people laughing reached him and Han realized that they were being attacked by soone! Was it the Alcatraz guild!? That didn’t matter! Han had to help them!
Han told Yue to run back and call the other girls while he quickly bolted towards the settlent. The gates there were wide open and it was also on fire! Han entered it and he slowed down to a stop when he saw the sights inside there. People were dying. People were being raped and beaten and tortured. And in the middle of all this were a gang of n who all had that sa badge on their chests. The Alcatraz guild!
Han’s eyes flashed red and his shadow extended behind him as ten [Shadow Hunters] rose from the ground imdiately. They all had the sa red eyes and Han order them imdiately.
“Kill them all but save that one. The leader with the silver Star. I need him for sothing”
The shadow Hunters moved and the screams of the cyclops changed to the screams of the Alcatraz guild! The shadow Hunters were all above the gold Star level, but the mbers of the Alcatraz guild here were only between bronze and silver Stars. They were trainees who were in the middle of trying to improve their stats so they would be allowed to join the actual guild. The truth was that they usually did this sort of thing on the first floor. They would kidnap people and kill them there to improve their level as much as possible, but soone killed the innkeeper that usually brings people for them to kill and then the house they usually use for their activities changed to a restaurant.
They couldn’t bring the issue out to the open, so the guild moved to this floor to take advantage of the chaos here and use it as a shield to kill as many people as they wanted. If anything happened to the people here then they will just bla it on that Dragonborn and then more war will break out leading to an even better situation for the Alcatraz recruits!
But what was this!? The shadow Hunters were absolutely savage and completely ruthless! They didn’t even get a chance to fight back! These monsters would fight them and when soone finally managed to kill one, it would just regenerate as if nothing happened!
They didn’t know that Han could make as many as twenty of these things with the stamina he has. When one of them dies he can just bring it back from the dead by replacing it with another one. Han could hear the sounds of the other girls coming up from behind him and he was glad that Yue didn’t call Fey and Ragnar yet.
There were twenty people here but most of them were bronze Stars with only two silver Stars among them, so the rewards Han got were not as good as he wanted them to be.
