The next day, at the office, Rin knocked on Han’s door and told Han that Tao Long was here to see him. It was Han that called Tao Long to co to see him in the first place, so he told her to let him in and Tao bowed once he entered.
“Boss! I ca as soon as you called!”
Han smiled and told Tao Long to sit. He poured them so drinks and then he started to tell him about the trip he would be taking. He told Tao that he wouldn’t be around for a long ti because he would be busy dealing with so issues the company had abroad. It was the excuse he decided to tell everyone else that wasn’t coming with him.
“So I need you to handle my business while I’m gone,”
Tao Long was sure he lost his breath for at least thirty seconds. His vision swam and he felt like he was going to die. He had to grip onto the edge of the table to make sure he didn’t fall!
This industry, HR investnts, was worth 97 billion dollars. It was one of the largest conglorates in the entire world that controlled the dia and trading markets singlehandedly. Even their influence in the housing and comrce sector was not small! It was worth that much and his boss wanted him to take control!?
Tao Long imdiately bowed his head in front of Han while closing his eyes tightly. He was honored to accept sothing like this, but in truth, he didn’t want his boss to do this! He was already happy enough as the leader of the underground. Is this not too much for soone that was once useless like !?
“Boss, all this responsibility, I’m afraid that I won’t live up to your expectations. I don’t want a situation where I will let you down. Please, boss, rethink this choice,”
Tao Long was not used to people trusting him this much. He was already shocked when his boss just handed him the underground like it was nothing, but for his boss to leave a multibillion-dollar company in his charge!? That was too much!
Han smiled at Tao long and told him that there was nothing to rethink. Han wasn’t going to be making Tao Long the CEO. No. That was too much even for Tao. Tao Long would just be the regional manager as well as the general manager of the company. Han already had enough traders to teach any new recruit and he was also sure that the businesses his company owned would bring enough money to make his company the largest in this world. Tao Long just had to stand there and watch the money grow.
Tao Long burst into tears because he didn’t know what else to do. How did he ever receive such a blessing like his boss in his life? Was he a saint in his forr life? That was the only way he could have received this many blessings!
Han watched as Tao Long quickly swore to take care of the company properly. Han could tell that it was a good decision to give Tao Long control for now. Every gangster needed to eventually move into the legal part of business. It was like a rite of passage for Tao to beco one of the big businessn. And with how well Tao had been taking care of the underground, Han knew this was a good choice.
He just made sure to warn Tao Long that if he did anything that spoilt the company na or tried to harm any innocent people then Han would find him and destroy him completely. There was nothing like blind trust, and Han knew that anybody has the capacity to be a bad person, but he wanted to put his cards on Tao Long. For so reason, Tao long seed like he would make good use of this blessing.
Tao Ling felt the truth behind the threat and he imdiately nodded. Such a thought never even crossed his mind before! He was once one of the poorest in this entire world so there was no way he would make people suffer for no reason! Tao Long would make sure that everything in this company worked well until his boss returned!
After their eting, Han told Tao Long that he could hire Ping as his secretary since she studied business administration. She would be able to help him get used to the running of the business faster than normal. Han also told Tao Long to appoint soone else to handle the underground since the general manager of his company couldn’t be seen as a gangster anymore.
These were the last pieces of advice Han gave Tao Long before he would be going and Tao Long made sure that he didn’t miss a single thing. Once his boss cos back, he would find an even bigger company than he left here. Tao Long swore it on his life.

Han prepared everything he would be needing in the Temple. He made sure to get sensible clothes for the girls so they would be able to live freely and he also got a long coat for each of them so they would protect their identities from others. He didn’t want people to know who they were yet.
On the day they were to go, they all gathered on the rooftop of the skyscraper Han lived in. They each carried a bag on their back and Han held Yue on his shoulder. She was happily kicking her legs back and forth while holding tightly to the side of Han’s head to avoid falling down.
Han held his wrist up and looked at the ti and he sighed when he realized that she was late. He was sure he told her that they would be leaving at this ti. Was this one of those things that girls did where they could never be in ti for anything!?
Rin was helping Lily to tighten the straps on her bag and she couldn’t help but notice that Han was getting impatient and he looked like he was waiting for soone. Were they all not here already? Her, Yue, Lily, and Rina. Who else was coming?
Han didn’t tell any of the other girls about Kim coming with them yet, mainly because he didn’t see a reason to. He already promised her that he would take her and he didn’t have ti to tell anyone anything with how they were so busy recently.
“Sorry I’m late!”
A voice suddenly shouted from the door leading to the rooftop and they all turned to see Miss Kim running towards them with a wide smile on her face. She imdiately ran up to Han and hugged him tightly and a large vein popped on Lily’s head! Why is this woman hugging Han!? Let go of him you wench!! I’ll kill you!
Rin had to hold Lily back before she could jump at the woman and she waited for Han to tell them what was going on.
“Miss Kim?”
It was Rina that spoke up instead of Han and Rin Woo imdiately placed the face! She didn’t rember the face very much because she has only seen her once before but was this not the CEO of H&C advertisent!? It was the woman she saw in the office the other day! What was she doing here?.
Miss Kim ca down from hugging Han and she chuckled nervously as Yue glared down at her. This girl’s glare is heavy! Is she not just a child!? Sorry, sorry!
But Miss Kim gave up a lot for the chance to go with Han and so she stared down everyone else bravely. She wouldn’t budge no matter what and she would make sure they knew that!
Rina looked towards Han for an explanation and he only told her that Kim was coming with them. He made a promise and he had to keep it. Rina pouted for a mont but she couldn’t help herself from smiling as Han per her head. Okay fine! Whatever! Just make sure she keeps her hands off you! I don’t trust her yet!
At the side, Rin used one hand to hold Lily back with a tired expression as Lily tried to attack Kim again. She didn’t know why Han suddenly allowed her to co with them, but he was the one to make the final choice – Ow! Did this girl just bite !? Stop trying to bite again, you animal!
Rin slamd her fist on top of Lily’s head and Lily groaned as she held her head in pain! That hurt so much! She looked back at Rin with a pout and stuck her tongue out at her, but she quickly cowered when Rin rose her first again with a predatory smile – Eek!
Han deadpanned at their display and then he shook his head. He wouldn’t even bother to address all that. The dynamic between those two was already insane, he wasn’t going to make it worse by putting himself between them, and besides, he already knew that Lily would get used to Kim eventually.
He looked up at Yue as she smiled down at him and he smiled back before he looked around at everyone and noticed that they were all ready.. So Han broke the crystals and they all disappeared.
