“Where is he?”
Han spoke to the bodyguard at his side and the bodyguard led him through the side of the club till he ca to a door that read ‘Administration’.
They opened it to the sound of laughter.
“It was great that you didn’t do anything then. The boss would have definitely killed you!”
“Yes, Tao Long is not patient! But where is he? I heard he went to prepare for sothing”
“He will be back soon -”
All the n in the room – about ten of them – suddenly turned to the door once they heard it open. They saw a man wearing all black entering and they all stood up in anger. Who was this man that thought he could just enter any room!? Did he not see the sign on the door!?
Han looked around with bored eyes. So this was Tao Long’s eting room. It wasn’t a bad-looking place at all. It had a few red couches arranged around with three round tables in the middle of them. The tables were filled to the brim with drinks and food. There were also so girls around who were sitting on the chairs and attending to the n there.
The first man that saw Han suddenly walked up to him. He was not a big man but he has a scar running along the top of his nose. This showed that he had been in many dangerous fights before. And the fact that he was still here shows he survived them all.
“Who are you and what do you want?”
Han looked behind him to see that the bodyguards from before were not inside with him. So they weren’t allowed in because they weren’t a part of the administration. This was a tight ship that Tao Long was running, huh?
“I said who are you!?”
“Shut up. You’re shouting too loudly. Where is your boss?”
The man’s eyes widened. Did this man just tell him to shut up? It seems like he would have to teach this man a lesson!
All the n in the room suddenly began to move forward while preparing their weapons or fists but Han just stayed in the sa place with the sa bored look on his face. The won that were sitting down started filling out of the room quickly to avoid the fight.
Han knew that he couldn’t fight here. If he even gave these n a push they would probably die. He began to walk forward and the shock on the man in front of him was not small when Han easily shoulder tackled him to the ground.
Han went to one of the seats there and fell back on it. All the n were too surprised to even move. They could only watch in shock as Han passed beside all of them and took a seat.
“Who the hell do you think you are!? Do you have a death wish!?”
Another man shouted this, a big man whose suit looked too small on him. He held a club in his hand and looked ready to smack Han into the next century with it.
“I don’t have to explain myself to you and I don’t have ti to deal with children. Just know that I am your boss. Now call Tao Long”
The n felt shock pass through them once they heard what Han said. The boss’s boss? The sa man that handles the biggest gang in the city singlehandedly!? This was him!?
No. They couldn’t believe it! There was no way soone like Han could be the boss’s boss! They always thought he would be so sort of martial arts master or a bulky bodybuilder that looked like the hulk! But this Han was just a slim man with a better-than-average body!
The man with a scar on his nose suddenly pointed his gun at Han once he stood up! He didn’t care who this man was anymore! There was no way soone would tackle him to the ground and live!
Slam!!
“What the hell is going on here!!!?”
Han looked up as the door to the room burst open angrily. Oh, Tao Long. You grew bigger, didn’t you? Tao Long now looked even bigger than before. He built so muscles and he also grew taller. This life must be treating him very nicely.
“Yo, Tao”
“B-Boss!!!!”
All the n there had to step back as Tao Long suddenly bowed deeply in front of Han. He couldn’t believe he missed his boss’s entrance. He was so busy rounding up the last of the drug dealers in his club that he didn’t even know!
Han leaned forward and took a glass of wine from the table while waving the bow away. He wasn’t really into all that. He just needed what he ca here for.
Tao Long stood after a while and then finally got a look around the room. His eyes just grew wider and wider as he saw all the weapons on his n. These idiots… These idiots!!!!!? What did they think they were about to do to the boss!?
Did they want to die!?
“B-Boss!? Do you know this man? Is he really your boss?”
The person that asked this was the man with the scar running across his nose. His hands were shaking in fear because of what he almost did. Tao Long didn’t give him an answer instead a resounding slap could be heard around the room!
Slap!!!!
The man fell down to the ground in pain and Tao Long looked down at him with bloodshot eyes.
“Are you an idiot? Do you wish to court death!?”
“S-Sorry boss! We just didn’t know!”
All the n in the room couldn’t et Tao Long’s eyes as he looked around at them. He was boiling with anger right now! To think that these n almost tried to attack his boss! It wasn’t like they could do anything to his boss, but the sheer disrespect was too much! They should know better than that!
“Tao Long, you can deal with this later. First, co and give what I ca here for”
Tao Long quickly perked up as Han spoke and he left all his stupid n there before walking toward Han and bowing again.
“I’m really sorry for what my n did, boss. It will never happen again!”
“That’s fine. Now about what I asked for?”
Ah, right? Tao Long quickly turned to his useless n and shouted for them to bring the package that he acquired the other day. Three of the n bolted out of the room and the others quickly composed themselves and stood at attention on various sides of the room.
They already embarrassed themselves and their boss enough today! They will make sure that they act properly from now on!
Han simply sat in silence until he heard the door open for the second ti. The three n that left ca in while dragging a large sack behind them. They dumped the sack on the ground in front of Han and Tao Long quickly unfolded it. Han smiled down at the tied-up man inside it.
“Hello, Fourier”
The man looked up at Han with fear in his eyes. He didn’t even know who Han was and he was terrified of him already! He was the CEO of the group, Connective, and it was still shocking how these n managed to kidnap him from right under the nose of his own bodyguards!
Tao Long might not be the smartest man in the world, but he still knew for certain that rich people never bother to rember the faces of those working under them. It was a simple matter to replace so of the bodyguards of Fourier with his own n and then kill the driver that would bring him to a eting that day and make himself the driver.
It was so easy to accomplish that Tao Long started to fear for the bodyguard services in the city. They were horrible!
Han told them to bring the man out of the sack and put him on the chair and the three n did it obediently. Once the man was seated Han finally got a good look at him. He had a few bruises on his body and his clothes were in disarray. His hands and legs were both tied and there was a cloth tied through the inside of his mouth. He looked terrified of everybody in this room and that was a good thing, Han could use fear.
“I’m going to ask you sothing? Nod if I’m correct. You’re the CEO of Connective, aren’t you? The largest broadcast delivery business in both City A and City C.
The man swallowed nervously before he nodded and Han smiled as he brought out a contract from behind him and slapped it on the table.
“Good, now sign this”
The man looked down at the contract and his eyes bulged in shock. This contract was for a hostile takeover! It states that HR investnts would beco the new parent company of connective and all transactions connective will have will pass through HR investnts! What was the aning of this!?
