A news bird flew quickly into the port hotel and landed on Ryuen’s shoulder, chirping for a few seconds.
Right after, Ryuen burst out laughing.
"Hahahahaha!"
"The World Governnt is really going with their usual suppression tactics. Let Morgans know—his big scoop is here!"
"Ryuen, how did the World Governnt respond?" Nojiko quickly asked.
The rest of the Dream Team also rushed over to him.
"The World Governnt finally reacted to the news in the paper. Orders ca down from the Five Elders—fifteen warships and ten Marine Vice Admirals are on their way to the Magiatsuka Kingdom," Ryuen said calmly.
"It’s a Buster Call!" Robin imdiately realized.
"That’s right, a full-on Buster Call. The World Governnt wants to crush any signs of rebellion among its mber nations with this one show of force, to remind them what happens when you go against them," Ryuen nodded at Robin.
Everyone felt a chill inside. Especially Robin—they all knew what a Buster Call ant: a brutal massacre was coming.
But Ryuen still looked calm, like he was already ready for whatever ca next.
Nami noticed how composed he seed and asked suspiciously, "Ryuen, you’re way too calm. Did you already have a plan for this?"
Everyone suddenly understood.
Since they set sail, Ryuen had never made a move without a plan.
Ryuen didn’t deny it:
"Yeah, I have a plan. From the mont we started plotting all this, I already thought about how the World Governnt might react."
"The first thing is what I already said—The World Governnt will send CP agents to assassinate Angela, the king. I thought that was the most likely move they’d make."
"But I still underestimated how ruthless the World Governnt really is. They actually launched a Buster Call straight away."
"If we had already left, then with the current strength of the Magiatsuka Kingdom—even with the Revolutionary Army’s protection—there’s no way they could hold off a Buster Call attack."
"Unless Dragon himself shows up, the Magiatsuka Kingdom would be wiped out for sure under a Buster Call."

"Nami, why did you hit ?"
Ryuen was proudly sharing his thoughts when Nami suddenly smacked him on the head.
"Stop rambling and just tell us what you’re planning to do already!" Nami snapped at him.
The others clapped and cheered in agreent.
"Of course, we’ll fight fire with fire. I an, it’s been 800 years—Mary Geoise probably hasn’t been bombed even once...," Ryuen said with a sly smile on his face.
"You’re going to Mary Geoise?" Nami gasped.
Ryuen nodded calmly.
"You guessed right. This ti, I’m going to turn all of Mary Geoise into a sea of fire!"
"As for the Magiatsuka Kingdom, I’m leaving it in your hands. Especially you, Kuina—set up a wide field of fla clouds over the seas around the kingdom. Make sure it’s big enough and has no gaps."
"I want to see how those so-called Buster Calls are going to hit the Magiatsuka Kingdom then!"
"And as soon as any of their ships dare to enter the fla clouds, you can use the cover to launch a surprise attack on the Marines. Show them what we’re made of!"
Everyone looked at Ryuen, who was full of confidence and spirit. That feeling seed to spark a wave of courage and strength in them—they all nodded firmly and agreed to carry out his plan.

Suddenly, just as Ryuen finished speaking, the Den Den Mushi on the table started ringing.
Everyone looked toward it at once, their thoughts cut off.
It was Vice Admiral Tsuru!
Ryuen picked up the Den Den Mushi to answer.
"Vice Admiral Tsuru, I’m guessing you’re calling about the Marines’ Buster Call, right?"
Tsuru’s voice ca through the Den Den Mushi right away:
"That’s right, Ryuen. Of the fifteen ships in this operation, ten of them are directly under Sakazuki’s command. The other five are aligned with Kuzan."
"So what’s your plan?" Ryuen asked directly.
Everyone else in the crew leaned in close to hear.
Tsuru’s voice ca through again:
"Sakazuki isn’t holding back this ti. He gave the Marine fleet strict orders—to completely destroy the Magiatsuka Kingdom!"
"So Ryuen, what’s your counterasure?"
"I have to tell you, the Marine Buster Call isn’t as simple as you think!"
"Those Buster Call shells are specially made. Compared to regular shells, they’re on a whole different level—each one is *ten tis* more powerful!"
"That ans once the Buster Call is launched, the destruction will be massive. The entire Magiatsuka Kingdom will be leveled to the ground!"
After Vice Admiral Tsuru finished speaking, Ryuen frowned slightly.

Sugar’s face changed: "A beautiful woman... Ryuen, are you talking about Vice Admiral Tsuru?"

"Alright, I’m heading out. You all follow the plan I just explained. Don’t forget to have Morgans record everything the Marines are doing."
"And make sure this information gets out to everyone in this country."
With that, Ryuen jumped out the window and disappeared.
