"I told you, you talk too much."
Nefertari’s aura burst forth, in response, the girl, with veins popping out on her smiling forehead.
"Yeah, fuck that, I’ll just kill you. LUCCA!!!"
Her own aura erupted instantly, hundreds of magic circles ford all around, each materializing a huge machine gun.
The body of the giant wolf began to tremble, the beast, covered with wounds, jumped onto the cliff then made another leap above it, towards the knights.
Nefertari left its back in the process, her eyes fixed on the weapons gleaming above.
"...If it cos to that..."
She landed on the cliff, her aura began to erge from the large shadow on the ground, the wolf was right above the knights, Marie created a giant shield to receive it, but then, a giant shadow struck the beast in midair, sending it crashing into a wall of ice.
The young girl lost her ride but managed to land on the shield created by Marie, she turned towards the shadow and her eyes widened.
"... The fuck?!"
Once again, everyone stopped fighting, all their attention focused on a new being towering towering the cliff.
A head shaped like a ram’s skull, a giant body covered in fur with an arm longer than the legs, ending in large claws and hooves for the legs.
And finally two giant curved horns, with Nefertari standing on the forehead.
"Since you want to be serious, I’ll show you the power of the Queen, say hello to my baby, Baphola."
The monster hit the ground and let out a phenonal roar shaking the earth.
The emissaries alive looked at the monster in great terror, but when the wolf rose and roared back, they dropped their weapons and began to flee.
"Nah really?" The little girl created magic circles above. "No rcy for cowards! Die!!!"
She launched a barrage of light at them, but another shield ford underneath and stopped the attacks.
She shot a death glare at Marie who jumped onto the shield, materializing a sword in her left wrist.
"Why are there so many bitches here?!"
"I don’t know, how did you get here?"
The wolf rushed to the monster which did the sa, both head clashed with a trendous shock wave.
Above, Marie faced the little girl, attacking her on close combat to force her to not use her long range attack.
She swung gave quick slashes to the girl who tried to jump backward many ti, but at each opportunity she would follow with one JUMP.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!!!"
She fired a barrage with her own weapon in hand, Marie reached her side, the tip of the sword grazed the girl’s left eye, enough to force her to jump.
"Get away!!!"
She aid at her again, but a ball of fire and lightning struck her in a burst of energy.
Cid stood further away, surrounded by magic balls.
"I got her...I got her! Now finish her!!!"
Marie aid her with the cannon of her right hand.
She fired a beam of light in shades of blue and purple, causing a glitch-like explosion.
She stood still for a few monts, and as she had expected, the girl’s shadow erged from the energy cloud.
"Haaa... haha... Yeah... I never..."
She stepped forward, only her figure visible, her eyes glowing purple. Cid lowered his hands, his eyes trembling.
"...Just...how durable is she?!"
She stepped completely out of the energy cloud, and the face she showed Marie and Cid sent shivers down their spines.
"... Been... so pissed!"
Her wide smile showed her teeth, her open eyes of different widths were marked with purple aiming symbol.
She took another step towards Marie, the young girl forgetting her combat strategy, then, the little girl opened her mouth.
"Hey...big sister...why don’t you run away?"
Marie stepped back without realizing it, the girl was giving off a different aura than before, sothing that sent waves of danger to her, but also sothing that she was beginning to recognize.
The girl stepped forward again, her hands growing shaky and veins growing on her forehead.
"I thought you were just a coward too...you’re a coward who runs away even if people suffer...so why do you fight ? Is it because it’s ?"
"...What?"
Nurous magical circles were being created in every direction, the battle raged on fiercely below, reaching a point where no one realized they were in a bigger danger.
The girl’s aura increased, as did Marie’s anxiety.
"Why don’t you run away now...like you did back then?"
In an instant, Marie felt like the ground was vanishing beneath her. She lowered her arms, with her big eyes wide opened, the girl triggered sothing in her: a distant mory.
"... what?.... You..."
"JUST RUN AWAY YOU FOOL!!!"
The magic circles glead brightly, causing everyone to be temporarily blinded by the sudden burst of light. It was only after the light faded that they realized the gravity of the situation. The first beam fell on Marie, but she found herself falling away, pushed by soone.
"Why are you so distracted?"
Nefertari appeared before the little girl, brandishing her sword.
A tallic jolt reverberated through the air, followed by the beam’s explosion. The wolf, engaged in battle with the monster, leaped backwards, then gazed at the shield, frozen in astonishnt.
The black knights, in response, halted their combat, observing the unfolding spectacle above, mirrored by the forces of Ambrosia. Eryl sheathed her weapons, her lips quivering, while Hope’s eyes widened and Liliana began to shiver.
The young girl lay on her back, confusion evident on her face, as Nefertari stood before her, her eyes gleaming, sword aglow, with Rhea’s blade against it.
"What did I told you about speaking in battle, Giudecca?"
"... Rhea?"
The general stood against Nefertari, beneath them all the fighters of Ambrosia lowered their weapons, they were outmatched by the Black Knights, they were powerless against the pseudo-avatars, and now the roof of the world had joined the battle.
