Chapter 1645: Chapter 362: Dying Out There!

At this mont, everyone in the hall was engulfed in worry, except for one person whose eyes carried panic.

Footsteps sounded from outside the hall.

"Could it be that Xiao Qing is back?" Ruan Xue felt a surge of joy in her heart and quickly looked outside, but when she saw the arrivals, the light in her eyes dimd.

The arrivals were an elderly man with gray hair, a middle-aged man, and several bodyguards in black attire.

"What’s going on? Why does everyone look like this?" The elderly man spoke with confidence, his spirit energized, and his eyes bright as he looked at everyone.

"Old, Old Master?!" A surprised voice erged from the crowd as the butler of the house stepped forward to welco them.

This elderly man was none other than the person Peng Shaohe and An Yiqing were ant to pick up, Peng Shaohe’s father, Old Master Peng.

"Why do you look at

as if you’ve seen a ghost? Where’s that brat Shao? I waited at the airport for ages and didn’t see him! No one answers my calls either! What kind of trick is he pulling? Who is the life-saving benefactor of my grandson?" Old Master Peng looked around in puzzlent, searching the crowd with his eyes but couldn’t spot An Yiqing.

"Peng, Peng Uncle!" Duan Jingning stamred and called out, "That, that Elder Peng, he... Are you sure you didn’t see him at the airport?"

"Duan Family boy, why would I deceive you? What has happened to that brat?!" Old Master Peng slamd his cane on the ground, startling Duan Jingning.

"Uh... Well..." Duan Jingning hesitated about whether to tell the elder.

Unexpectedly, before Duan Jingning could speak, the anxious Ruan Xue couldn’t hold back.

"Old Master Peng, your son and Xiao Qing were ambushed on the road, please send soone to save them! Brother Duan Tang is unfamiliar with Country Fei; he couldn’t summon anyone! Wah... Xiao Qing..." Ruan Xue cried until her eyes were red, not expecting her anxiety to manifest like a prophecy!

Duan Tang and Bai Yiming looked seriously, while Ruan Hao glanced at the heartbroken Ruan Xue with a face as cold as ice. They were rely attending the Country Fei Public Disk; none had foreseen such a tragedy, so only a few accompanied them, insufficient for a rescue!

But there was one person...

Duan Tang and Bai Yiming looked around and noticed that Zhang Yufeng, who was always by An Yiqing’s side, was not present. Could she have gone to rescue them?

At this mont, Zhang Yufeng was stealthily concealed in the air, using Blood Guard Army’s unique code to send ssages to An Zhifeng. The lady ordered her to safeguard this place, and she couldn’t abandon her post, yet the lady must be saved!

As Peng Shaohe suddenly encountered trouble, the banquet naturally would not continue, and the guests swiftly left. Only Nan Tian, Ruan Xue, Duan Jingning, and others connected to An Yiqing and Peng Shaohe remained.

anwhile, An Yiqing settled Peng Ze and quickly began searching following the trajectory of Peng Shaohe’s fall.

At this ti, the gunfire had ceased, and the group started to prepare to climb over the fence and co down to search.

Ti was running short; those people could find Peng Shaohe at any mont. An Yiqing didn’t know the severity of Peng Shaohe’s injury; if it was a minor wound, it would be manageable. But if the injury was to the heart or head...

She dared not think further, so An Yiqing channeled the vital energy within her body and began searching with her Clairvoyant Eye.

Soon, Peng Shaohe’s figure appeared before her eyes. An Yiqing’s face darkened, and killing intent emanated from her body. From the Clairvoyant Mirror image, it was evident that Peng Shaohe’s injury was indeed at the heart, and the situation was dire!

An Yiqing accelerated to maximum speed and rushed toward Peng Shaohe’s direction. However, the area was strewn with large rocks, making movent exhausting compared to flat ground.

When An Yiqing reached Peng Shaohe’s side, she encountered the group from Country Fei’s certain military who had found him. They were preparing to shoot Peng Shaohe in the head, while Peng Shaohe, although not unconscious, was paralyzed due to blood loss, helplessly watching as his life was about to dissipate.

Looks like he wouldn’t get the chance to see his grandson recover completely! But, with that little girl there, that brat should be fine!

Peng Shaohe slowly closed his eyes, calmly accepting death. He waited for a long ti but didn’t feel the anticipated pain. Instead, there seed to be sounds of bodies falling to the ground near him.

He quickly opened his eyes, and upon seeing An Yiqing suddenly appear, his eyes showed disbelief.

"Girl Qing!..." Peng Shaohe exclaid weakly, with joy in his eyes.

An Yiqing was busy handling the enemies and didn’t respond to Peng Shaohe. She knocked down the five n surrounding Peng Shaohe, and inconspicuously tucked their weapons into her Ancient Space.

"Grandpa Peng, how are you feeling?" An Yiqing crouched down and placed her hand on Peng Shaohe’s pulse.

After a mont, she sighed in relief; fortunately, the injury was to the heart ridian but wasn’t overly severe.

"I’m alright, little girl; where’s Peng Ze?" Peng Shaohe was most worried about Peng Ze.

"Peng Ze is at a safe place, Grandpa Peng; can you still move? It’s too dangerous here; we can’t stay."

Peng Shaohe gritted his teeth and nodded; with An Yiqing’s help, he struggled to stand.

An Yiqing positioned Peng Shaohe’s arm over her shoulder, utilized her Clairvoyant Eye, and found a path devoid of enemies, stealthily heading towards Peng Ze’s location.

Roughly twenty minutes later, Peng Ze, hiding motionless in a crevice, suddenly heard scattered footsteps that made him shudder.

Who could it be? Enemies? Or Sister Xiao Qing?

Peng Ze’s body was tightly tensed, his breathing seed to halt. He heard the footsteps stop beside him, and then, no further motion.

Peng Ze’s heart thundered frantically, as though ready to leap out.

He could sense the outside person stop, even discover him; he could feel the person bend down and move the big stone blocking him.

"Hey, here’s one!" A strange man’s voice rang above Peng Ze’s head, shattering his hopes!

Peng Ze closed his eyes in despair, slowly lifted his head, and calmly directed his gaze at the arrivals.

"Who are you people? Are you those guys from Country Fei?"

The man who moved the stone raised his eyebrows in surprise, seemingly startled by Peng Ze’s calmness. He bent down and examined Peng Ze’s face closely.
