To be fair, even an adult would have ntal changes if they were trapped in a house for so long, but as a child, he exhibited obedience and strength.

Looking at Xiangsheng, who longingly stared at a giraffe, both Su Zhiruan and Wen Qingyu felt guilty.

"A few more months, and hopefully once order is restored, everything will get back on track," Su Zhiruan remarked, "Everything will be fine then."

"What about the little sister Xiangsheng wants?" Wen Qingyu unabashedly clung to Su Zhiruan’s hand, sticking to her like glue, "What about that?"

Su Zhiruan shook him off.

"Honey..."

"Ruanruan..."

At that mont, Wen Qingyu looked like an oversized golden retriever, staring at her with puppy eyes that were no different than Xiangsheng’s earlier, it must be said, the father and son looked remarkably alike.

"I didn’t say no," Su Zhiruan raised her eyebrows, crossing her arms, "Mr. Wen, you better get ready."

"Yes!!" Wen Qingyu’s eyes lit up, his expression becoming lively as he pulled Su Zhiruan close, nuzzling her affectionately, his voice softened eightfold, "Baby, I’ll listen to you."

Su Zhiruan directly touched his abs.

When the little fellow stood up, he noticed his parents were hugging again, but he was already accustod to it, dusted off his clothes, and walked over.

Hearing his dad calling his mom ’baby,’ he squeezed his way in, tilting up his small face, "Is mom also a baby?"

"Mom is always dad’s baby in his heart," Wen Qingyu ruffled his little head, "And you are mom and dad’s forever baby."

The little guy, completely contented, insisted on squeezing between the two.

In the afternoon,

In an effort to make him sleep early, Wen Qingyu pulled out all the stops.

Watching Little Xiangsheng doing the plank on the yoga mat, Su Zhiruan leaned on the doorfra and whispered with Wen Qingyu.

"Hey, your intention is as clear as day, trying to make our son sleep early, huh?"

"I’m letting our son exercise," Wen Qingyu countered but didn’t deny her point, his gaze shifting, his voice even lower, "It’s good for his health, helps him sleep and wake up early, and hastens the arrival of a sister. It’s all good, I believe our son understands his parents’ hardships."

Su Zhiruan: "..."

They whispered here, and as Xiangsheng maintained his plank, he only caught "exercise," "parents’ hardships," "it’s all good."

He ca up with an answer in his little head, believing that his parents wanted to help him grow up quickly and beco a real man.

So, he put in even more effort.

Seeing this, Wen Qingyu was excessively pleased.

A parent knows his child best; after a series of such training by Wen Qingyu, the little tyke fell into a deep sleep.

He slept soundly on the first floor, while Su Zhiruan and Wen Qingyu headed to a small room on the third floor.

There was just a bed and a window.

A screen faced the door.

It was the perfect spot for making babies.

The mont they entered, their gazes changed, especially Wen Qingyu, who didn’t even wait for Su Zhiruan to close the door before half of his buttons were undone.

Su Zhiruan had just locked the door when the next second, a warm heat enveloped her neck.

"...wait...shouldn’t there be so foreplay..." she leaned against a wall, her head overwheld by sensations.

"Makes sense," the man paused, extending a finger.

Su Zhiruan: "..."

"Enough...that’s enough," she, blushing, raised her hand to stop him.

"Then I’m starting." He did not bother with formalities.

...

In summary, it was a day of freedom.

Afterward, Su Zhiruan leaned into his embrace, suddenly recalling an issue.

"Your mory, hasn’t it recovered after all this ti?"

Wen Qingyu shook his head, his hand twirling her hair, "It hasn’t recovered."

"Currently, my mory only includes our family of three and the events after you saved . Grandpa Wen and Grandma Wen ntioned family matters, trying to stir mories and make rember, but it was futile."

"What about your family?" Su Zhiruan asked, looking up at him after hearing Grandpa Wen and Grandma Wen being ntioned.

Wen Qingyu recounted his mories to her.

"My parents might have perished, as my grandparents extensively searched, to no avail; their job nature involved constant traveling, busy to the point of unreachability," Wen Qingyu embraced her, "Indeed, my grandparents are researchers, but after the disaster, none of them were found."

Wen Qingyu also told her about so other details he learned earlier.

The Wen family structure is quite simple; Grandpa Wen and Grandma Wen are scientific researchers, seldom seen in public, while Wen Qingyu’s parents are businessn, constantly traveling all over the place, out of touch, and probably facing calamity.
