No one spoke during the journey.
The company assigned them two people, one nad Mason Lewis and the other nad Rose Lee. The two of them seed to understand each other well and didn’t say much because they had already received “guidance” from their superiors on their way there. They were told to understand their position and seize every opportunity to advance rapidly in the company, and this was one such opportunity.
What they ant implicitly, was to keep a close eye on Victoria’s every move.

Victoria glanced at him and continued, “When you were assigned to co with , your superiors must have given you instructions, right?
