’This... is going to be a dreadful fight.’ Arthur thought quietly in his heart, then ordered both summons to make a move.

Although there were more than twenty orcs, from the rotating portal a few ters ahead Arthur could tell these weren’t all the orcs present. They were just the ones who wanted to casually stroll around.

Most likely they were bored of staying in the dungeon all day.

Arthur glanced at Titan with a wry expression on his face.

"Big guy, you and Nephis try to deal with them. I can manage one on my own."

Titan nodded at his words then grunted as he raised his massive sword high into the air.

The sword radiated a devastating pressure and, with an intense wave of heat, Titan stepped forward.

Imdiately the gazes of the orcs were drawn toward their direction.

The orcs glanced at them then groaned and roared, making all sorts of noises.

To Arthur’s amusent so of them even seed excited to see them.

After a long ti they could finally have so fun.

Arthur didn’t care what crazy thoughts were going on in the minds of these orcs. Instead he watched as Titan’s golden eyes glead with intensity.

Faint creaks echoed in the air as cracks spread across Titan’s armor.

Titan let out a low roar as he entered the calamity state from before, only this ti it seed even more detrintal to him.

Seeing the cracks lining the armor Arthur couldn’t help feeling a faint sense of worry internally.

Was Titan trying to harm himself?

Arthur cald his thoughts, understanding what was going through Titan’s mind.

Knowing that he was willing to devote his life fully, Arthur understood Titan didn’t care much about his own state and only cared about bringing him the most satisfactory results.

Just as Arthur opened his mouth to speak, Titan vanished.

Crackling with intense black lightning, Titan’s strength had almost doubled.

Radiating an oppressive might, Titan raised his eyes to stare at the orc.

Without hesitation he slamd his sword down, deadly pressure rippling through the air.

Bang!

A terrifying explosion resulted from the collision.

To Arthur’s utter astonishnt, as the dust cleared he realized the orc had caught Titan’s sword with its bare hands.

Titan’s blade radiated a deadly might as he tried pressing it down onto the orc, but it didn’t move.

The orc stared at Titan in curiosity as though it had found a new plaything.

Just then a faint ripple erupted, and the orc’s ugly face changed drastically.

Bang!

Greenish blood sprayed from its neck.

From its shoulder the slender Nephis jumped down, a dagger in her hand gleaming with a terrifying silvery glow.

However, coating its surface was green liquid.

Nephis shot Arthur a slight grin from the corner of her lips, the veil not entirely hiding it.

Titan also nodded in acknowledgnt at Nephis’ tily help.

With a grunt he pulled out his sword from the body of the fallen orc.

At the sa ti Arthur felt Titan’s strength increase subtly, and in his mind the system notification flashed to life.

[Congratulations! Your summoned Calamity has levelled up!]

Arthur read the notification and felt amazed.

Previously Titan was stuck at level fourteen and Arthur didn’t know how long he would take before breaking through.

Still, now that he did, things had changed drastically.

Level 15 was a qualitative leap in this ga world. Once a player reached that level they could now be acknowledged as interdiate players.

Arthur noticed Titan’s size seed to have increased imperceptibly.

The towering figure grunted, its golden eyes gleaming with ruthlessness.

The dark aura around him beca even more prominent.

Looking at the five orcs approaching his location, Titan only paused for an instant before charging at them.

anwhile, just as Arthur was watching the battle, he felt a ripple by his side as the ground quaked loudly.

Swoosh!

Thankfully Arthur’s speed was fast and he quickly dodged to the side.

Bang!

At the spot where he previously stood, a massive hamr embedded itself into the ground with a heavy thud.

Arthur raised his solemn gaze to stare at the towering orc in front of him. It was the one that had just attacked.

"Fat bastard!" Arthur cursed aloud, then quickly drew his sword.

Instantly his aura shifted into that of a peerless warrior.

Although the stats he gathered from fighting every day at the arena weren’t much, they were still substantial.

"Co!" Arthur pointed at the orc then at himself.

As if the orc understood that Arthur was mocking it, it growled before roaring loudly and charging at him in anger.

Arthur grinned and waited for the orc to swing its fist forward.

The wind and force behind the punch brushed against his skin as he quickly dodged to the side.

Then he took advantage of the orc’s slow movents to slice his sword toward its arm.

Clang!

The sound, akin to a blade clashing against steel, resounded and caused Arthur’s eyes to widen.

’So strong?’ Arthur finally realized why the orc earlier could grasp Titan’s sword with its bare hands.

Frowning slightly, he hastily retreated before the creature could regain its composure.

The orc glanced at its arm, where there was barely a cut, and roared in defiance and anger before charging at Arthur once again.

"Damn. Can’t you shut up for once! Your breath stinks!" Arthur complained bitterly before charging in as well.

As he fought he tried to find the orc’s weakness.

Its whole body was as hard as steel and Arthur could barely penetrate anywhere.

Finally, he got the chance and, without hesitation, he aid for the orc’s stomach.

Squelch!

His sword pierced through the orc and its green guts and blood spilled onto the grassland.

Arthur’s eyes lit up and he prepared to repeatedly stab the wound when the orc retreated rapidly, putting so distance between them.

Arthur was dumbfounded, but without hesitation he ran toward the ugly creature.

"Co here, you little twit! I’ll show you what true strength ans!" Arthur roared as he rushed across the ground with heavy steps.

The orc continuously retreated, struggling to clutch its bulging stomach that was leaking organs.

But it was too late.

Noticing that the creature might get away, Arthur quickly stretched out his hand and released a ball of flas.

The flas were nothing compared to higher grade ones, but they were enough to sear the orc’s skin.

The orc paused, feeling the biting pain on its arm. Taking advantage of that, Arthur quickly sent another fireball toward the orc’s injured stomach.

A pained expression flashed across the orc’s ugly face, and the next mont it tried to struggle.

But it was too late as Arthur swiftly executed the creature.

"Ha... haha. Too easy." Arthur rubbed his bald head with a chuckle, then turned around and fell into a daze.

It was a nightmare.

... for the orcs of course.

"As expected of my Calamities..." Arthur praised shalessly at the sight.

In front of him the mangled bodies of the orcs were strewn all over the place haphazardly.

In his line of sight there was no orc left standing.

Arthur grinned then turned to Titan and Nephis.

"Here, recover your mana. After you’re done," he turned to the dungeon in his vision, "we’ll clear the dungeon gate."

"Okay," Nephis nodded calmly.
