Imperial Capital, Morning Star Headquarters, Drumph's office.

At this mont, Drumph was irritably flipping through a large pile of reports on his desk. Facing him were Donlow and Fuzzsir, who exchanged glances with each other.

After Luca and the others had left the Imperial Capital, Morning Star mbers began completing the final tasks around the city. Their goal was to eliminate the remaining monsters around Imperial Capital and assign enough personnel to guard the sealed entrances to the monster nests.

The Morning Star mbers accomplished these tasks very smoothly. Afterward, they turned their attention back to their regular duties.

It was these daily responsibilities that had been causing Drumph so much frustration.

Though Imperial Capital appeared to have returned to peace on the surface, beneath that calm, turbulence still brewed. The various families continued to form alliances and tried to vie for important positions in the Federation's upper echelons. In reality, there were significant divisions even within the Federation's leadership.

"Have the Willow Family and the Mingwhel Family not given up? Are they still planning to go after Luca?" Drumph slamd the report he was holding onto the desk, his voice irritable as he asked.

Fuzzsir glanced over at Donlow, and it was clear that Donlow wasn't planning to speak. So, Fuzzsir, gritting his teeth, reluctantly answered.

"Yes, to my knowledge, both the Willow Family and the Mingwhel Family are still recruiting. They seem to be planning to form a small team to assassinate Luca. Though the people they can recruit aren't very strong, their actions will still cause Luca so trouble."

By the end of his statent, Fuzzsir's voice carried anger. In his view, mbers of these families were nothing more than people riding on their family backgrounds, living off their wealth and influence.

If they were just living off their family ties, that would have been one thing. But the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family, these large families, even sought to seize more power within the Federation. That was sothing Fuzzsir couldn't tolerate.

"I think we must make the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family pay a heavy price. Only then will they learn their lesson," Donlow, who had been silent until now, spoke coldly.

Drumph nodded slowly. He of course agreed with the opinions of his two subordinates. However, Imperial Capital had just returned to a semblance of peace, and taking action now would clearly draw attention from all sides.

The internal hostile forces of Morning Star were certainly not going to give up the opportunity to attack them.

Drumph slowly tapped his fingers on the desk.

At that mont, the door to the office was knocked on.

"Co in."

"Sir, an urgent communication has arrived from the 102 Shelter. Luca wishes to speak with you."

Upon hearing this ssage, the three individuals in the office exchanged surprised glances.

"Could it be that he already knows from other sources that the Willow Family and the Mingwhel Family are targeting him?" Fuzzsir asked hesitantly.

Neither Donlow nor Drumph responded, and their expressions quickly returned to normal.

"We can just ask him directly," Drumph said calmly.

"You two don't need to leave the office. We'll communicate with Luca together," he added before opening the communication channel.

"I need you to provide with a substantial amount of information," Luca's voice ca through the open channel.

"What kind of information do you need?" Drumph, who had initially thought Luca wanted to discuss the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family matters, responded with a slight surprise in his voice.

"I need all information related to sealing artifacts and primal power," Luca said, seemingly unaware of Drumph's surprise. He calmly stated his request.

Drumph nodded.

"No problem, I'll have the information sent to the 102 Shelter imdiately. By the way, I'll be replacing the head of the 102 Shelter. Donlow will leave today to take on the role of the new head," he said suddenly, making the decision without informing anyone else beforehand.

Luca, Fuzzsir, and Donlow all seed a little surprised by this. However, Luca quickly accepted the decision, thinking that Donlow was soone he could cooperate with very well.

"I have no objections. I just hope you'll send the information to as soon as possible," Luca said before abruptly ending the communication.

Donlow fixed his eyes on Drumph. "Why are you sending to the 102 Shelter? And why didn't you tell him about the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family matters?"

"I know how you feel about Luca, and I'm sending you there to give the two of you a chance to continue working together. As for why I didn't tell him about the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family…" Drumph paused for a mont as he continued.

"If you want to tell him about this, go ahead. However, I must promote you," Drumph said. "Luca is soone who values loyalty and revenge. If he finds out about this, he'll probably head straight back to the Imperial Capital. At that point, the situation in the Imperial Capital will descend into chaos again."

Drumph paused at this point, and both Donlow and Fuzzsir understood what he ant.

Donlow nodded.

"I understand. I'll carefully weigh my options," she said before standing up and leaving the office.

Since she had already been appointed as the new head of the 102 Shelter, it was only natural for her to head there imdiately.

After Donlow left, Fuzzsir glanced at Drumph quietly.

"If you have sothing to say, say it. No need for sneaky glances," Drumph said coldly.

"Do you really think she won't tell Luca about the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family?" Fuzzsir asked.

"It's her business. We don't need to concern ourselves with it," Drumph replied.

Donlow swiftly boarded a plane heading to the 102 Shelter.

Four hours later, she finally arrived.

"Where is Luca? I need to et with him right away," Donlow asked the guard.

"He's in the library, reviewing docunts."

"I see," Donlow replied coldly, then hurried toward the library.

Pushing open the door to the library, she imdiately spotted Luca.

"You sure are quick. I hope this collaboration is more successful than the last," Luca said without looking up, still flipping through the docunts.

"Why do you need these docunts? Are you planning to seal primal power?" Donlow asked bluntly.

"Yes," Luca replied. "I obtained an artifact. This artifact constantly emits primal power. To prevent it from affecting the surroundings, I need to seal it."

During his response, Luca didn't ntion the specifics of the Ancient Gods' remains to Donlow. Though he trusted her not to betray him, he preferred to remain cautious.

Donlow nodded.

"If your purpose is that simple, then I don't think we need to waste ti reviewing the docunts here," she said.

"Oh? Do you know the specific thod?" Luca asked.

"I don't have the exact thod, but I know there is an artifact that can perfectly et your needs," Donlow replied with a smile.

Luca put down the docunt he was holding and walked toward Donlow.

"Is it one of Morning Star's artifacts?" Luca asked, smiling as he shook his head. "It can't be. From your expression, I can tell that this artifact must be in the hands of our enemies."

"You're right," Donlow said. "This artifact actually belongs to the Mingwhel Family! According to the intelligence we've gathered at Morning Star, the Mingwhel Family possesses a powerful sealing artifact, one called the Prison of the Gods."

Donlow shared all the information she knew, but she ultimately kept quiet about the plans of the Willow Family and Mingwhel Family to target Luca.

"The Mingwhel Family? My relationship with them is not good. So, taking their artifact, in my opinion, there's no need to hesitate at all," Luca said after a brief pause, quickly making his decision.

"When do we act?" Donlow asked.

"Are you planning to co with ?" Luca asked in return.

"I ca here to cooperate with you. If I don't act with you, how can I cooperate? Besides, do you know more about Imperial Capital than I do?" Donlow gave several reasons in her defense.

Though Luca hadn't originally planned to take her along, in the end, he was persuaded by Donlow.

"Alright then. I don't think we need to make any preparations. We can leave right away. We should reach Imperial Capital just around midnight. That would be the perfect ti to act."

In Luca's view, the Mingwhel Family wasn't a formidable opponent. Even if they had an artifact, they couldn't possibly defeat him.

Donlow nodded.

"Okay then! We'll take my private jet."

"No! I don't want anyone else knowing about our operation, so we won't take a plane," Luca replied.

In the end, Luca and Drumph decided to take a more covert route to Imperial Capital.

Before they left, they specifically instructed the guards at the 102 Shelter.

"Stay outside the library. We need to find so crucial information in a short amount of ti, so we cannot be disturbed. No matter who cos, you cannot let anyone inside."

After Donlow issued her first command as the head of the 102 Shelter, the guards vigilantly stood watch outside the library doors.

Once everything was prepared, Donlow and Luca closed the large doors of the library.

The two of them then exited through a secret passageway beneath the library.

the ossuary tunnels's exit was located on the outer wall of the 102 Shelter. Using this thod, the two of them left the shelter without a trace, creating the illusion that they had remained inside the shelter the entire ti.

The Mingwhel Family was never going to be alerted. In fact, aside from Luca and Donlow, no one else knew about their actions.
