He spread his arms, took a deep breath, and declared, "Wood Release: Forest Creation Technique!"

Imnse life force surged into the ground, roots and vines erupting and growing rapidly.
Ryuya carefully shaped the growth, leaving pathways leading to other parts of Arabasta.
The citizens were awestruck by this miraculous display.

Dark clouds gathered in the sky, covering all of Arabasta.
