Ryuya's previous attack had left the sky clouded and the sea churning.

He stood, coldly surveying the defeated Donquixote Family, who didn't dare move a muscle.

Garp swallowed hard.

"White Dove… he's even stronger!

What a monster!

This terrifying growth rate… if he ever betrayed the Navy…"

Garp gasped, unable to imagine the consequences.

The Navy's power, built upon Ryuya's strength, would crumble, plunging the seas into darkness, ushering in an unprecedented era of wickedness and bloodshed.

Makino, witnessing this, watched Ryuya with shining eyes.

How many won could resist a hero's charm?

Ryuya's powerful figure had made a strong impression on her.

"Impossible! We can't beat White Dove!"

"White Dove is too strong!"

"We… we can't even move!"

The Donquixote Family mbers knelt, paralyzed with fear.

Garp boarded the Flamingo.

"What will you do with them?"

Ryuya created phantom ropes with his Devil Fruit power, binding them.

"Take them to the ship, restrain them with Seastone, and send them to Impel Down."

Garp nodded in agreent. After securing the crew on Garp's ship, Ryuya turned to Doflamingo.

"You were born at the wrong ti. Your life ends here."

Ryuya imbued Muramasa with intense Armant Haki, turning the blade jet black.

He swiftly decapitated Doflamingo.

Back on Garp's ship, Ryuya said, "Retrieve the Heavenly Tribute." Garp nodded.

Later, Ryuya visited the Donquixote Family's prison cell in the lower depths of Garp's ship—dark, damp, and inhumane.

Using his Bijo Bijo no Mi, he entered unseen.

A defiant mber shouted, "You're here to mock us, White Dove Ryuya?!"

It was Diamante.

Trebol added, "White Dove, the young master was a king of darkness!

Others will rise in his place! The seas will beco even more chaotic!"

Ryuya smirked. "Don't worry about it. I understand the sea's dynamics better than you losers."

Killing Doflamingo was part of his plan—a setup for Nami, whom he intended to make the underworld queen, accumulating wealth.

His initial goal, following the system's prompts, was a carefree life, but witnessing the world's cruelty, his true desire beca world peace.

However, he still didn't know what Uranus was.

To achieve his goal, he would manipulate the world until the opportunity arose, creating his own dynasty to bring about lasting peace.

Until then, he needed to continue growing stronger.

That's why he was here—he valued talent and wanted to recruit these individuals.

He released his imposing aura, silencing the prisoners.

"I'll give you one chance. Who will serve ?"

He lowered his pressure, allowing them to speak.

Trebol was first to respond, "I'll never serve the Navy!"

Ryuya calmly corrected, "Not the Navy. ."

The Donquixote Family was shocked.

Before they could react, Monet, near Ryuya, raised her hand.

"Admiral White Dove, I will serve you."

The others were stunned. "Monet, will you betray the young master?!"

Monet, a Logia-type Yuki Yuki no Mi user with both arms intact (unlike those transford by Doflamingo), had made her choice.

Ryuya nodded. "Anyone else?"

Sugar, a Paracia-type Hobi Hobi no Mi user, raised her hand.

"I will serve you as well."

The remaining mbers panicked.

Ryuya approached Baby-5.

"I need your abilities. Will you join ?"

Ryuya knew she couldn't refuse.

Her inability to refuse requests made her a pri target for exploitation.

Baby-5, curled up, nodded.

Ryuya instructed Monet, "From the day you're freed, stay by Baby-5's side and eliminate anyone who tries to exploit her."

"Yes, Master!"
