Yelena leaped into the air, gripping the war hamr, which was crackling with Haki lightning and curse power, with both hands at her side. Under the watchful eyes of all parties on the battlefield, she smashed it straight down on the hovering, massive Azure Dragon.
Kaido's eyes went wide. His huge dragon pupils reflected the dark figure diving at him with its back to the sun. He seed lost in thought, oblivious to his surroundings.
BANG. The cold war hamr struck the giant dragon's head unreservedly, creating a dull thud.
A powerful shockwave kicked up a hurricane out of thin air, disrupting the surrounding airflow and sweeping up an ice mist hundreds of ters high. From a distance, it blasted cracks stretching for thousands of ters in the hard glacier.
With one blow, the massive dragon's head was knocked back, and its huge body was sent flying sideways, shattering several hundred-ter-tall icebergs.
"That woman..." Not far away, Momousagi and Chaton saw this, and the apprehension in their eyes grew even deeper.
Perospero's eyes widened in disbelief. "How is that possible!"
Katakuri's expression did not change, but his grip on his trident, Mogura, tightened.
SWOOSH—BANG!
Yelena, holding her war hamr, landed steadily on the ice-mist-filled glacier. She casually let go of the Fantasy Species Anemoi, which she had caught in mid-air. Then, she raised a hand and swung, creating a hurricane that blew away the sky-blotting ice mist, sending it flying for thousands of ters.
Yelena faced the distance, a shadow of gloom flashing in the scarlet eyes beneath her gas mask. "Even Armant Haki and the Wendigo's curse couldn't inflict any substantial damage on this monster?"
When her war hamr had struck Kaido's head, she had discovered that his Haki and physical fortitude were astonishingly powerful. His suprely powerful body allowed him to ignore a blow that could split mountains and crack rocks, and his Haki, which was at the pinnacle of the world, allowed him to ignore the curse that targeted the soul.
Yelena lowered her gaze, looking at her clawed hands and the cold battlefield. "As I thought," she said to herself, "only advanced Armant Haki and Conqueror's Coating can harm the world's top-tier monsters."
In the distance, the entirely deep-blue Azure Dragon, covered in hard scales, uncoiled from the ice mist, its giant head with both oni and deer horns rising. At this mont, the mysterious blush on Kaido's face had disappeared, and the hazy look in his eyes had been replaced by extre confusion and bewildernt.
The Azure Dragon slowly exhaled, blowing away the ice mist surrounding it, its huge eyes staring intently at the heavily armored figure standing with her war hamr in the distance.
"How similar..." Kaido's eyes flashed with confusion, and his cavernous mouth moved slightly, letting out a voice as deep as thunder.
He felt that the hamr strike from the armored figure was sixty percent similar to his own Thunder Bagua. If Conqueror's Coating were added, the similarity could even reach ninety percent. Not only that, but the flanged mace in her hand was also thirty percent similar to his Hassaikai club.
A strange feeling rose in Kaido's heart. He let out a laugh, then, with a flick of his massive dragon body, he was directly in front of Yelena again.
"Brat, that was a pretty good hit. You knocked sober." As he spoke, Kaido's massive dragon body gradually shrank, returning to his human form. He shouldered his kanabō, a cruel glint in his eyes, and a ferocious smile on his lips. "I feel there's sothing special about you. Don't tell you're a clone the World Governnt made using my Lineage Factor?"
With that, Kaido casually lifted his Hassaikai and swung it toward Yelena, who had transford into her hybrid-beast form.
Seeing this, a bad feeling flashed in the eyes beneath Yelena's bone-white skull. She decisively raised her World-Breaker war hamr and held it horizontally in front of her, directly blocking the blow.
Kaido saw this, and the bloodthirsty light in his eyes grew even stronger. He swung his Hassaikai again and again, continuously striking down.
CLANG—
The sound of tal clashing rang out continuously. The kanabō and the war hamr collided, creating a shower of brilliant sparks. The heavy force, combined with his unbeatable Haki, ford a torrential assault that suppressed Yelena to the point where she could barely breathe.
With each loud bang, the glacier beneath Yelena's deer-like hooves cracked, and her digitigrade legs sank deep into the ice.
BANG.
"Is this all you've got?" Kaido seed a little disappointed. He swung his Hassaikai violently, striking Yelena in mid-air and sending her flying, coughing up blood.
SWOOSH. Yelena's body flew backward with a piercing whistle. After crashing through several icebergs, she was embedded deep in the glacier.
"..."
The intense pain made Yelena subconsciously narrow her eyes, her sharp fangs clenched tight beneath her skull. She struggled to pull her body out of the glacier and stood unsteadily on the ice. Soon, the tenacious life force from her Mythical Zoan allowed her to recover from her convulsions and overco the pain. She took a deep breath, and the eyes beneath her bone-white skull beca even more stern.
The next mont, Yelena leaped out, cutting a straight line as she charged head-on at Kaido. Her cold, heavy war hamr was swung, and Haki lightning and a gray light flashed, radiating a chilling aura.
Seeing this, the corners of Kaido's mouth turned up slightly, and a ferocious smile returned. "Worororo! Let teach you the correct way to use that move!"
As his words fell, a red light appeared in Kaido's eyes. He abruptly lifted his heavy kanabō, and black and red arcs of electricity coiled around it. Facing the high-speed assault from Yelena, Kaido took a step forward. He gripped the Hassaikai, which was wreathed in Conqueror's Haki, with both hands and swung it violently.
BOOM!
A sound like ten thousand thunders stampeding was heard. Lightning flashed in the sky, illuminating the kanabō as it swept across with unstoppable montum.
"THUNDER BAGUA!"
"!!!"
The kanabō, wreathed in Conqueror's Haki, was reflected in Yelena's scarlet eyes a mont before it unreservedly smashed into her body.
BANG...
The imnse power and Conqueror's Haki from one of the world's pinnacle figures smashed into Yelena's body without reservation. In an instant, her body was slamd heavily into the glacier below. A huge shockwave burst forth, blowing away the glacier in a radius of several thousand ters and sending it flying into the air.
Yelena's special gas mask shattered. Her eyes rolled back, and she coughed up blood. She was knocked directly out of her Zoan transformation and, along with countless ice crystals, fell into the deep sea.
Kaido looked at the figure falling into the sea and let out a dissatisfied snort. "Is that all?"
Just then, the Fantasy Species Anemoi, made entirely of wind, flew toward the falling Yelena under the watchful eyes of Kaido and the others. Kaido saw this and did not interfere. His goal was to recruit, not to kill this brat.
And in the distance, the two from the Marine side saw this and felt it was a pity. The scene they had wanted to see had not truly happened. The next mont, they beca worried again. If Kaido really brought that person back to the Land of Wano, then in the future, the power of the Beasts Pirates would swell to a terrifying degree.
