East Blue, Syrup Village – a small restaurant.

"You know that long-nosed guy's dad?"

Alex spoke between bites, looking at Luffy across the table.

"Yeah, his na's Yasopp. I t him when I was a kid. He's an amazing sniper—could shoot the eyebrow off an ant," Luffy replied, stuffing more at into his mouth.

He'd rembered it the mont Nami knocked Usopp to the ground. A childhood mory resurfaced—soone who looked just like Usopp.

A quick conversation confird it: Usopp was indeed Yasopp's son.

With that bond established, Usopp generously offered to treat them all to a al. So now the group was feasting in a local restaurant.

"Your dad's marksmanship must be incredible. I don't think I could even see an ant's eyebrow," Alex said sincerely. If Luffy said it, he believed it.

"Of course! My dad's a great pirate," Usopp said proudly, glowing with admiration.

"Do you know where he is now?" Usopp asked Luffy.

"I don't know for sure, but he should still be on Red-Haired Shanks' ship. Yasopp's one of my favorite crewmates," Luffy said with a grin, swallowing a chunk of at.

He rembered how Yasopp, half-drunk, used to boast about his son—how amazing he was, how smart, how strong. Luffy had heard the stories so many tis, his ears practically grew calluses.

Yasopp always said he loved his kid but left anyway because the call of the sea—of the pirate flag—was too strong.

"My father is sailing with Red-Haired Shanks?!" Usopp jumped to his feet, nearly popping his eyes out and spitting all over Luffy's face.

"Red-Haired Shanks?" Alex's brow furrowed. The na was familiar, but all he could picture was a shadowy figure with one missing arm.

"You don't know him? He's a legendary pirate!" Usopp leaned forward eagerly, his long nose nearly touching Alex's.

Wow, that nose really is long. Longer than my middle finger, Alex thought, holding up his finger to compare.

"Hey! Knock it off! This nose is sothing I share with my mom. I won't forgive anyone who mocks it," Usopp said sharply, slapping Alex's hand away.

It was clear his late mother and absent father both held deep aning for him.

"Relax. I wouldn't joke about sothing like that," Alex said seriously, taking another bite of at. But internally, he thought: Buggy also hates people mocking his red nose. Was that inherited too?

"You say that, but last ti you were yelling about Buggy's nose," Nami muttered beside him.

"You idiot! That was because Buggy fired cannons at twice in a row! Of course I'd retaliate!" Alex said, finishing his al and wiping his mouth with satisfaction.

WHAM!

Nami's iron fist ca down hard, slamming Alex face-first into the table. Zoro, who had been reaching for a bottle of sake, had his hand bumped by Alex's sudden movent, which caused him to accidentally slap Luffy across the face.

SMACK!

Luffy had been happily munching on at when Zoro's unintended smack launched the food out of his mouth—directly at Usopp.

"My dad's on such an amazing pirate crew… He sailed out with no regrets… He's really my pride—"

SPLAT.

Usopp's heartfelt monologue was interrupted by Luffy's at flying into his face.

"Hey, you jerk! Are you mocking my father?!" Usopp roared, grabbing Luffy by the collar.

"What're you talking about? Yasopp's aweso! I'd never mock him!" Luffy yelled back. Then, turning to Zoro: "Why'd you hit ? My at's gone!"

"That was an accident! Don't bla !" Zoro growled and lunged at Alex, gripping his neck. "You little brat! Do you know what you just caused?"

"It wasn't my fault!" Alex protested. He was about to point at Nami—calmly sipping her tea—as the real culprit, but he suddenly heard three voices in unison:

"Stop making excuses!"

Luffy said it to Zoro, Zoro to Alex, and Usopp to Luffy—all at the sa ti.

BAM! SMACK! THUD!

Before Alex could defend himself, all four were brawling in a chaotic pile on the restaurant floor.

The once-peaceful restaurant erupted into a small-scale warzone, like a rowdy dinner party gone sideways.

"Please… no fighting in here," the pudgy old owner and his skinny waiter muttered helplessly, watching the chaos unfold.

"They're just idiots. Don't worry, it'll pass," Nami smiled as she addressed the owner. "Oh, and this tea's really good. Can I get a refill?"

A few minutes later, sipping her second cup, Nami glanced at the aftermath—Usopp lay off to the side, sporting several new lumps on his head. He had bowed out of the battle early.

Only Luffy, Zoro, and Alex remained, locked in a breathless scuffle.

Eventually, the fight burned out. The three collapsed, gasping for air. Usopp had disappeared at so point, likely slipping out during the lee.

Miraculously, nothing in the restaurant was seriously broken—just a few bruised egos and a lot of sore muscles. The chubby owner and his thin waiter just stood there, stunned.

"You three idiots—sit down. I have sothing to say," Nami said, waving at the trio of bruised and battered boys.
